If you’ve ever seen The Wedding Planner with Jennifer Lopez, then you already know exactly what I mean when I say Teshawnda, aka MzFabo, was my J-Lo!❤️ She DELIVERED on every level...
!
When my now-husband and I finally found our venue, we had only six months to bring everything together for our August wedding. I had always dreamed of having an August wedding, and thankfully, my fiancé knew of MzFabo and suggested that we hire her as our wedding coordinator. With 19 years of experience in the wedding business, we knew we were in good hands, but she exceeded every expectation we had.
MzFabo took care of everything that needed attention, addressing, and handling. She communicated with our vendors and venue, sent emails, made phone calls, handled business transactions, followed up on details, and remained professional from beginning to end. She truly stood on business throughout the entire planning process!
But what really made the difference for me was her availability and responsiveness. Whenever I called, she answered. Whenever I texted, she responded. She never missed a beat when it came to me or our wedding. I could breathe and actually enjoy being engaged and preparing for marriage because I knew she was handling so many of the behind-the-scenes situations that could have easily caused unnecessary stress.
I gave her a complete list of our vendors, including their names, titles, and phone numbers, and she personally reached out to make sure everyone understood what my fiancé and I envisioned and that everything would be executed the way we wanted. She didn't just coordinate our wedding, she brought our vision to LIFE!
And let me tell you… WE HAD THE PERFECT FAIRYTALE WEDDING! ✨🥂💍
MzFabo and her amazing team brought our dream to life and created a moment that was more beautiful than I could have imagined. I am STILL in awe of how beautifully everything came together. Every detail, every transition, every moving piece, felt seamless.
And then she surprised us with one of my favorite little touches at the reception! She had our menu elegantly printed with a picture of us and placed inside the napkins at each guest's setting.❤️ It was such a thoughtful and beautiful detail. That special touch made our tables look even more polished and personalized, and I truly appreciated her gifting that to us and thinking of something so meaningful for our guests.
MzFabo, THANK YOU! Thank you for your professionalism, your dedication, your communication, your attention to detail, your availability, and for standing on business every step of the way. Thank you for taking so much off our shoulders and allowing us to truly enjoy our special day. You didn't just coordinate our wedding. You helped create our MOMENT. ❤️
If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who will listen to your vision, communicate with your vendors, handle the details, solve problems behind the scenes, and make sure your wedding is executed beautifully, HIRE MZFABO!
She was my J-Lo, and baby… SHE DELIVERED! 👏🏽🔥
Forever grateful,
The Newlyweds 💍❤️✨
As a dj I worked with many wedding planners and directors and this organization is top notch. Very punctual, professional and friendly! Highly recommended for any type of event.
I had the pleasure of working with Shawnda during an evening when she helped host a beautiful wedding at our hotel property. She made sure every detail was perfect—from the cake’s ...
position and chair arrangement to the overall quality of the event—which reflects her attentiveness in planning your special day.

had never had that done before by a Day Of Coordinator, so that made me feel like I was in great hands leading up to my wedding day. On my wedding day, I did not have to worry about a single thing-everything was done just to my vision by MzFabo and her team. My day was absolutely PERFECT!”

ut how difficult it would be to plan my Chicago wedding from LA, where I live. But MzFabo didn’t even make me feel like I was a long-distance client. She ALWAYS made herself available to me. Whether it was late night calls, or texts, or really early morning emails. Shawnda MzFabo always made me feel like I was a priority, and that was such a relieving feeling during such a stressful (but fun!!) time! Her attention to detail, and her determination to stay on budget really helped my family and me plan the most unforgettable and magical wedding. MzFabo is more than my wedding planner– she’s become a sweet, hilarious friend. And now she’s planning my brother's wedding!” So grateful to have found her, don't hesitate, Book her now before her calendar fills up!

Literally one of the best choices I made was choosing her .Please don't miss out on the opportunity for her to bring your fairytale to life.

My planner, My planner, My planner! Lol MzFabo is Everything. First off let me tell you my (now) husband (yaaayyy) is not the easiest to convince, so when MzFabo and her team convi...
nced him at the consultation meeting and won him over to book, hell I was impressed. Only because he is so hard to sway his made up decision and he was dead set on not spending the extra money to hire a planner. I knew then we had came to the right place, lol MzFabo, I just love her energy and willingness to make it all happen. Oh and I love her name, ask her the backstory of how her clients gave her the name “MzFabo”, very inspiring. My husband as well as I was so impressed that he asked me to set up a dinner once we got back from our honeymoon with MzFabo and her FWE team to show our appreciation and Thanks once again. Our Jan 6, 2024 wedding was Amazing, if I didn’t love my husband so much I would do it all over again (just kidding babe, in case he sees this) lol.
Oh gosh, where do I began…I, by this time had previously met with 6 planners and she still wasn’t quite feeling that “Umph, yes this is the one” yet. After continuing my search, I ...
came across FWE site and Amazing photos. I booked a complimentary consultation (loved that), and was blown away by the hospitality that I received at our meeting. I mean they just catered to me and was all ears and chiming in with all my crazy ideas no matter how bizarre they sounded (I loved that). Safe to say, I booked with them instantly, I just felt safe. From start to finish, when they say just sit back and sip champagne and taste cake that’s exactly all I needed to do (I loved that). My wedding was astonishingly beautiful. I cannot tell you how many times I heard that and was asked for Shawnda and her FWE team contact info. I am forever grateful, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. You gave me my dream wedding!
So being the super type A person that I am, I thought that I could plan my wedding entirely by myself... Well about 2 months before the big day, I accepted a new role at work that ...
required me to travel every single week across country. Obviously this made it tremendously hard to finish planning the most important details of my big day, but Shawnda and her team did an amazing job of making me feel at ease, contacting all my vendors to schedule meetings and conference calls, setting up and picking up all the decorations that my mom and I purchased and really taking our wedding to the next level. Shawnda personally was by my side giving me water and fanning me as I danced the night away with my friends and family. They handled any little mishap so that I didn’t have to worry about it, kept us on schedule the day of and I seriously felt like the most special bride in the world... my only mistake was not hiring her sooner! Thanks girl, I really appreciated your help.
Shawnda and her crew did a really good job. My wedding party was really impressed they kept telling me how my wedding planner was good at her job. But to set the day off, Shawnda's...
Fiance went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were good, he even danced and had a good time with us. Thanks again guys for making sure our day went smoothly
The Best decision EVER!
After extensive research, I met with six different planners and crazy thing is I liked them all. However, what set Shawnda MzFabo (FWE) apart from the rest...
of the pack for us was their flexibility, excitement in conversation as if it was their only wedding planning, the warmth, and willingness to work with us. We had a certain budget allotted for our dream wedding to come true. As the bride, you just want to relax and enjoy time with family and friends and MzFabo and her team made sure that was the case for our wedding. From the planning til the day of our wedding she did everything you could imagine to make sure the day went off without a hitch. If you are in need of a wedding planner, look no further than Fabulous Weddings/ Events.
