The Fairmont Grand Del Mar did an excellent job! They were helpful and courteous to our guests the whole week and did a great job serving at the reception. They were attentive to o...
ur guests and everything went smoothly! It is a beautiful location and there are many activities available to guests.
One word describes this venue and their wedding staff... "Diamond in the rough" ..........even though Del Mar is not"rough" but you get my point. They are hard to find, and actuall...
y one in a million. The venue is breathtaking, if you love romantic vintage glam, it has it written all over it. Kristy was one of the best part of working with this venue. Her thoughtfulness, and her to the point personality is exactly what you need in any event planning. We could never thank her enough for helping us make our wedding day unforgettable!
My fiance and I fell in love with The Grand del Mar as soon as we saw it! We loved being able to have our wedding outside in a place where we wouldn't have to worry about June gloo...
m (as it is in the hills). We had our ceremony on the reflection lawn, which was the perfect size for our wedding of 85 guests, making it a very intimate experience. Cocktail hour was outside on the Manchester Terrance and the reception was right inside in the Salon. We received so many compliments about the venue and how stunning it was! The staff was amazing as well. We worked with Paige and she was very helpful, especially since we had a destination wedding and had to communicate remotely. The Grand makes wedding planning so simple as they take care of catering, linens/rentals, and the cake. I would definitely recommend this venue!
The Grand Del Mar is the most luxurious, stunning, service oriented hotels in the world, let alone San Diego. Everything is impeccible about this resort. The grounds are gorgeous, ...
the ballroom is immaculate, the chapel is beautiful, the staff is professional and courteous, the food is remarkable and the experience is one of a kind. Although The Grand is pricey, you get what you pay for! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the property is and how nice the staff was. From the moment the valet greets you, to the wait staff, and the wedding coordinator, everyone at The Grand is service oriented and wants to make your day as perfect as possible.
