Not recommending this company for hair and makeup due to their unprofessionalism! I am giving them a 3 out of 5 stars. If I knew what I was in for with them, I would never have booked with them. I was not impressed with the customer service that was given. So much stress created when it came to this company. We had a contract/agreement on the cost for doing hair for 3 people and hair and makeup for 1 person. Our date for service was 11/4/23. On 10/16/23 I got a text from their associate about a change in availability and would need to add a second artist and that this would cost me more money as I would have to pay for a second artist to travel to the venue. I was very upset with this and was going to cancel one of the services due to this and informed them of this then. I got another call later in the day that the owner was going to cover the extra cost for an artist to come out. I thanked them for that and thought that was nice. October 24th I get another text that they are sending over appt. confirm email. Perfect! I thought things were good. Nope, things go down hill. The day before the wedding, I am told that one artist can't make it now and that they would have to move up the time and do our appt from 12-430pm, instead of 130-430pm. Ok I said and thought that was over. Their associate, who is hard to understand, calls me back again and says that she can't do mine service which is hair and makeup. Keeping in mind, this is the day before the wedding. I was upset. She begins to laugh and says that she called the wrong number, and thinks that upsetting me was fine. Just thinks this is funny. Very inappropriate. Tells me that all 4 of us are still booked and confirmed for 11/4 at 12pm. 11/4 arrives - wedding day and it is 1215pm and no artist and no call. So I call the company and was told that no our appointment was for 130-430pm. I said no, it is 12-430pm as this was a change and I did get a new email confirmation. She said she would call the makeup artist and will call me back. Few mins later, I get a call that the artist will be there at 1pm and that the associate never told the artist to come at 12pm. Ok great I said and waited for the artist. 103pm the artist arrives and was kind of friendly. I show her to the room to set up. She does my hair and makeup, which I would say was good. Makeup great, hair was good. Then she does the little girls hair, this was beautiful. Lastly was the bride and unfortunately the bride had a few things to do prior too coming into the room, but we booked the artist till 430pm. I kept the artist up to date on the status of the bride. What was upsetting and appalling is the artist, Jazmin called the company to complain about having to wait for the bride and then this company calls me to complain to me and hangs up on me. The bride arrives and it only took Jazmin less than 30 mins to do the brides hair because it was a simple style. Jazmin was done at 423pm and we had her booked till 430pm. She does not once offered to do a quick touch up as all of our hair was all falling. She just packs up and leaves. I found her actions to be unprofessional and the way this company created so much stress was unprofessional. I would think twice before using this company.

Esmerelda was AMAZING. She was fantastic to communicate with and asked a lot of questions to make sure she was meeting my expectations. But in reality, she exceeded them. She made my wedding day so easy! My makeup was flawless from beginning to the end. No touch ups necessary! I highly recommend.

Very professional. Everything was perfect. She really listened to my requests and it all turned out as I had hoped.

Soooo happy with my service. Not only is Fiona professional, she's stylish, and fabulous! I love both my trial makeup and hair and my wedding day look.
