Victoria Chase, Social Events Director at Faena Miami Beach, has over 30 years in hospitality. Originally from Wisconsin, she’s lived in Miami for 35 years. A classically trained pianist with an MA from FSU, she transitioned into event planning, working at top hotels like Mandarin Oriental and St. Regis Bal Harbour. Known for her precision and creativity, Victoria blends her passions for music, arts, and travel into unforgettable event experiences.

he street at the Forum. Due to pricing we did a complete buyout of Casa Faena and had guests who wanted to stay at the main Faena Hotel book on their own. The guests who stayed at Casa Faena raved about it. Staff was friendly and they loved the charm of the boutique hotel and spent a lot of time on the roof). It comes without saying, the entire staff at the main hotel was also exceptional. As for the wedding I couldn’t say better things. The food was delicious from the cocktail hour to the late night snacks. The drinks were flowing, the there was a great selection in the standard menu that came with the wedding pricing. The weather helped the beach ceremony go without a flaw. Cocktail hour at sunset near the mammoth was dreamy. The Forum was such a cool space the have the reception. The guests loved the unique room, and the sound was great. We were worried after reading a review about the acoustics with the tall ceilings, but we were very pleased. Overall, this was a great place to host a wedding. P.S. when you book a wedding with the Faena a bridal concierge is included. Hilda! She was the best and so helpful throughout the day – the one person I didn’t know I needed. She helped me and the bridesmaids while we were getting ready, helped usher my husband around the property, and was always ready with a new drink while we were on the dance floor. She is the best!

I had my wedding weekend at Faena Miami and could not have had a better experience! We had a full weekend of non-stop meals, lots of beach time, and the best service I've ever exp...

erienced at a hotel. They were so accommodating to all of our guests and anything we asked of them was taken care of within minutes. Not only was their staff efficient but they were so sweet! They kept congratulating us and asking what else they could do for us. It was AMAZING!!! The hotel provided me with a bridal attendant, Hilda. I LOVE her!! She was at my service non-stop for the full weekend. Not only did she think of taking things at the end of the night for us to keep as momentos, she also took tons of photos throughout the night that were amazing! And I don't know how, but my glass was never empty, she just knew when I needed a refill! When we got our "bridal suite" there was the BESTTT champagne, chocolate and macarons I've ever had. I'm still dreaming about it! Really loved every second of our special weekend there and it is all because of the Faena family. Cannot wait to go back soon and see all of the staff and new friends we made!

THE. BEST. VENUE. IN. MIAMI. I’m not sure what else there is to say. A month after our wedding, guests are STILL raving about the food, service, architecture...I could go on and...

on. The food is hands down the best in Miami, the staff during our reception was very friendly and extremely professional, the venue is unlike any other in Miami (hyper architectural, but enough of a blank slate that it allows you to transform the space any way you want), the hotel itself is gorgeous - so many beautiful and visually arresting locations for photos - we had the best experience! Everything went off without a hitch, and they even held a space for us at the Saxony so we could keep the party going! We also loved that guests had the option of staying at either the more upscale Faena Hotel or the more budget-friendly Casa Faena - all just a few steps from the Faena Forum (where we had our reception). The Forum was a great option for us (we had 150 guests), and we especially liked that it is its own independent building, so your guests don’t have to walk through a hotel lobby to get to the reception space. Our cocktail hour was in the round Amphitheater room, and it was a perfect intimate setting that didn’t need much in terms of flowers/decor. If I could do it over again, I would choose Faena every time!

ch and every person received five star service. Hilda, our personal butler for the night, was outstanding. She was always there to help us with anything we needed and made sure that we were happy. We cannot thank her enough for that. Susan was amazing from the start of the planning process, even coming on the day of to greet our guests and make sure that everything was running smoothly. The food was just as good as what we had at the tasting and our signature cocktail of champagne, elderflower foam, and an edible flower was perfect. We had our late-night after party at the theatre and it was fantastic. DJ Jody was amazing and he really felt the crowd and got people going. Our cake, created by Chef Frederic from Faena, was truly a work of art. The next day we had a lovely buffet brunch at Pao with fantastic service . Our bridal suite was top notch thanks to Susan, who got us an amazing room. Thank you to everyone at Faena, especially Susan and Hilda, for making our wedding the most incredible experience of our lives.
