y our guests weren’t the wiser. For example, we were already back down the aisle after our vows before our recessional music started. Nobody mentioned it to us, so ultimately it didn’t hamper the guest experience which was most important to us.
We got many compliments on the cocktail hour music being well-balanced and fitting ( we asked for a fusion of traditional R&B and island love songs for my husband’s USVI family). During the reception, we mostly fell into millennial core and line dances; this kept everyone on the dance floor!! We left happy and sweaty lol.
Leading up to our big day, we loved getting the reminder emails with milestone dates to keep us on tracks, the video prep call, and the ease of payment. We definitely got great value from working with Exquisite Sound and would highly recommend them!

We asked for slow music during dinner and instead the music turned up and the party started which caused many to not eat all their food. Only complaint I have is that he cut our first dance super short and we didn't get to enjoy that special moment and dance to the entire song. Also, before the wedding, we requested a couple of our favorite songs to be played and he definitely did not play them. All in all, the night was so much fun and everyone had a great time dancing which is the most important thing.

We, like most other couples, had songs we wanted to play for the processional into the wedding. As the bridal party walked into the ceremony there was absolute silence. Not sure if...
he didn't play the music or if the music was quiet that it couldn't be heard, but it was very upsetting. While my fiancé and I walked into the ceremony the music was playing but it was so quiet that no one could hear it. My song was a surprise for my fiancé (husband now) and I had to play it for him after the wedding because he had no idea what song I had selected because it was so quiet.
The introductions into the reception were completely wrong and not what we had requested. It was a free for all.
After the introductions into the reception the bridal party stayed on the dance floor dancing to finish out the song. The DJ immediately began playing our first dance song without announcing it or telling everyone to get off the dance floor so we had to ask people to move so we could have our first dance.
We had an in person meeting about a week before our wedding and went through a very detailed explanation about what we wanted and provided all the information we possibly could. We were incredibly disappointed.

I took his card home and booked him the next week. Toryn has multiple DJs, but he guaranteed me that he would be the DJ at my wedding and I was glad! We communicated in the months before the wedding, making payments, filling out song selection lists, etc. A week before the wedding, we had a phone meeting and went over all the day of details. He arrived two hours before the ceremony started to set up. He provided us with ceremony music, microphones for the officiant, and scripture readers, and of course reception music. From the bridal party introductions to the send off at the end of the night, Toryn was excellent! He played a wide variety of music that we had previously discussed. He encouraged people to get up and dance. He was even out on the dance floor a few times! All of the guests loved him! In all seriousness, during the reception at least 15 people asked me where I found Exquisite Sounds Entertainment! My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Toryn and Exquisite Sounds Entertainment! So many people have told us that our wedding was the most fun wedding they had ever attended and a huge reason why is because or our DJ! Toryn was extremely professional and went above and beyond the call of duty as a DJ. He diffused a family situation with ease and grace. He made sure that our toast went off without a hitch when our catering company forgot to pour the champagne and cider. He literally ran outside to find the catering lead to get it taken care of. He found music for my husband and his mother to dance to last minute (because my husband forgot to pick something!).
