I found Chef Anthony and his Exquisite Bites Catering company through the website theKnot.com. My company was having a Thanksgiving Lunch for an employee function in November. The service was excellent all around. Communication was great Chef Anthony, he listened to what I wanted to eat and provided a good selection to choose from. His staff did a phenomenal job serving our employees their food. His prices are the fairest of them all. I would highly, highly recommend Exquisite Bites Catering for any event. Chef Anthony and his team was very professional and they exceed my expectations. They made sure that my wedding will be perfect. We did the buffet package and everything taste amazing.

Anthony was great to work with. We wanted something different at the wedding besides the normal wedding menu. He created three stations for us. Pasta, Chinese and sliders. But every station was served so appetizing. The pasta station had a chef making personalized pasta dishes. And the sliders were presented so well. The Chinese station had guests going back for seconds. Everything looked really high quality. Things were on time, plenty of food. And Anthony aways responded to emails quickly. We would not hesitate to use exquisite bites again. We wish we had another event scheduled! You will be very satisfied if you use them for your next wedding or other events!

Chef Anthony hit it out of the park! The food was amazing and the service his staff provided was beyond words. They took care of my husband and me and were so attentive. Chef made special meals for my two young guests that had peanut/nut allergies. Communication was excellent. Look no further this is your caterer.

Anthony and his team at Exquisite Bites catering are amazing! My tasting blew me out of the water with flavor and presentation. I got to pick what I wanted to taste, and he made it beautiful and delicious. I KNEW we had to have him cater our wedding. Fast forward to wedding day, communication was great leading up to the event. He and his staff we wonderful! My venue had a kitchen that allowed him to prepare some of the dishes served in front of my guests; like a chef's table seating. It was fantastic! My cocktail hour was beautiful hors d'oeuvres, drinks and a show! The staff were super professional and very courteous to everyone. My husband and I were served a plated meal, but my guests were given the buffet. So convenient! I loved everything! They gave us a little bit of everything from our cocktail hour too. The beef tenderloin we chose was so perfectly cooked. My mahi mahi was great. And the duck wontons were my husband's favorite, I knew they would be. Delicious choices and the best staff! Chef Anthony and his team did an exceptional job catering our wedding. I spoke to close to 50 wedding caterers and we decided on Exquisite Bites Catering because of the great pricing and flexibility that Chef offered. He was always willing to customize something for us, not only meals but with anything else that we needed throughout the event. Chef Anthony was involved throughout the whole process from start to finish. He really went the extra mile for us and you can tell how passionate he is about what he does. The taste testing was great, very professional, we felt like we were at a restaurant. Everything that we tasted we loved, all of the guests raved about how good the food was. Our favorites were the Smoked Fish Dip, chicken and waffles, and the churros. His staff was very professional as well and did a great job during the wedding. Chef was always available for a phone call or email when we needed him. We are so glad that we chose Exquisite Bites Catering and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a catering company!

My husband and I had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic and Anthony was so sweet and accommodating about everything. Everyoneeee loved the food at our wedding and it was hot lol! I'm 1000% ecstatic with my decision to hire Anthony & his team! I had another caterer lined up for my wedding, and after Covid, they completely ghosted. But I'm glad they did! Anthony answered my millions of questions & was so easy to talk to & helped me put together my menu! We had a taste testing with my family & he was completely professional. We made minor changes with no issue and on the day of my wedding, the food was delicious! Even leftovers tasted amazing! I'm beyond grateful for this company, they will not let you down!!!

There is not much more that I can say other than WOW. Hiring Exquisite Bites Catering for our wedding was the best decision we made, Chef Anthony made everything so easy and transparent. He worked with our budget and guest food preferences, we added on additional services such as cloth napkins, and coffee/hot chocolate bar. From the 1st conversation, to the 1st time meeting him at our food tasting everything was absolutely spectacular, Chef Anthony won my father over immediately and he is not an ease man to impress, we knew Exquisite Bites was the best choice for us. We had our tasting with Anthony and it was a hit! My fiancé and I had our parents as my sister join us, and with each bite you could hear how well everything was going over. He came to us, making it super convenient and we can’t wait for our actual day to see everyone else’s reactions!

Let me start by saying the food quality was most important for our wedding event. In comparison with other companies, we found Exquisite Bites Catering to have more attention towards the quality of food and presentation then any other company. Most places just throw your food on a tray, keep it warm, and serve. Anthony also provides a service which oversees all of the initial set up to ensure staff members have knowledge of each dish, especially concerning guests allergies. He also monitored each hors d’oeuvres presentation and main course setup as well. Anthony was very patient with us and fulfilled every request and adjustment we required. If you are looking for the highest quality food for catering events, i ONLY recommended hiring Exquisite Bites Catering. We’ve done tons of research on catering companies in South Florida and nothing comes close in comparison. We highly recommend this company! :)

Everyone raved about the food the entire night! The crudités for cocktail hour was amazing! The salads were made to perfection and brought out in a timely manner, the buffet was set up perfectly and the staff could not have been more wonderful to work with! Anthony and his team really delivered. Their attention to detail and incredibly flavorful food options impressed our guests so much...they are still talking about it. The portions were perfect, selections were tailored to our tastes and preferences. We had several vegan and allergy-sensitive guests with very specific dietary needs. From edible flower details and touches to elevate the plated visuals, to dehydrated fruits for our cocktails... they were perfect in every way!

We wanted to hire Anthony Martinez from Exquisites Bites to do our entire catering for our wedding. We had tasted his selection at a previous wedding and the appetizers and entress were delicious. However the venue we selected did not allow us to select an outside vendor. They did however allow us to bring in an outside catering company to do the cheese and fruit display. We asked Chef Anthony if he would do it and he was more than happy to ablige. The Cheese and fruit setting was spectacular and from what I heard from my guest is it was a work of art. He was puntual to the venue and created a table that made the Cocktail Hour come alive. Excellent service and pricing.
