ence. However, after signing AND paying a deposit to secure my wedding date, received and signed a contract, she called to inform me that she double booked my wedding date. She canceled MY contract after I had paid a non-refundable deposit AND second payment. She apologized and referred someone else. She refunded me all my money but the person she referred was and is EXTREMELY unprofessional! I was stressed and the uncertainty of not having wedding day make up was stressful. I have never heard of someone double booking a wedding. This was my honest experience. 2 months before my wedding and my make up contract was canceled. Kim did my make up a whole year before my wedding twice and each time I met with her I reminded her of my wedding date. My wedding contract with her was signed in March 22 and she canceled in June 2022 My wedding date is October 22.
