I had a great experience with Facets! Irina and Lenny were very knowledgeable and attentive, and made me feel very comfortable. They have a gorgeous selection for wedding bands and other jewelry. I had a short deadline before my wedding, because I waited to the last minute, and they delivered without issue! Can't say enough about the quality and experience I had here. 10/10

My wife knew what she wanted, and Facets had exactly what we were looking for. It was a little more than we were intending to pay, but since it was exactly right, we were happy to pay it. They delivered exactly when they said they would and were very friendly about the whole transaction.
