My career in event planning began nearly a decade ago. I’ve had the pleasure of working across the industry in wedding coordination, corporate events, and hotel catering. Each role taught me something new about creating unforgettable experiences and providing top-notch service.
What I loved most was working directly with couples to turn their wedding dreams into reality. I wanted a more hands-on role in the planning process, ensuring every detail is seamlessly and stylishly executed.

organization and note taking skills). Kelly would often bring up details that both my wife and I forgot about during our walk throughs with our vendors.
Kelly really shined on the day of the wedding. She was incredibly organized and helped us move from one event to another (and there were a lot of microevents that you forget about). The logistics were buttery smooth and it was apparent and obvious, my guests definitely noticed. They mentioned that our wedding was well organized and perfectly timed.
We are so, so happy we got Kelly. Trust us, a wedding planner/coordinator is an absolute must, and Kelly is worth her weight in gold! No one should be working on your wedding day. It will truly be the best day of your lives. And Kelly was able to make that a reality. Thank you so much Kelly!

My husband and I didn’t have to stress or worry about the details of the day, which allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding. From what I heard, our vendors liked working with her too. was best to have someone help us kind of keep in line through our wedding planning process with the day of coordination package. And being about to meet Kelly first to get to know each other and get our questions answered, we decided to move forward.
We opted for the day of coordination package which allowed us to have a coordinator and an assistant for the day of. There were perks with booking in advance, since they have vendor lists to help us find vendors throughout. The day of service also meant that Kelly looked over our contracts before we signed off on them just in case we didn’t understand or overlooked a detail or two. She also was really helpful with steering us in the right direction of the day of scheduling and contacted all our vendors to ensure that they knew what times to setup/clean up, etc. It was all really helpful in the last month prior to our wedding! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me get everything ready! Thanks so much Kelly!
