We know that planning a wedding can be stressful and we want to help take some of the worry off your plate. We want your wedding day to be as stress free as possible and filled with beautiful flowers that are affordable. Not everyone’s vision is the same, so we listen to your needs to help guide you towards the best choices for the time of year that you have scheduled your event. Most brides have not bought flowers before, much less planned a whole wedding, so we do not expect you to know the process. Here’s a quick overview of what to expect and next steps: Outline of the Process- 1. Schedule a Free 15-minute phone call with Exotica the signature of flowers, so we can give you a general idea of cost. Visit our website to build a general budget based on our Package Prices. https://www.exoticaweddings.com/wedding-packages 3. If our prices align with your budget, Schedule a Dream Session to tell us about your vision, develop a real budget, get availability of product, and pick actual flower arrangements that you will use at your wedding. https://calendly.com/exotica-flowers/wedding-consultation 4. After your Dream Session, we update the proposal that we just created and email it to you for your review. 5. Please look over the proposal and adjust, as needed. 6. We will update the revisions and resend the revised paperwork for your 2nd review. If everything looks good, now is the time to put down a 20% deposit. Please note the deposit only holds the date. You can still make small changes, if needed, up until the final payment is made. 7. 4 weeks before your event we will email you to schedule a quick call or zoom to finalize any changes prior to the final payment. We will update the final changes and resend the final proposal for your review. If everything is correct, then it is time to make the final payment.
