seamless. Our driver arrived early, which gave us time to load everything into the van without any rush. We were getting ready at a hotel that didn’t allow parking directly out front, but he stayed close by and promptly pulled up when we texted—super convenient. After the ceremony, we took photos around the city before heading to the reception, and our driver was incredibly flexible and always nearby when we needed him. He was professional and kind. Highly recommend!

When speaking with the receptionist, it was clear that she did not understand what I was asking for despite explaining it numerous times. Eventually, we did get it sorted out and thought it was just a one-off issue. A few days before the wedding, we called Gus to confirm the details for our wedding day and he let us know that one of his busses had broken down. It would have been nice if he would have informed us immediately, so we had all the information, instead of having to find out in our last week. Thankfully there was a contingency plan, and Gus let us know that he was working with another company who would be supplying a bus. Again, this was not a massive issue at the time. Immediately before our wedding ceremony, as our nerves were at their highest waiting for things to start, we were alerted that a bus full of our guests was stuck at the bottom of an uphill gravel road. We had informed Gus during our first conversation that there were multiple gravel roads that led to our venue, and he assured us that it wasn’t an issue. Our guests later informed us that the driver was very angry and rude about the issue while it was happening. Additionally, our guests said that the driver did not even attempt to go up the gravel road, instead stating that his boss would be angry if he tried to as it would potentially damage the bus. Our guests (some of whom were elderly) were forced to walk up the remainder of the road to get to the venue, costing us nearly an hour of time before we could start the ceremony. On your wedding day, an hour of time is a lot to lose. Furthermore, we had booked a shuttle bus for us and our wedding party at the end of the night to return us to the AirBnB about 15 minutes away. The driver arrived on time, and promptly started driving us towards the location. As we are not from the area, we were not familiar with the route and assumed everything was fine. 20 minutes into the drive, the driver let us know that his GPS was not working, and he did not know if he was going the right way. Eventually we were able to pull up Google Maps on one of our phones and he had been driving in the complete opposite direction the entire time. Our 15-minute ride back to the AirBNB ended up being nearly 45 minutes. I understand that there is not much service in the area that our venue was located, but Google and Apple Maps both have options to download the map beforehand and this was obviously not considered ahead of time. At the end of our long wedding day, all we wanted was to get back to the AirBNB and go to bed. We are very disappointed in the service we received from Executive Transportation.
