On the day of the wedding Fabufloras delivered everything early, and stayed throughout the ceremony to repurpose the floral arrangements for our reception. From centerpieces to pocket florals to bouquets to flowers crawling up the stone arches of our ceremony- the floral arrangements were everything we could have dreamed of and more! We were completely in love with the fact that Kerry took the time to meet with us on Zoom to consult with us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of flowers that would be in season during our Winter wedding and very quickly pulled up the different versions of boutonnieres and bouquets that she could style for our wedding and quickly added anything we liked into our vision boards. The fact that she was able to visually show us what to expect allowed our love of her and her whole team that much better, far more than the other florists we simply spoke to on the phone who explained their thoughts that we had to imagine ourselves.. She gave us a fair quote and, as we added things throughout the process, she would build upon our vision to ensure it all matched and made sense We were simply blown away with the INCREDIBLE floral displays that the team was able to create for our wedding. Floral arrangements was simply one of those things that we had no real idea about, and we had to put all of our trust in the Fabufloras team. And BOY did you guys deliver! Every single thing that was supplied for us was out of this world - classy, elegant, and cohesive! We loved that your team brought the boutonnieres, corsages, and our personalized dog leash directly to our suite at the hotel. All of these components were absolutely beautiful and we thought it was amazing how each was perched in their own individual mini vase! After a long morning of pictures, we finally pulled into our Venue and we were just enthralled with the beauty that the team put together. It was better than ANYTHING we could have imagined. The team knew exactly where to set up all of the centerpieces for the ceremony and those florals perfectly gave a central focus on us, almost like we were exchanging our vows in a little garden! Then when the room got flipped to the reception, the team did a wonderful job at moving all of the ceremony decor to allow for stunning staggered bits of high and low centerpieces. The team decorated our seating chart with the slightest sparkle of florals (per our direction so as to not hide all the work we did to build it) and the team made our sweetheart table shine! We also had a very personalized four tier cake which we didn't want too many florals on. The team listened perfectly to our wishes. We loved all the gold sprinkled through the white flowers in every aspect of the wedding and it went PERFECTLY with our white and gold striped theme. Fabufloras knew what they were doing without us saying much and for that we are FOREVER grateful for them. Fabufloras is simply spectacular and we are so excited to tell everyone considering them that you will be completely satisfied with your decision! And as someone with a sense of what she does and doesn’t like – but not necessarily the big picture vision to bring a Four Seasons black tie wedding to life – I knew I’d want to work with someone who would help me narrow down our choices and fall in love with where we landed. Kerry made all of that easy. From our first phone call and the custom mood board as follow-up to the sample centerpiece showing and day-of execution, she was a complete joy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who is an expert and master of efficiency without sacrificing kindness and warmth, I couldn’t recommend Kerry more. More things to love: She knows the name (and temperament!) of every flower under the sun. She brings the best energy to every call, whether you’re still on a high from your engagement or deep in the throes of planning. She is transparent about pricing (and where you’ll get the biggest bang for your buck). She gives new meaning to the word “responsive.” And she will move heaven and earth to make sure you feel dizzy with happiness looking around your venue on your wedding day. Kerry loves what she does, and it shows. If there were an option for a sixth star, I’d be all over it.

ver and over with the bouquets, the boutonnieres, the cake, the centerpieces, and the ceremony arch. I honestly thought it was a mistake and Kerry sent the wrong flowers. Kerry was not at my venue as she was for others, so I reached out to Kerry via email while in my bridal suite, I expressed to her that the wrong flowers were sent to me. A few mins later, one of her employees informed me she spoke to Kerry on the phone and she said the right flowers were sent to me. I pulled up my contract showed it to the employee and asked her do these look the same, and she just looked at me shocked. I was completely heartbroken and lost for words, I wanted to cry, everyone kept trying to get me to smile to take pics. These were clearly not my flowers, a mistake was made. My color pallet was beige, tan, white, nude, hint of blush with a boho style, these colors and style were shared with Kerry via zoom as well as Pinterest and on the contract. The flowers I received on my wedding day were purple, pink, some nude some white and a lot of green, the bouquets were missing the pampas grass, and the boutonnieres were purple. I reached out to Kerry again after the wedding was done, asking her if we could arrange a phone call to discuss the flowers, I expressed that the wrong flowers were sent to me. Kerry responded with an email and did not arrange a phone call with me, after several emails and pics comparing what we discussed and what was sent, I asked for a refund. On 9.17.22 Kerry responded with “I’d be willing to come up with a compromise, but I did everything as contracted. I’d be willing to refund up to $500.00, but that’s all I am willing to offer” She kept referring to the contract descriptions with the flower names and etc, this is something that I would never be able to argue because I am not a florist and googling what she wrote was not a priority because I put my full trust into her. I hired Kerry for her expertise, All I know is we went over pics I said I want these colors, this style. I wrote her back explaining how unfair that was considering I did not receive what I ordered/paid for. Kerry did not respond to that email, I sent her several other emails and they have all been ignored. I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of. I really wanted to rectify the situation with her, I am a business owner I make mistakes too but I take responsibility for them and I correct them, but she has completely ignored me and I do not think it is right to treat any customer like this especially a bride. We only get married once...I shared my experience for awareness..... I pray no one has the same experience I did. Update: since writing my review yesterday (10.11.22), Kerry has tried to block my review on google, and decided to respond to my review on the knot for the public. She clearly has ill motives and will do anything to gain the trust of new customers. How could you try to make it seem like I did anything wrong here when I've expressed to you that the wrong flowers were sent to me as soon as I seen them when I walked into my venue in my wedding dress on my wedding day….. It hurts that people can treat you this way. Kerry, I hope you learn from this mistake and treat your customers better in the future when you do make a mistake. I only asked to be treated fair.

to. We immediately knew we wanted her as our florist! From there, Kerry developed a google doc outlining all the details we discussed via zoom. During our second call, Kerry walked me and my now husband through all the details outlining each element of our wedding (centerpieces, ceremony arch, bouquets, etc). Kerry stayed in communication with us and made changed to the google doc if we decided to do something slightly different. She was so thoughtful about everything!!!!! During the wedding, Kerry and her crew did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. All the florals were perfect and after the ceremony, they broke down the ceremony arch and repurposed it behind the bar. In addition, we asked her to put florals on our cake and it looked BEAUTIFUL!!!! Thank you Kerry!!!!!

It was an absolute no-brainer to hire Kerry to do the flowers for our wedding day, and we also ended up asking her to do the flowers for our welcome dinner. Throughout the wedding planning process, Kerry communicated with us clearly, answered our questions thoroughly, and took the time to go to our venue with us for a walkthrough to review our gameplan in detail. She made incredible recommendations, and we had very little “work” to do on our end to feel confident that Kerry (and her amazing assistant Carly Gonzales) had everything covered. For both our welcome dinner and wedding day, everything was executed perfectly! Kerry and Carly were on time and created beautiful floral masterpieces. We can’t recommend working with Kerry enough!
