Executive Chef Eric Centeno boldly declares that his wife, Sandra Centeno, is the main ingredient and key component to his success in the catering industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Arts and Radio/TV/Film from Clark Atlanta University, (CAU). But her journey was not always easy and in keeping with the philosophy of her alma mater, she had to “find a way, or make one.” Sandra was born of immigrant parents from Haiti and was raised in Chicago, Illinois, before moving to Orlando, Florida, where she completed high school. Although her family had little financially, Sandra was determined to pursue her dream of becoming a TV producer, and after graduating CAU, her goal was ultimately realized. She landed a position first at CNN International and then finally achieved her dream job as a television producer for WSB-TV. After marriage and the birth of her two children, Sandra realized that she wanted to invest the majority of her time raising her children and supporting her husband. This change in priorities prompted Sandra and her husband to embark upon a career that would not only educate their children about managing a business, but would also grant them more time together as a family. As CFO and Director of Catering Sales of Exquisite Delites, Sandra ensures exceptional customer service for her clients and the company stays on task with procedures and protocols. She is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, Spanish and English and is currently learning Amharic and Hindi. That skillset, coupled with her certification as an event planner, adds the perfect ingredient for assured success with Exquisite Delites.

Exquisite Delites offered one of my best venue/catered experiences. The venue is very beautiful and perfect for small intimate groups. The venue has been updated to create a more modern, sophisticated experience.
For the function I attended, the venue has just the right amount of table placement so you do not feel cramped.
The food was nothing less than amazing. The main course of the medley of vegetables, potatoes, chicken and fish were so flavorful. The fish and chicken was so tender. The staff is very professional, attentive and the venue was very clean. They ensured that the food items were replenished in a timely fashion. I will definitely consult them on any future functions.

I have already been name dropping.
The Summer Squash was tastfully grilled. The salad was refreshing. The Jerk Salmon was new to me and very tasty.
Just right for dancing afterwards, which I'm sorry I had to miss.

Exquisite Delites catering, service, and all around support was one of the primary highlights of our wedding. When we met Chef Eric and Sandra Centeno during our food tasting, we connected immediately and knew we wanted them to be a part of our special event. It was one of the best decisions we made! The food was outstanding – we had several friends request the recipes after the event (especially the butternut squash mashed potatoes). Exquisite Delites took special care of our guest’s dietary needs (gluten-free, allergies, vegetarians, etc) and prepared a menu that was flavorful, upscale, unique, and healthy. During the event, many people went back for seconds and thirds! We’ve received several texts that it was the best wedding food they had ever had…from people that have been to hundreds of weddings. Beyond the food, the service and bartending was impeccable and elevated our event. All of our guests felt cared for and special. Our family and friends also really enjoyed getting to know Chef Eric, Sandra, and the entire Exquisite Delites staff, as they are all great people. For any events we host in the future, Exquisite Delites will be our first phone call! Thank you again to the entire Exquisite Delites Team and the Centeno family.

I know everybody's favorite part of the night from my 50th birthday party was the dining and open bar experience provided by Chef Eric & Sandra Centino of Exquisite Delites. The delectable display of my favorite foods attracted a long line of hungry guests who sampled a variety of chicken wings like lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, dry rub bbq, and more. The street taco bar's savory options included barbacoa, chicken, fish, and tofu, but the catfish sliders brought guests back in line for more. I could not have ask for a better catering company. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Exquisite took care of every detail.

Exquisite Delites Catering Company is absolutely wonderful! I played double duty at my friend’s wedding (day of coordinator and guest) and wanted to share my experience. As the day-of-coordinator, they were professional and accommodating and a true pleasure to work with. They were able to accommodate all of the last-minute requests, including one from a vegan that they were not expecting. This person was truly grateful for them being able to pivot so easily – and the food was DELICIOUS! The presentation of the food was beautiful. The food was delicious and as mentioned all staff was pleasant and professional. All around, I absolutely recommend Exquisite Delites Catering Company for a stress free event with fantastic food!

I cannot say enough about Exquisite Delights!! They made our wedding absolutely wonderful!! The staff, the efficient setup and take-down and of course the FOOD! The food was on a whole other level, truly exquisite! We have been continuously receiving compliments from our guests about how AWESOME the food was. We had a customized menu of cedar-plank salmon and short ribs, with delicious sides, as well as a cheese and charcuterie board. Everyone was blown away. They are super professional as well as truly lovely people to work with. I felt safe that they had it all handled, didn’t have to worry at all. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Everything was communicated clearly and efficiently, they made it all so easy.

Exquisite Delites is utterly amazing!!! They are prompt, their customer service is extraordinary and the taste of the food is superb. I didn’t know what I was going to do as a wedding planner during COVID but they made it happen! The timing of the passed appetizers were perfect and it seamlessly flowed into the individually packaged salad and entrees. Their menu is endless!!! The chef is very well versed in many cultures so he can prepare practically any type of cuisine. Exquisite Delites will be my go-to catering company, no matter how big or small my event will be!

Our experience with Exquisite Delights was amazing from beginning to end! We were able to meet with them on zoom to discuss the menu and ways to keep everything COVID friendly. For the taste test we were able to meet in person. This is a family operated business and it was a joy to see them working together. On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly! We couldn’t have asked for more. The food was amazing and our guests loved it. They even brought a photo booth set up and props that was a hit also. We would love to work with them again for any future events!!

Chef Eric created a spectacular feast fit for a King and Queen... He did not come to play as always. My husband and I still share pictures of the day and honestly it more of the food pics 😊. The presentation, the taste and the utmost here created makes the evening memorable as in everything happened yesterday. Chef Eric pays attention to detail, his cuisine reflects his passion and love for what he does! The food not only look good, it always without fail tastes absolutely scrumptious. Our event was an an engagement dinner, however every single guest thought they were pranked to attend a wedding based on the level of food, presentation and the ambience created by Chef Eric and team. They said it was a five star, fine dining experience of note!!!! Trust me, you would never be disappointed and your event / wedding will be in your guests mouths for years to come.
