m our guests about this. There is an outdoor ceremony space that is surrounded by bright gardens and a lake making it a perfect spot to get married. There are many great spots to capture all of your photos so you don’t have to leave the venue. The ball room is very spacious and easily enjoyable- we also received many compliments from our guests about this! The food is catered in house with many options and is truly top notch!
We had Matt as our DJ and have nothing but good things to say about him! He is very professional and truly cares to make your day as perfect as can be. He takes the time to meet with you (as many times as needed) before the wedding day to make sure everything falls into place. He continued to go above and beyond from our first appointment with him all the way until the end of our big day.
Overall, the venue is a great place to celebrate your special day backed by a spectacular planning team, DJ, and catering. We would definitely recommend Fab Weddings/Chart House to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with all the bells and whistles.
We got married 10/19/19 and I cannot say enough wonderful things about George and his crew!! Jana was our day-of coordinator, Matt was our DJ and Christine did our aisle decoration...

George wants to make sure your are getting the most for your money and is very easy to work with.
The decorations that Christine did were absolutely perfect, exactly what I was thinking!!
Jana and Matt kept the ceremony and reception moving along at the perfect pace with no big chunks of time where nothing is happening yet nothing was rushed either. they both kept checking in with us throughout the day/ night to make sure things were going the way we wanted it to go.
The venue itself was gorgeous!! We both loved how everything looked!!
I highly recommend Fab! Weddings to anyone that is looking for a professional, easy to work with company that takes 98% of the work and stress of planning a wedding away from the bride and groom!!!

this setting was very inconspicuous.
The grounds are beautiful, with a an arbor, huge willow tree and pond as a background setting for great pictures.
Beautiful scenery and setting. For the price I would recommend it. We had our own minister, I don't know if I would recommend using theirs. It's a husband and wife team and she ...
is very nice and accommodating. He, on the other hand, was short and rude to our guests. Luckily he was up in the parking lot obsessing over cars during much of it. Like I said would recommend it for the price, but watch out for the husband.
Everything the day of went fine. Communication is a little dicey. I talked to one person to set everything up and then all of a sudden my emails to her were being answered by someo...
ne else. If you make an appointment make sure to call right before you get there to remind him. It is gorgeous though. There is a little shack for changing that doesn't have electricity and if it rained the morning of the floor will be soaking wet (we had to lay down sheets so I could get my dress on without ruining it)
Thanks to George and Cindy for making our big day everything we wanted and more! It was perfect. Setting was perfect, weather was perfect, EVERYTHING went smoothly. Highly recommen...
