Hiring a wedding planner was the best money I spent on my wedding. It made vetting vendors, coordinating minutiae, negotiating hiccups and day of logistics SO MUCH EASIER. Having a wedding planner allowed me to actually enjoy my day!
Kelly Scaramella is fantastic at what she does. She's meticulous, organized, she has tons of industry contacts she can recommend and she has impeccable taste and judgment. On top of all of that, she's a delight to be around, which is important when you consider how much time you'll spend speaking to your planner. 10/10 can't recommend her enough!

Kelly was a rock star! She was in touch with me from day one. Multiple phone calls and we met at the venue way ahead of time to confirm all the details. She was very hands-on and paid attention to every detail. The day of she took over, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She had it all set up and everyone where they needed to be; while I focused on getting ready and my photos. I couldn’t have imagined my day without her. My wedding was everything we had hoped for and more and that is thanks to Kelly. I highly recommend her for your coordinator.

We were referred to Kelly and we were so glad we did! She was the best. Extremely detail oriented, prompt communication and responses, and the most incredible memory (I credit her organization and note taking skills). Kelly would often bring up details that both my wife and I forgot about during our walk throughs with our vendors.
Kelly really shined on the day of the wedding. She was incredibly organized and helped us move from one event to another (and there were a lot of microevents that you forget about). The logistics were buttery smooth and it was apparent and obvious, my guests definitely noticed. They mentioned that our wedding was well organized and perfectly timed.
We are so, so happy we got Kelly. Trust us, a wedding planner/coordinator is an absolute must, and Kelly is worth her weight in gold! No one should be working on your wedding day. It will truly be the best day of your lives. And Kelly was able to make that a reality. Thank you so much Kelly!

Kelly did such an outstanding job with the month-out and day-of coordination of our wedding. From the get-go, she thought of details and vendor questions that never occurred to me, and made me so thankful she was on board to help with the wedding. She did such a great job coordinating the vendors and creating the timeline, that the day ran seamlessly. My husband and I didn’t have to stress or worry about the details of the day, which allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding. From what I heard, our vendors liked working with her too. My makeup artist was actually talking about wedding coordinator horror stories and said how great Kelly was to work with. Great work, and I’d highly recommend Kelly!

We were recommended Kelly to help with the wedding planning by my cousin and his fiancée that were also getting married. Due to some life circumstances and schedules, we decided it was best to have someone help us kind of keep in line through our wedding planning process with the day of coordination package. And being about to meet Kelly first to get to know each other and get our questions answered, we decided to move forward.
We opted for the day of coordination package which allowed us to have a coordinator and an assistant for the day of. There were perks with booking in advance, since they have vendor lists to help us find vendors throughout. The day of service also meant that Kelly looked over our contracts before we signed off on them just in case we didn’t understand or overlooked a detail or two. She also was really helpful with steering us in the right direction of the day of scheduling and contacted all our vendors to ensure that they knew what times to setup/clean up, etc. It was all really helpful in the last month prior to our wedding! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me get everything ready! Thanks so much Kelly!

My husband and I were thrilled with Kelly as our coordinator! She was incredibly helpful in the months leading up to our wedding, helping us stay organized and even giving us advice & recommendations, and the day of our wedding she made sure everything went perfectly. It was so comforting to know that someone so experienced and professional was handling all of the details while I could just relax and enjoy the day. She and her assistants even went out of their way to place the flowers from our ceremony along the head table at our reception – the most gorgeous detail! Having a day-of coordinator is worth every penny, and Kelly delivered beyond what we were even expecting. I highly recommend her

My career in event planning began nearly a decade ago. I’ve had the pleasure of working across the industry in wedding coordination, corporate events, and hotel catering. Each role taught me something new about creating unforgettable experiences and providing top-notch service.
What I loved most was working directly with couples to turn their wedding dreams into reality. I wanted a more hands-on role in the planning process, ensuring every detail is seamlessly and stylishly executed.
