Emily and her amazing team created one of the most perfect days of our family's life. She supported my daughter and her (now) husband on every detail from A to Z. From the moment we talked on the phone throughout the entire process - I knew she had the heart, mind and approach of a skilled professional. She took one of the most stressful times of life and made it easy for us to navigate, It was the PERFECT day. Emily has our highest recommendation!

Emily went above and beyond for my husband and I on our special day! She was so supportive and helpful every single minute. The things that went wrong were things that were out of her control but she ended up finding solutions and problem solved on the spot to where we had no idea things went wrong at all! Not to mention she is one of the nicest and sweetest human beings that truly just cares about making sure you have an amazing day. I seriously do not know what we would have done without her. If you spend money on anything for your wedding it should 100% be her! My guests and my whole bridal party still give me compliments on her and some of them wish they would have had her or a coordinator in general for their day. Her attitude and hard work is seriously unmatched. She truly cares about her couples. We could not be happier to have had her be there for us! 10/10!!

We worked with Emily and Exhale events for our August 20th wedding, and WOW, Emily and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely stress free on our big day. Emily has such a wonderful and warm personality, and she can handle anything your throw at her and will do it with a smile on her face! Truly she became my best friend by end end of everything haha. We had a 30 day contract with her, but in hind sight, I wish I had brought her in much sooner!!! She really is the best! And she is a professional. She knows what she is doing. She knows what you need before you even know what you need. And she has the contacts and wherewithal to make your wedding day absolutely perfect.

Emily and her team at Exhale Events are truly thoughtful professionals. For couples who want to make sure they don't have to worry about a single thing on their big day, book Emily. So many little things went awry for us. Thanks to Emily and Michaela, we didn't find out about any of the mishaps until later, they were so on top of everything and took care of all the hiccups without stressing us out in the process. I really appreciated Emily candor, she was full of helpful advice and recommendations throughout the process and so many times just offered encouragement and let me vent. The team made everything so seamless for us, wrapping up all the loose ends and making sure everything was where it was supposed to be the next day so we could relax and enjoy the wedding weekend. The team at Exhale Events will work magic so that their couples can truly relish the entire experience. Also, I can't stress enough how much expertise Emily has at navigating rentals/vendors and especially the Athletic Club venue. If you are getting married at the ACC, hiring Emily should be a requirement.

Detailed, Experienced, Professional, Organized, Passionate, Positive, Reliable . . . There aren't enough adjectives in the English language to describe Emily and how good she is at what she does. I have been working in weddings for 10 years and knew from the start I would need to hire someone for my day. I decided to hire Emily for month of services because hey I've done this before for others and didn't need someone before that, right? WRONG! Oh I should have hired her sooner! Because when it's your own wedding you don't realize how much harder it is. Emily went to vendor appointments when we couldn't. She went to bat for us when the other vendors let us down. She packed up all our stuff at the end of the night and got it to the right spot. She helped our friend tear down and rebuild the ceremony arbor inside when we got rained out. She brought snacks for our wedding party bus when we forgot. EMILY DID EVERYTHING. Our wedding would have been a hot mess if it weren't for Emily and her team. The items above are just a sampling of what she can do. If you don't hire Emily, you WILL regret it. Trust me!

Emily was instrumental in making our wedding day the best day of our lives! Her planning, preparation and attention to detail is truly unrivaled. She is highly regarded by vendors throughout the city, and was wonderful in working together with and managing our team of vendors to execute our vision. Our wedding planning could have been challenging because we live in another state, which meant accomplishing as much as we could in brief weekend trips to Columbus. Despite the distance, Emily made sure we knew exactly what needed to be done each week, and then each day, leading up to our wedding day. We especially appreciated her willingness to provide honest opinions based upon her knowledge and experience (future brides - this is such an important quality to look for in a wedding planner). I am someone who needs to be in control of everything, but thanks to Emily, I was able to completely disconnect from that on my wedding day and enjoy every single moment. Our wedding day (and the entire weekend) was perfectly executed, and several vendors even commented that I was the "calmest bride" they had ever seen. There are so many small details a future bride might not think of that can affect everyone’s experience that day, but Emily truly thought of everything. She even picked up and delivered all of our welcome bags to the hotel (and offered to assemble them), and gathered all of our personal belongings from the venue at the end of the evening and transported them back to our hotel that same evening. Perhaps most importantly, Emily did all of this in the most fun, pleasant and cheerful manner. Her talent and love for her job is unequivocal. We adore Emily, and any bride will be lucky to have her as a wedding planner!!

Our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular and we give much of the credit to Exhale Events! They were amazing! They helped us design the perfect day to celebrate our marriage with our family and friends. Emily is absolutely amazing, professional and a delight to work with. We wanted to take her home and have her run our lives! We hired her for "month of" planning but she also initially gave us a list of vendors to contact and was always willing to answer questions. It was especially helpful to us as parents of the bride because we live out of state. We were able to relax and enjoy every minute of the big day because Emily took care of everything so quietly and seamlessly and really understood what was important to us and to the bride and groom. She was willing to do whatever we needed. Emily has outstanding communication skills and works well with the vendors and the family. We love her- don't plan your wedding without her!

My mother said that Emily was the secret sauce to our wedding's success, and I couldn't agree more. She made our wedding the absolute best day for not only my husband and I, but everyone involved. We met Emily when she was the wedding coordinator for The Athletic Club, my must have venue. When she emailed a few months later to say she had started her own wedding planning business, it was a no brainer, we wanted to keep her as our coordinator. We used her month of wedding coordinating services, and she pulled everything we had been working on for the upcoming wedding together seamlessly, not to mention the peace of mind she provided. Our wedding was December 8th, 2018 and we met and went to dinner with Emily on November 8th, 2018 to start planning. At this meeting Emily said she will take it from here, and immediately I felt so confident that we were in the best hands. Emily is hands down the BEST wedding planning decision we ever made! We met Emily when she was the event manager at our venue- The Athletic Club of Columbus- 18 months before our wedding. She started out with hugs and laughter and extreme professionalism and immediately understood our vision for our wedding. She began giving us suggestions on how to make our dream a reality right away and made us feel like we were the most important wedding they could ever have. We had an immediate connection, and I knew that she would go above and beyond to make our fairytale come true! When she started Exhale Events, it was a nonnegotiable to hire her and keep her as an influential part of our big day. Emily exceeded any and all expectations and is the sole reason our wedding came together as perfectly as it did! Emily went above in every aspect of our wedding planning. We were planning from across the country, and the tools she gave us to stay on track and make sure we didn't miss any detail were incredible. She met with us every time we came back to Columbus to go over details again and again and continue to change and adapt any plans based on her own expertise. She created our timeline, gave recommendations for vendors and details, and even made our hotel welcome bags! Because I am a type-A personality, Emily's main focus in the month leading up to the wedding was to keep me stress free by handling ALL communication with ALL vendors. I would never have trusted anyone to do "the bride's work" besides Emily and knew that we were in great hands to have all of our dreams come true! On the wedding weekend, she took care of every single detail from our getting ready snacks and late night pizzas to setting up all of our decor and running the timeline. She kept everything running smoothly and on time and kept our bridal party and guests entertained all day with her upbeat attitude and bubbly personality. There is absolutely NO WAY our wedding would have been as perfect as it was without her. My entire bridal party commented on how incredible she was and my parents both said, "The money best spent was having Emily!" Emily offered incredible support, kept me calm (which is a very big feat), and ran things professionally and perfectly. She is one of the BEST people you will ever meet in your life, and the BEST part of our wedding! I cannot recommend her highly enough- you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Emily, for EVERYTHING! Emily was the main reason our wedding day was so perfect. I absolutely can't imagine what we would have done without her!! Emily went above and beyond to make everything absolutely amazing. From the very beginning she helped us get our timeline together and organized all our thoughts and ideas. She met with us multiple times to go over everything and had so many great ideas that were so creative and fun. Might I add that she was 8-9 months pregnant at the time!! Emily is a wonder woman! The week of the wedding she contacted all my vendors to confirm the timeline and payment, which took so much stress off my plate. She even went and got balloons for the rehearsal dinner the day of because no one else could - just one of the many things that she did for us to make everything perfect. The wedding day was amazing and we owe it all to Emily. Her and her assistant Sophie took care of all the details. They helped our guests with the shuttles buses at the hotel, told me where I needed to be and when I needed to be there - which was a challenge considering we had over 300 people at the wedding, and kept our rowdy bridal party in line! Every time I saw Emily she was smiling and asking me how I was, which I found to be such a huge comfort. She kept me and my mom at ease throughout the entire process and we are so extremely grateful we had the opportunity to work with her. Emily, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! First, I need to admit that I was not excited to get a wedding planner early on. I thought of it as an additional expense and one more person/situation that I would need to manage (type A people can relate). 'Friends/family were married without planners and I'm kinda organized... we'll make it work'. Working with Emily at Exhale was the best decision. As the wedding day approaches there are so many details with timing, decor, vendors, clean up and venue. It could make someone or two people crazy. It's amazing how organized and truly helpful Emily and her team were. We selected the month of coordination services. We were able to book our vendors and felt confident in what we wanted but because our day was less traditional, we knew we needed assistance with all the finer details and timelines leading up to the wedding. Emily has a warm and thoughtful approach. She is happy to meet live or by phone, which is very helpful for busy couples. Emily will provide honest feedback, which I appreciated. It's very easy to get lost in some details and neglect others. Emily took time to ask clarifying questions so she was confident she understood our vision for the day. Both Emily and her assistant worked really well with my vendors. Positive vibes all around which made the day go smoothly. We would work with Emily again in a heartbeat. Thank you Exhale Events!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin to express my appreciation and respect for Exhale Events. Emily was absolutely amazing and definitely good at making you feel at ease about something that can be very stressful. She was so easy to work with and getting together/chatting on the phone! I honestly didn’t have very many ideas for what I wanted my wedding to look like, but Emily was so good at walking me through everything and helping me plan the absolute perfect wedding. Emily is so knowledgeable and has bunches of referrals for other vendors, which was very helpful for me. I did a partial planning package, so even if you’re just needing alittle help here and there, I’d definitely go with Exhale Events!

Emily was the best! We had an outdoor wedding at our home and she coordinated the food trucks,tents, tables, bar, band, florist and more to perfection! The event had the feel of a beautiful wedding reflecting our personal tastes. By following her suggestions - this home wedding became an elegant and beautiful event I will remember with a smile forever. Many guests told me it was the best wedding they ever attended! Emily is not just great at the details - she is sensitive and intuitive to everyone's personal vision of their special day and will make it happen! Bravo all the way!

I would highly recommend exhale events and there are multiple accommodating packages to meet your event needs. Emily is absolutely wonderful to work with and during a time when I was feeling extremely overwhelmed, she came in and I was able to take a deep breath, trust her, and enjoy the wedding planning process . She is truly passionate about what she does and it definitely shows in her detailed planning and expertise. I truly think the wedding planning process and day of, would have been a completely different experience, if I did not have her. I had MULTIPLE compliments from family and friends after our wedding and I couldn't of agreed more :)

My sister and I (as well as my now husband) have worked with Emily on a few events and would work with her a million more times if we could! She planned my sisters wedding and made us feel a lot more calm and prepared for the big day. She was always very responsive, loved meeting face to face to make us feel more comfortable and had amazing suggestions. Everything from the planning to the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception were FLAWLESS! She is the easiest person to get along with and so so so sweet and energetic- everything you want in the event world! My husband sneakily used her to plan our engagement. Emily helped him with the entire thing and she was even the one to intercept me the night of to lead me into the room where he was waiting for me and took pictures for us. We also worked with her for my rehearsal dinner. My in-laws live out of town so I was in charge of the planning. Insert Emily- everything was done after just a few emails! She even made suggestions for our rehearsal dinner after party, which she planned for us to that went off without a hitch. Any bride would be extremely lucky to have her!!!

Emily is truly the best! To start, she has such an upbeat and positive attitude which makes her a joy to work with. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make sure your wedding day is stress-free and exactly the way you envisioned it. She is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry, which was incredibly helpful for me as a bride who knew nothing about it. There are so many small details I didn't even realize needed to be done and she helped me work through all of them. She also has many connections within the Columbus wedding community and was able to recommend some top notch vendors. Because of Emily, I was able to relax on the day of my wedding without worrying if we were running behind schedule or wondering if there were any disasters - she had it all covered.
