My daughter wedding was Sat., Nov. 2, 2024. I am writing this because I have not received a response as of today from Perry.
My daughter & I went to the office to book her limo bus...
for her wedding. He showed us 3 buses and she picked the bus with the wrap around seats. Perry was very nice and we had left thinking how nice this services was, but we were TOTALLY WRONG.
I wrote to let him know how disappointed I was. He called me the Thursday before to discuss what we had ordered and I told him that he had forgotten to mention a stop on our schedule. His words were "oh, the driver will know". Well the night of pick-up the driver tells me I only have 1 pick up and stop. I explained to her I paid extra and she calls someone. Her response was "MY BOSS SAID THIS IS NOT A SHUTTLE SERVICE". If I could post a picture you would see I paid for 2 pick ups and 2 drop offs. The second thing is that this was NOT the bus that we had ordered and paid for, which was very disappointing. Why show us, let us pick a bus and send another. These issues are something that no one should have to deal with at the end of an event.

Well my husband and I used these people for our wedding, which was on November 13th, 2021. Bad service they was an hour and half late for our wedding. Alexis who is the owner blame...
the drive for not doing his job but I was informed that Alexis informed the young man about the job at 5:15pm on Saturday when the limousine should have been in-front the hotel not going pick up the bus. This company really messed up my wedding day. Please don’t believe the reviews on his website because that’s his employees writing them. Check them out on Facebook and see all the bad reviews this company has. He also changed the time for my pickup to 6:00 because of his over booking.
