ari was our decorator and she killed it! I sent all my decor in a box and she put everything out and took everything down at the end of the night. She decorated even better than what I envisioned! Made our day stress free! Kyle was our DJ and he was great! He was super accommodating, flexible, organized and kind. Would definitely recommend Expert Productions for your next event!

e also played our playlist during our ceremony and seamlessly blended the songs we selected which was really beautiful. He made us feel very comfortable. He was originally meant to be our DJ for the reception but unfortunately was unable to stay so we were given another DJ. I was never notified that we were given another DJ for the reception and only found out when I called the company a couple days before the wedding. I wish this was something they would have been honest about and notified me about as finding a DJ that had great reviews was one of the most important parts of wedding planning for me. Music is huge to my husband and I and regarded as a very important part of our wedding so we spent many many hours over a few weeks creating a very organized playlist for the dance portion of the reception. I sacrificed a lot of sleep to create this playlist in between working as a nurse in a busy hospital, doctorate school work, clinicals, family deaths, and other life events going on while wedding planning. Our playlist included a substantial number of “must play” songs that would take up a good portion of the reception time as we wanted a higher level of control over the music played. In addition, we created a large list of songs we would like the DJ to select from for any of the remaining time. I categorized these songs by genre to make it easier for the DJ to use. All of this was done in a word document and organized with bold and underlined headers for easy viewing. During my discussion with the DJ I indicated that we would like all “Must play” songs played and other songs selected from our remaining list. I let him know he could select other songs if absolutely necessary to keep dance floor going, but that I really wanted him to stick to the list. These instructions were also written in the word document playlist that I sent him. It was a major surprise to us that many of our “must play” songs were not played. One of which was a beatles song “Get Back” that my dad and I picked out together that we were most looking forward to as we are Beatles nuts and thought this song would provide a very memorable father/daughter moment for us during the dance party portion of the reception. I did not indicate this was a song special to my dad and I on the list because it was listed under “must play” and based on my convo with the DJ, all of these songs should have been played. While our wedding was over 5 months ago, my dad and I are still upset this song never played and we never got that moment together. My husband and I were also disappointed with quite a few songs played that were not on our list at all and clearly did not align with the our music tastes. One in particular, the “yada yada” song, was like nails on a chalkboard to us. During the reception, it is so overwhelming with so many guests wanting your time that we did not have a chance to go up to DJ and voice these complaints. The night flew by before we knew it. Overall our wedding was amazing, but we do have a bitter taste leftover when we think of the dance music of our reception. This frustration is amplified having spent so much time creating a user-friendly playlist and instructions to try to avoid this scenario in the first place.

ur wedding reception was moved indoors. The lights were never hang and were never on site. The expectation was that they would refund of $595 without us asking. It's the right thing to do. Carrie P. was our wedding coordinator. We have left several messages to both her and also Dir of Sales Katelyn requesting for a refund of $595. I would not recommend any dealings with them

ride. She then lied to the groom and said the bride asked for it to be started early. This coordinator overstepped on multiple occasions and tried to make our wedding all about her. The resort we booked our wedding with provided the services for free, but I would have paid to NOT have to use the coordinator. I did everything that she was supposed to do before she got around to it and all she did was tell me why I couldn’t have what I already planned/wanted for MY wedding day. She kept trying to tell me why I should do it her way up until the moment I walked into my wedding reception. I purposely did not hire a photographer, DJ or other services from Expert because I did not want to deal with them due to the experience I had with the coordinator. The best part was when she left our wedding and we were free to enjoy it

We had so much fun, and our guests kept talking about how fun our reception was and how it felt like a big party, which is what we wanted! Joe did not disappoint!!

for us and did an amazing job! The drapes really pulled together the space and helped create the perfect ambience that we were going for. DJ Stu was our DJ for the evening and he was great to work with leading up to the event and during the event. He took the time to speak with us prior to the event and walk through the night to make sure he knew what our music style was, how we wanted the night to flow, and what our timeline for the night looked like. His system and lights were great and he was really able to produce great sound quality on the dance floor while still allowing people to socialize if they weren’t on the dance floor. We had a pretty extensive playlist we had already created and he did a great job arranging the music in an order that flowed and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long! They also linked us up with Tori Elkington for our officiant. She was such a pleasure to work with! She took some time to really get to know us before the wedding and add in personal details to our ceremony. She had great resources to provide to us to help us pick out our ceremony format and we were able to customize it to our own desires. During the rehearsal she walked everyone through the ceremony in detail, giving us tips and tricks and making sure to point out everything from body positioning to the way we should walk to ensure we are visible to everyone. The day of she made us feel so comfortable as if it was just the three of us up there!

would recommend this company to anyone planning any type of event. Tori Elkington was our wedding planner and she was the best person I worked with throughout my entire wedding planning process. I really couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Tori got everything right. She fought for me to have the best day as possible. I truly felt so supported by her and all the staff around her. Tori is super dedicated to her brides, and will do anything to make their day as special as she wanted her own. Not only is Tori a great coordinator, but she is a great all around person too.

Finally after a few days they said he liked to reach out closer to. Again, no big deal. Fast forward to 2 days before my wedding I had still not heard a peep, they had no idea how I wanted things, what I wanted nor had I picked colors for the uplighting. I was starting to panic and was already at my venue trying to relax with family. Then I get a text... a TEXT. From my DJ. He is very disorganized and though I filled out a planning for only had a photo of scribbles and notes he had made. Then day of he was a tad on the boring side and the uplighting was not that great. Definitely wish I did not try to cut on budget for a DJ which is what makes everyone have fun. Besides the short brief text conversation I had never talked to my DJ until I walked into my reception that evening. Horrible business model.

Both the DJ and the Ukulele/Steel Drum player called the week before the wedding to run through all of the details we'd put together and they executed all of our plans flawlessly. The DJ was amazing and made sure the dance floor was full at all times. They were a perfect option for us and I would definitely recommend using them for your wedding!

The guests really loved the ambience of the event, with the soft colorful lighting around the room and the monogram lighted in the middle of the dance floor. . A few days before the wedding, our DJ Joshua called to go over the last minute details and he had some great recommendations to keep the reception flowing, and to keep guests engaged. The reception dance was so fun, and Joshua helped keep the party going, and really got the dance floor moving. There were multiple times when there was not a single person in their seat because everyone was jamming on the dance floor. Additionally, Joe maintained the timeline and seamlessly integrated our bridal parties speeches, first dance, and cake cutting into the mix of fun music. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, filled with energy and love. I'm beyond grateful for the environment Joe helped to create and maintain. There is no doubt in my mind that without Expert Productions, the wedding would have been lacking liveliness. I would 10/10 recommend everytime, to everyone. Pam and Tina were my photgrapher and videographers. We’ve only gotten a few photos back from the wedding, but if they are any indication of how the rest will be, we are going to be super happy. They were all so complimentary of the day which made us excited. Expert Productions definitely made my wedding the wedding I dreamed of with the lighting, DJ, photographer and videographer. I would 100% recommend Expert Productions to any bride in or out of town! You won’t be disappointed.

the wedding. Tori, THANK YOU! Now onto Josh who was our DJ and he was AMAZING!! He called me the day before my wedding just to go over some fine details. My now husband had requested a song that was showing to be IMPOSSIBLE to get (that we later come to find out is not longer available to buy in the states). Josh spent the next 7 HOURS!?!?! looking for a way to get this to play for our reception. He even went out to buy a small adapter to plug our phone into his equipment. He accommodated my mother's request with making sure the music wasn't too loud as we had an "older" guest list that wanted to be able to boogy and not lose more of their hearing..lol.(thank heaven's he was patient. :)) Out groomsman helps with requests and working with Josh to make sure we had a good time. I can't speak more highly of Josh and his willingness to make sure our party was a HIT! We got so many compliments on the selection of music he played as we only said 80/90s and to HAVE FUN! BOY DID WE! WE LOVED JOSH!

The were able to coordinate all these movements between venues and between the DJ and photographer during the reception. We booked several services through them (Photographer- Tina, DJ- Joe, Videographer- Pam, Day of Assistant- Tori, and Officiant- Cherish and a Photobooth) and are so happy with the outcome. The turn around time for our photos was very quick and they turned out so pretty, Tina even borrowed me her own sunglasses so we could all be wearing shades for some of the pictures! I didn’t spend much time talking with Pam but she was so pleasant and I’m sure I will love her work when we see our wedding video because she was busy the whole time we had her, trying to catch every special moment on camera. Tori was amazing, every time I called her she was so helpful and so down-to-earth… in fact one time my hubby didn’t know who I was talking to and when I hung up the phone after talking with her he had asked if I was talking to one of my girlfriends. When I said no he was like “oh, do you guys always talk like you’re besties?” haha. Yes, we did because she’s awesome and so personable! She put up with me making several changes along the planning process and customized our day to truly fit our needs. My hubby and I met Joe about a year before our wedding when we were in Florida looking for vendors. He was the first DJ we met with and we loved him instantly! He had so much energy and was so nice we didn’t bother seeing any other DJ’s and just signed a contract that day! As for Cherish, she is equally as amazing as the rest of the team I’ve mentioned… she’s sweet, offered good advice for us writing our own vows, and did a great job helping personalize our ceremony script to make it one of a kind. Expert Productions truly made our destination wedding “The Best Day Ever” for us and I think anyone who chooses them will feel the same way. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Josh was an amazing DJ, he was fun and professional, and I can say that I don't think I left the dance floor for a majority of the reception! The uplighting looked great and did not overpower the room! Josh had a great feel for both us and our guests and the kind of music that brought everyone else to the dance floor! Any questions or concerns addressed with Expert were more than promptly responded to, which I greatly appreciated! Despite their presumably busy schedules, we felt like everyone did a completely thorough job preparing for our wedding and we could not be happier with the way everything turned out!

(They price Matched a quote I had been given by another competitor) And I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of usage and detail I found in the planning link I was directed to! That page helped me think of every detail, toast, timing, songs for each intro and event, specialty dances, even last song of evening. As more planning began, I extended my budget to add Their up lighting, monogram on dance floor, and photo stand services. ALL were a highlight which made my vision come to life! I wouldn’t choose To eliminate ANY of these if I were you! (They were all Classy, fun, and memorable!) Bart, our DJ, was amazing! The two ladies working the photo stand were nice too, only wish ALL of my guests had been informed to write a note to us in our photo album and not only the first Few, since I was Looking forward to reading what everyone would say, for years to come. Oh well, it is still a nice Keepsake. DO NOT choose another company for your wedding!!!!

that it was a one stop shop and we did not have to go through multiple vendors. Tina and Pam were amazing not only working with us to get the photos we wanted but also as a team. I had no idea that Pam was going to "interview" our guests for the video. It was such a special touch, we cannot wait to see the video. Tina was so perfect and placing/staging us just so for the most wonderful pictures. Following us around to get more candid shots as well as us with our guests was so great. As a team they made it so comfortable and natural to just be us and not feel like we were on a runway, they made it so much fun! Joe is so amazing! From the steel drums to DJ. Our guests LOVED that he played guns and roses on the steel drums. We loved that he kept our guests dancing all night long. He took requests, kept everyone moving, and was such a joy. Our photo booth techs were great and so sweet. We absolutely love the photo booth scrap book with their added touches. The props blew us away. They were fun and creative. From the glasses to hats to props and beyond. We loved the added touched on the scrapbook and they kept it so organized. From the bottom of our hearts, we can't thank each and every one of you enough for making our day so incredibly PERFECT! No words can describe how FANTASTIC this team is. Don't think twice, BOOK THEM!
