Evonne was amazing in every way possible - her energy, her knack for details, her interpersonal skills, the creative ideas she presented and her amazing communication skills. She really captured what we wanted and helped us make it possible. Now that I’ve gone through the wedding planning process, I would highly recommend hiring a wedding planner regardless of if the wedding is big or small. Evonne gave us that piece of mind that we had everything covered and nothing had been forgotten. On the day of the wedding, the only thing my wife and I had to worry about was having fun and staying together to greet our guests. Evonne and her team took care of everything else! I can honestly say, our wedding would not have been as amazing without the support Evonne gave us throughout our wedding planning process!

A friend suggested hiring a ‘day of wedding stylist’. I contacted 5, and interviewed 3. From the start, Evonne’s intake process was superior to any of the others. During our initial meeting, we had an immediate connection and I could see that we were both appreciating that we were a great fit. I knew I was lucky to find someone so competent only about 7 weeks before my wedding. From the day I hired Evonne, my stress level plummeted. She attended my bridal accessories shopping spree and my dress fitting. My wedding day was the most relaxing and enjoyable day with Evonne by my side. I wish I had hired her to plan my entire wedding, because I am sure I would have had zero stress during the entire process. She is so committed to the process, any bride would be lucky to work with her! Thank you Evonne!

site Event. If you are even slightly on the fence on hiring a wedding coordinator/planner (WP) I can assure you that you will not ever regret moving forward with Exquisite Event. I had the chance to talk to a handful of wedding planners before meeting with Evonne, and I certainly saved the best for last. Evonne was the only person that made the experience personable from our first interaction. Without even being hired by us, she dedicated more than an hour of her time to talk with me about my vision, wants/needs for our wedding. We immediately clicked and I felt that I was working with someone that truly cared about my day being as perfect as possible. She asked me questions beyond the standard *day of expectations.* Her questions are thoughtful, smart, and creative. Even from our initial call, Evonne kindly offered her expertise and guidance, helping me understand venue expectations that I didn't even know I needed to have! Fast forward to weeks and months of planning, Evonne was there for every question and opinion. This being the only wedding of my family, I had no prior experience in any sort of planning and I can confidently say I would have bee LOST without her guidance and support on our day. Throughout the whole process, it never felt like a business transaction, but rather conversations with a friend that was keen on helping me plan and execute every detail. Speaking of detail, Evonne's attention to details is INCREDIBLE. We had spoken about how I envisioned my cocktail and reception rooms, and truthfully, when I saw everything finalized, I could not have dreamed of it looking better. As someone with a type A personality, Evonne's consistent attention and responsiveness was highly appreciated. The timeline that she created for the day was beyond anything I could have imagined, and even other vendor's for the wedding noted that they had never seen a WP with such detail for the day. The day goes by so quickly, that every minute counts. The day of our wedding, had more hiccups than we could've predicted. Fortunately for my husband and I, we did not find out until after the entire day had ended. That is solely thanks to Evonne, who managed to keep everything under control and made sure that I did not feel the stress or consequences of things not going as planned. Evonne had a plan B for everything! She is confident in her work and if there is something that you need done, she will make it happen. My family throughout the day asked me how I found her, they were in awe of her kindness and attentiveness not just to me, but to everyone in my bridal suite as well. My husband and I are both Colombian, and as a Latina, it meant so much to me to have someone by our side who understood the importance of keeping our culture alive and felt throughout the day's events. If I can give one advice to any bride looking for an extra hand on their day, SAY YES to Exquisite Events. Evonne will be not just be your wedding planner, but your most trusted friend of the night who will treat your special day with immense care and love.

e coordinated seamlessly from 3 different states, private dinners and brunches on the veranda were expertly executed. And to top it all off, we enjoyed a luxurious day boating and snorkeling (with a DJ on board!) It was wonderful to have a competent, thoughtful planner to take care of all the details so I didn't have to!

love for wedding planning was just so evident. I felt like I was her only client even though I know they were working on other weddings besides mine. They are not the least expensive, however the value that you get for the service that was rendered is EXCEPTIONAL! If you have the opportunity to book their services, do yourself a favor and book...you will not be disappointed.
