Their brooches are not quality brooches. When they arrive broken or defective, the customer pays to ship them back. They are only refunded the cost of the brooch. Not the shippi...ng. Many times the shipping is more than the cost of the brooch. At the very best, you only receive $1-$2 refund. Ridiculous return policy for defective product.
