Calvin worked with my partner and I to craft a wedding timeline that worked for our wedding party, guests, and the venue. He gave helpful suggestions for our timeline throughout the process and provided a form for us to fill out that made the planning process very easy. Throughout the planning process he was responsive, transparent, and helpful. On the day of the event, he kept the event on track and running smoothly by checking in with us a few times throughout the evening and making sure each person speaking knew when their cue was. He was a fantastic MC, was gracious in including guest song requests, and kept energy high throughout the evening. Calvin truly made our reception perfect and we're so thankful we booked him for our special day!

Could not recommend Calvin enough! It was important to my husband to customize the music for our wedding and Calvin allowed us to do just that, but also provided great playlists if needed! He was very helpful, flexible and kept our evening flowing great! I would recommend to anyone!

Calvin was our DJ at our wedding last weekend and did an incredible job. There were so many people on the dance floor from the time it opened all the way through to the last song. Calvin was great at keeping everyone hyped the whole night! He also was very responsive throughout the entire planning process, and did a great job with keeping things on schedule the night of which was so helpful. Calvin even checked with us towards the end of the night to see if there was anything specific that hadn’t been played yet that we wanted to hear which I loved. We had Calvin as our DJ this past weekend for our wedding and I cannot speak more highly on how great he was! Calvin was AWESOME! He worked closely with us and our coordinator and we put together a big list of the most important songs to us and Calvin stuck with what we sent. We had some unrelated hiccups on our wedding day and Calvin was able to adapt and make changes where needed. We hired Calvin for our wedding on 10-10-2023 and it was the best decision ever. Not only was he extremely professional, he was so flexible with all of the craziness that happened on our wedding day do to the weather. About an hour before our ceremony, we decided to completely move the location from the church to the venue property. He was so willing to make our day special. He also was like a coordinator, making sure our bridal party was ready for their entrances, ready for our cake cutting exc. I would HIGHLY recommend him for your wedding!

Calvin did a great job at my wedding! He paid attention to what got the crowd dancing and also made sure to play our favorite songs as well. He was especially great with helping us keep on track for our timeline, and was able to easily adapt to some last minute changes.

Calvin was nothing short of amazing! Leading up to the wedding, he was responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. My wedding was a tad stressful as there were last minute decisions about moving the ceremony from outside to inside due to weather. Calvin was so responsive and flexiable to the moving of everything around. He was very helpful in offering ideas of how to make the ceremony run as smoothly as possible. My family who was moving things around because of the changes had nothing but great thing to say about him. In addition to all the changes, he graciously stayed for an extra hour of music outside of the original timeline when I wasn’t quite ready to stop dancing. Not sure where to begin with Calvin! We had the best time working with him. We booked him April of 2021, for our October 2022 wedding, and as soon as we finally got to meet he brought an energy that made us feel like we were newly engaged again! He was extremely detail oriented during our month out meeting. Calvin completely understood our vision of wanting a dance party as soon as our cake was cut. He was on time, made sure he was set up "out of the way", kept the flow of our ceremony, made sure to pronounce everyone's name right! The list really goes on. Once all the kids left at 8pm, he quickly transitioned into what I requested as "Raunchy"! haha. I wanted a dance party and that's what he gave us! We had foam lights that he was SURE to hand out for us. He knew how to keep people on the dance floor. Once 10:30 hit he was quick to clean up and make sure nothing was left behind. I couldn't recommend Calvin enough!

Calvin is awesome! Everyone loved him as our DJ. He did everything in his power to make sure that our day ran smoothly. We had people dancing all night long. We had a last minute request to add a power point slide show, literally 9pm the night before the wedding, and Calvin was able to honor our request and all of our guests loved our slide show. I can't say enough good things about Calvin. He helped us every step of the way and gave us great advice. He answered all my emails in a timely fashion. He is definately a high quality DJ!

Calvin was very kind and helpful! He offered to help us set up once he was ready himself. He did a great job following the timeline of the night, checking with us for timing, and keeping things going. He gave us a great price and was willing to work with me. For our music, we spent a lot of time coming up with a list of definite songs to play and then a list of extra for him to choose from depending on how people were responding. However, Calvin did not play all the definite songs we asked and played songs that were not on our definite or extra list. Something that really effected me but might not effect many others was the last dance. When it came to the last song of the night, Calvin asked all our guests to form a circle around my husband and I and for us to dance in the middle. I have anxiety so I was extremely overwhelmed and upset when this unexpectedly happened. I know many people wouldn’t mind this, but would just like to make you aware as I wish it was communicated to me ahead of time.

We had the great pleasure of working with Extreme Sound Entertainment - Calvin Brackbill- for our wedding reception. It is easy to see that he cares about his clients as he showed interest in us and our story. We had some unique song requests, and he was responsive and went the extra mile to try to fulfill our wishes. Calvin was FANTASTIC in every way imaginable to work with. DJ Calvin did an amazing job for our August 2019 wedding. He was so helpful in the planning stages and had several song ideas to choose from. He also was very flexible and wanted to be sure that we had the exact music we wanted for the special moments on our big day. He was fun and professional. Calvin was the ultimate dj, with his personalized meeting to plan the perfect reception! Any idea I had he perfected! Calvin was willing to do anything for my husband and I. He allowed me to create a once in a lifetime father daughter dance, a bridal party entrance no one will ever forget, we incorporated games into the reception that broke the ice he had everyone and I mean everyone on the dance floor!! He checked in numerous times with my husband and I to make sure all was going as we expected, which it was! He also checked in with both of our parents as they added some of there own touches to the wedding and they also agreed he was exceptional! During the hectic months of planning a wedding it was nice to meet with Calvin who is very organized. DJ Calvin was freaking awesome! I had guests RSVP with song requests, and he made it a point to have every song on deck to be played. And if any song came on that I wasn't feeling, he changed it immediately (only happened once-it was a BSB vs. N'sync thing). He also made an itinerary, not only for us, but for the photographer and other vendors so they would know when to expect the important things (i.e. cake cutting, first dance, toasts, etc.). Initially I thought he was a little pricey compared to other local djs (I ended up paying $1000 for like 7 hours), but definitely proved to be worth it–especially after some of the dj horror stories I've heard. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Extreme Sound Entertainment was one of the best choices I made for my wedding. I met with Calvin Brackbill 2-3 weeks prior to my wedding...He had a big book of song choices and was very easy to work with. His top priority is to make sure everything goes smoothly for your day and making sure both bride and groom are happy with everything. He emailed us the song schedule with dance ect and was very agreeable to all my last minute changes! :) He came to our rehearsal with the songs ready and eager to make things as simple and stress-free as possible. Saturday morning came around and things went very smoothly! One of my pet peeves at weddings is that the music starts 5 seconds too late! DJ Calvin was great! We had a meeting prior to my wedding to discuss details and he was very organized. He had a pre-printed sheet asking details about the wedding. He had a binder with popular songs to give you ideas for the cake cutting etc. He emailed me prior to my wedding with an itinerary for the night. He was very organized and willing to locate songs that I wanted to be played.I had a tough crowd at my wedding, but he still was able to keep it up beat. I was very impressed with this DJ after some of the horror stories I have heard. I would recommend him to all of my friends.

Our wedding was just a few weeks ago and Calvin was our DJ. He made sure everything was perfect and exacty how we wanted it! He made our wedding day very special and very fun!

Our wedding was May 5, 2012. We had ExtremeSound Entertainment for our DJ. All I can say is amazing!!!!! ExtremeSound Entertainment was definitely the right choice for our special day! Calvin made our wedding day very memorable! He was great to work with and was very up to date with any music we chose to have played at our wedding! I highly recommend ExtremeSound Entertainment if you need a DJ for any special occasion..... You will not be disappointed:)) Thank you so much Calvin for being part of our special day!!!
