The combination was a perfect mix and he provided the exact quantity to keep the bar open for six hours, serving 125 people. We opted not to do a champagne toast and Stephen offered to make a homemade apple pie moonshine for a shot toast. This was all at a very affordable cost. I would highly recommend Ez-bar for any function. They made it easy, fun and as stress free as planning a wedding could be.

party with open bar, I couldn't help but realize that no matter how the rates were broken down, you are NEVER getting what you pay for with an open bar. All of the venues we visited would charge on a per person basis which didn't make sense since more than half of our guests don't drink or wouldn't drink much more than a glass or two of wine. Granted many of our friends can drink HEAVILY, but with only one or two bartenders on the bar (because you are paying for them separately by the way) it would be impossible for them to pour enough drinks that would account for the hourly fee. With EZ Bar you only pay for what you drink because you stock the bar and keep whatever is left. Once we called Steven and explained what we were looking to accomplish and how many guest would be in attendance, he suggested a reasonable amount of beer, wine, liquor and mixers and even ordered and delivered it for us. We had more than enough and at the end of the night the remainder of the bar stayed with us as we continued to pour our own nightcaps. Most importantly, Steve and his staff made all of our guests feel very comfortable (he is very well known for his "witty" comments and frequent one-liners). In fact, my wife also hired them for her bridal shower so make sure you ask about special pricing for booking multiple events leading up to your wedding. Whether it is engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner or even the wedding itself, there is plenty of spirits to be had and this is an excellent option that will save you thousands of dollars.
