m our guests about this. There is an outdoor ceremony space that is surrounded by bright gardens and a lake making it a perfect spot to get married. There are many great spots to capture all of your photos so you don’t have to leave the venue. The ball room is very spacious and easily enjoyable- we also received many compliments from our guests about this! The food is catered in house with many options and is truly top notch!
We had Matt as our DJ and have nothing but good things to say about him! He is very professional and truly cares to make your day as perfect as can be. He takes the time to meet with you (as many times as needed) before the wedding day to make sure everything falls into place. He continued to go above and beyond from our first appointment with him all the way until the end of our big day.
Overall, the venue is a great place to celebrate your special day backed by a spectacular planning team, DJ, and catering. We would definitely recommend Fab Weddings/Chart House to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with all the bells and whistles.

Jana and Matt kept the ceremony and reception moving along at the perfect pace with no big chunks of time where nothing is happening yet nothing was rushed either. they both kept checking in with us throughout the day/ night to make sure things were going the way we wanted it to go.
The venue itself was gorgeous!! We both loved how everything looked!!

is very nice and accommodating. He, on the other hand, was short and rude to our guests. Luckily he was up in the parking lot obsessing over cars during much of it. Like I said would recommend it for the price, but watch out for the husband.

There is a little shack for changing that doesn't have electricity and if it rained the morning of the floor will be soaking wet (we had to lay down sheets so I could get my dress on without ruining it)

d this absolutely breathtaking venue for an outdoor wedding. There is also a backup chapel in case of rain, but I never saw it. Cindy, our photographer got some amazing pictures as well.
