The hotel was amazing all throughout the entire wedding process. The shuttle to and from the airport was crucial and easy. Additionally, because we had a large enough block, they...

were able to set up shuttle bus transportation to and from the venue (in Pasadena 25-30 minutes away) and it was done so easily. The suite sizes were also perfect for us getting ready as well as for our parents. Besides that, the hotel staff were all so very nice. They were accommodating on everything -- from handing out our guest bags to our guests to allowing us to stay in the lobby a little after the wedding so we could hang out with our guests. The location was also perfect too -- not too loud or busy but still plenty of available restaurants and bars nearby. A special shout out to Alina and Alafeiah, too, for all their help with coordinating everything from the room blocks to the shuttle — they couldn’t have made it any easier for us if they tried! We cannot recommend this location enough!

We used this hotel as our hotel block and had such a great time working with Airi, Adre-Ann and Judith. We did have minor issues with ensuring that rooms were continuously added to...

the block as guests continued to book but the issue was resolved smoothly since the Fairfield team was so responsive. In total I believe we had 35 rooms booked and we really appreciated how large the hotel's breakfast/dining space was because everyone was able to see each other, gather, and catch up in a larger space! It was extremely condusive to large groups and some guests even enjoyed the hotel pool! It's close to tons of food places like Chilis, Cracker Barrel and Starbucks which was great for guests staying in the area longer. This hotel also provides free breakfast and free parking. We also had goodie bags that the front desk distributed to our guests which they loved!
