My husband and I went back and forth whether we should get a video and after seeing just the recap video it was worth every penny we paid for! Andy was professional and answered all of my emails so quickly. We landed from our honeymoon 2 1/2 weeks after our wedding and were able to watch our recap video. It has every important piece of our wedding summed up in to 3 minutes. We haven't seen our full video yet but it was mailed and we should be receiving it any day!

One complaint that I have heard from many brides is …. I wish I had a videographer. The day goes so fast and sometimes you (and/or your parents) just wish you could relive it. It was a no brainer for us. Andy was our videographer for our wedding at One Atlantic in November. He had one of the most important qualities of a videographer, in my opinion, which is you never realize he is there….ever! One of my bridesmaids didn’t even know I had a videographer. He posted our 5 minute video on facebook and everyone loved it! He highlighted all of the best most memorable moments...and he actually times some of the lyrics with what is being shown in the video! My mother has watched it a million times. We decided we wanted an extended version (approx. 20 min) so we added that onto our contract and Andy timed that just as perfectly since we received it ON Valentine's Day! Andy is also very available via phone or email and he is very accommodating. An absolute pleasure to work with!

Andy at Extra Step was extremely nice, professional, and helpful throughout my entire wedding process. We hired him first because of his quality and affordability. We already received our 5 minute recap which our family and friends love. I am sure the edited DVDs will be just as good.

Andy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always professional, and most important always accessible. I think anytime I called him he answered his phone, and any email was responded to within 24 hours (actually shorter). He took the time to ask questions about our personalities, what we expected from the video, and other details pertaining to our day. Andy was not available the day of our wedding so our actual videographer was Ryan. I spoke with Ryan on the phone and I could tell that Andy had given him all the information we had discussed and Ryan was also of the utmost professional during the wedding. Lastly, my video came out great!!!! I received it well within the 6 weeks promised and everyone that sees it thinks it is great. Even after the wedding, and after he gave us our video,Andy was still so attentive to any questions or any comments. I would highly recommend Andy. We hired Extra Step Video for our wedding and were pleased beyond our wildest expectations. Andy was extremely professional and did a wonderful job at the ceremony and reception, recording all the events without being obtrusive. Moreover, Andy took his time to do the editing correctly, without "rushing" the job. The final product was well worth it, including an opening montage and closing montage set to music. Four years after our wedding, my husband and I still watch our video every year on our anniversary and expect to do so in the future. We give Extra Step Video our highest recommendations!

First of all, Andy is the SWEETEST man! He always returned my emails or phone calls in a timely fashion and was SO pleasant, professional and kind! I remember one phone call that lasted almost an hour becasue we were just chatting about life! He is very interested in his clients and makes an effort to get to know them, so he can serve them properly and know what they want! My video was fantastic...just the right amout of each part of the wedding and it really told a story! The price was even better than the video! Andy was so professional and my husband and I barely noticed his presence. Once we viewed our video, we could not believe how much of our wedding he captured. From the first look, to the ceremony to the reception, he got it all and all of the people who mean so much to us. I was married in September of 1997. I was very happy with my wedding video. Extra Step did everything I asked for and more. The quality, sound and graphics were AMAZING. His personality was also perfect!! My guests really enjoyed him. I would recommend him to anyone. Years later my video is still of great quality. He even sent me a notice after all these years that I can have my video converted to CD instead of VHS. After all these years!! This should proove his longevity and experience in videography. Andy from Extra Step video was one of the easiest vendors I had to deal with. From day one he was laid back, relaxed, and genuinely eager to film our wedding. He was also kind enough to send us one of his updated dvd cases he got a few months after we already got our video, which shows he truly cares and doesn't just forget about you the day he's done editting. I retained the services of Extra Step Video one month before my wedding, after deciding I wanted to have a professional quality video, and not rely on amatuer videos of friends/family. My husband and I were extremely happy with the finished product and everyone who has viewed it says it's like re-living that day all over again. Andy was gracious and professional throughout the entire process, and on that day, he made me, my husband and our guests, feel comfortable to the point that you didn't notice him and his camera. He delivered the work on time and was very responsive to my requests and needs. I would absolutely recommend and/or use his services again, and trust him to capture any of special events I may have in the future.

With all of the craziness that goes into planning a wedding, it was nice to be able to relax about my videographer, Andy. He was always so accessible and just a nice guy. For almost every other person I dealt with for my wedding, I had to read pages of contracts and always had to double check all of the wording so I could know I wasn't getting ripped off. With Extra Step, it was nothing like that. Then the day of my wedding came and Andy was right there for all of the action. Me and my family absolutely loved the video he made for us too! The short clip he put together with the music at the end was a perfect summary of our day. Furthermore, his prices were the cheapest I had seen by almost about half! You can tell he really put so much into making it so extremely special and personalized for us...and trust me I was a pretty crazy bride! Thanks again Extra Step for making my day so much easier and giving me the memories to last the rest of my life!

Firstly the sound in some parts of the video, mainly the ceremony were horrible he states he was un prepared for the set up we had. But failed to ask me or my wedding coordinator about it, being the venue was different from any other. Also in the video there was not much footage of my immediate family. Instead he continues to video one women throughout the whole video. I've showed it to a few family members who all said the same thing "wow she's in it a lot" it was uncomfortable, unsettling, and embarrassing. Then when I asked him to edit it so she wasn't in so often. He simply chopped those parts out. Really very unprofessional. Some parts of the video are great, like the ones of my family.

Extra Step Video was the perfect choice for our wedding. We weren't initially going to get a video, however, I am very glad we did. They are very reasonably priced and very quick with delivering the final product. Highly recommend Andy and Extra Step!

I used Extra Step for my wedding video two years ago and still watch the video all the time. He taped very moment of my special day, from my house to the church, to the beach to the reception. The quality was great, the videographer was so friendly and easy to work with to. The price was spectacular! I would Tell anyone I know to use this company!

I loved having a video to remember our day. I thought he did an excellent job on the highlight part of the video.;Left reception earlier than we had planned. Kept interrupting us to give a video message so that he could leave. Took a long time to get the video back.
