We hired Dave and his team for our June wedding at Valhalla. We chose two meat options with sides and everything was excellent. Our guests all raved about the tri-tip and chicken, ...
and the baked potato bar was a hit! They provided servers and bartenders making our event go seamlessly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. 10/10 on all levels. Thanks for making our special day even better by providing excellent service and food!
Dave rocks! As the daughter of a small business owner I really love it when the owner of another business is out there manning the grill on your big day- it meant so much to my hus...
band and myself he was there. The food was fantastic. Tri-Tip was not too dry which is kinda what can happen, or often happens with Tri-Tip. We were able to do a tasting before, which was incredibly kind. The quickbook emails were easy to read and kept me on track with how much I had already spent and what was left. They worked with me when our wedding guest count decreased less than two weeks before the wedding and the day of I barely saw them but I knew Dave was there holding down the fort and feeding my hungry friends. The real taste test: my husband has worked in the wedding industry for almost twenty years and made the comment to me "no one ever really eats at weddings." Not sure if this is a true statement but let us just say the plates were all clean that night- including his!
This company rocked my wedding. Not only did I have no complaints, the food was delicious and everything was handled professionally. I would definitely recommend them and so would ...
my wife.
We hired Exquisite Grill to cater a welcome dinner for about 40 people in Tahoe City at a private residence. We wanted a biergarten theme. Ashlaey helped select the menu and was ...
quickly responsive to all phone calls and emails. David and his assistant came early, set up in the drive way and started cooking. We asked them to serve hors d'oeuvres which helped gather folks together. David then grilled assorted sausages and pretzels. We had some vegetarians so David easily accommodated them with grilled veggies sausages on a grill that never had meat cooked on it. We had side dishes of grilled veggies and salad. The whole evening was so wonderful. Everyone had a favorite sausage; from spicy to sweet - the assortment was fantastic. The pretzels were delicious, warm bread with lots of different mustard flavors to choose from for dipping. The veggies were seasonal and fresh. It was a great evening, well cooked delicious food and I did not have to think twice about anything from service to clean up! I could enjoy my son, our friends and the first evening of a beautiful celebration! I would highly recommend this company for ease of planning, great service, delicious food with generous portions and very enjoyable engagements. Thank you to all of you for your part in a sweet and memorable celebration. I would recommend you to anyone who asks!!
