Making brides beautiful on their wedding day has been a passion of mine for the last 20 years! I have had the privilege of beautifying brides and being a part of their special journey starting with engagement shoots, prepping for the walk down the aisle and maternity shoots. I feel like my brides become family to me and it's such an honor to be there for all of their amazing milestone moments! I am blessed to be able to have turned my love for makeup into a successful career. Being able to make my brides feel like the most beautiful version of themselves is why I do what I do.

Faces by April did a fantastic job. April is amazing with her skill for hair and make up but also for helping create a vision. I met April with ideas of hair styles all over the place and she helped create a work of art for my wedding day. My makeup was flawless! Fortunately it wasn’t a typic Florida hot day but I had no issues with smearing, smudging or streaking! My eye makeup and lashes lasted until the next morning! Professional photos are not available yet but photos that have been shared make me and my bridal party look like upgraded versions of ourselves! We all looked beautiful and flawless.

April was most professional, patient and talented. Did both hair and makeup and came with everything!! She is open to suggestions, but ultimately advises you. What is best for the camera? And to look natural well being photographed as well. She is so pleasant to work with that. You wish that you have more and more events, so you could hire her if there were ten stars.That's what I would give her!

Me and my wedding party had an amazing experience with April and her team. I've had event makeup done professionally several times, and April by far did the best job. The look was so natural and well executed. It photographed well, and it held up for the entire event. Her and her team are truly so talented! They also handled several hiccups like a finicky AC and fire alarm calmly and professionally and still made sure all 13 of us were ready right on time.

I found April through a friend and wow- she really is fantastic. She’s friendly, timely and very talented. April is the only person I can confidently say has done my makeup and made me feel gorgeous. She doesn’t just do the same look for everyone- she customizes based on the individual, which surprisingly not everyone does. All of my girls loved her too. Can’t wait to use her in the future for something else.

April was amazing. My girls don’t really wear makeup so she made sure they felt comfortable light makeup that was beautiful. I’ve never seen them looking so confident. My makeup and hair came out so gorgeous. We all got so many compliments. April was very nice and knew exactly what would look great on each of us. Highly recommend her for any occasion.

April was awesome on my wedding day! We did a destination wedding (from Michigan to Florida) and my hair and makeup trial was done in Michigan as a run through and she was able to use those pictures and inspirations to make me look fabulous on my wedding day! We did hair and makeup for 6 people with her and a team member and I would 100% highly recommend. I received MANY compliments on how well everyone looked.

April did the hair & makeup for my bridesmaids & myself. She made the entire process extremely easy & stress free. I was extremely happy with my trial that April did for me way before the day of my wedding. On the day of, I didn’t have to do anything. April knew exactly what I expected & was able to make my vision a reality. April communicated with me every step of the way to ensure everything was perfect, which it was! Even the morning of, April was more than happy to fix something that could have been a literal eye sore in every picture. The night before, while doing something my husband managed to scratch his face right below one of his eyes & April was more than happy to fix the blemish. April & her team exceeded all of my expectations & I am more than happy with the work she offers. Thank you so much, April!

April always responded quickly and was very helpful when I did my test, always making sure I was comfortable with the end result. It turned out so much better than I even imagined! On my wedding day, my bridesmaids were impressed at how she worked quickly and were all at awe at their makeup and hair when she finished. She was very personable and friendly! think finding the right hair and makeup for my wedding was one of the most difficult decisions throughout my wedding process. With so many options to choose from here in South Florida, I took my time to make sure I’d be in good hands. Boy did I make the right choice!!! April your staff truly made my wedding incredible.

April did an amazing job doing my hair and makeup on my wedding day, and for my engagement shoot! She rolled with my indecision about hair styles and kept prices very affordable. She also was able to accommodate my last minute change in lip color and gave me the most dreamy red lips I have always wanted on my wedding day! My bridesmaids looked beautiful as well! April is amazing! True talent. April and her team did myself, 6 bridesmaid and 2 mothers makeup and hair. I am not a big makeup person, but knew I needed to glam up for my wedding day. My husband actually hates makeup so my biggest fear was that he would hate how it looked on the wedding day. April was amazing with making sure it wasn't going to be "too much." My husband was VERY PLEASED when he saw me for the first look. I can't thank April and her team enough for making my bridesmaid's and I feel and look beautiful! Thank you April!!!

Our wedding was on 4/21/2017. April did hair and make-up for myself, my mom and my maid of honor. We were all extremely happy with our looks. My hair came out beautify, exactly what I wanted and my make-up looked stunning . My mom kept saying "you made me beautiful" lol...and she did a beautiful up-do for my maid of honor who had just cut her hair above the shoulders. Not only is April talented but she's so sweet and you can tell she truly loves her job. She even has her own make-up line and it is great quality. I had 2 trials prior to meeting with her and I was not happy with the air brush make-up. However, April's make-up line is flawless and better than what I've purchased in department stores. I hope to work with her again, she is easy going and is very talented doing hair and make-up.

She is so nice! Defitnitly a comfortable time that I thoroughly enjoyed. I had my wedding at 11 AM, took photos all the way until 4PM by the windy ocean , and my makeup still looked flawless after my nap AND late dinner party!

One of the things that I was having a hard time finding was a makeup artist at a reasonable price and a hair stylist for my wedding day. I guess it's because I got married on New Year's Day and finding vendors for that particular day is not easy. I was going through some bridal emails and came across Faces by April. I was looking for a very natural look, as I'm the type of person who doesn't wear much makeup. I didn't want to feel pasty either. I did a trial run with April and was absolutely in awe and in love with the work that she did. Not only is she good, she has her own line! She is just phenomenal and all my brides maids and my mom were raving about how amazing they looked and how beautiful they felt. I felt amazing and I have to say, my makeup lasted all night long. I'm sure if I hadn't taken it off that night, I would have looked phenomenal the next morning. They are planning on scheduling some makeup tutorials with her in the future.

April is absolutely AMAZING! She did make up for myself, my 7 bridesmaids, my mother, my aunt, and my now mother-in-law and every single one was flawless! 11 ladies, ZERO complaints. Everyone was amazed at how good April is at her job. She connects with you from the start and will do whatever it takes to make sure your day is absolutely perfect. April, words truly do not express how much I appreciate you for everything you did for me on my wedding day, not only for making my bridal party so drop dead gorgeous but for the way you took control of any minor blips in the road. You knew what I wanted when I didn't know how to express it and you made absolutely sure that it was executed. I cannot thank you enough.
