The venue has multiple barns including a two story, ADA climate controlled fully furnished reception barn and pavilion and two were transformed into stunning vacation style properties, which include a1920's, 4000 sq. foot dairy barn loft with chandeliers in every room and boasts five 12 X 20 bedrooms and a massive open area, and a 2000 sq. ft. restored adjacent hay barn loft that sleeps 10. The large renovated upscale farmhouse and a 2000 sq. ft. game room building are incredible. Inquire about entire our Premiere package where all properties with a 40 guest occupancy are included. There are also up 15 nearby Airbnb's and VRBO properties.
The destination estate is professionally decorated by season, and offers many extras as part of its packages. Planning services and DJ are included or discounted, saving couples thousands of dollars.
Day only packages start at $8,500 and optional accommodations. The entire weekend stay for 18 guests on property starts at $13,650 for 2025 with discounted offerings, as our way of saying thank you to those who choose our venue. The award winning upscale decorated barn venue is located just west of Richmond, VA. It features a beautifully decorated by season and boasts an ADA climate controlled two story rustic chic cedar barn stunning, as is the adjacent all weather pavilion. The venue has spectacular views and sunsets. There is an incredible lakefront ceremony and photography site with a massive new deck, dock, gazebo and multiple fountains, as well as a wedding in the woods option, overlooking the lake were just added. We have you covered no matter the weather and have backup generators for the entire property.
Amazing preferred caterers offer exclusive discounted menus for an onsite rehearsal dinner or you can DIY your rehearsal dinner. On your wedding day, there is a cocktail hour and reception dinner choices, elegant place settings with colored napkins of choice and complimentary tastings. Beer/wine (6 bottled options) for $16.95 for 2025 for bottled beer/wine for your ENTIRE reception (not by hour), and discounted signature drink/open bar, or approved BYOB option.

Fairview is gorgeous. A beautiful country setting which feels welcoming and homey. Their staff and their preferred vendors have been responsive to all our questions and made themselves available to us quickly. They even allowed our photographer to use the venue for the engagement photos.
I have no doubt our wedding will be beautiful.
Everyone at Fairview was great to work with. The venue made it a relaxing weekend where we could spend time with family. My daughter was extremely happy with the venue!
My husband and I were blessed to have won this beautiful venue as part of the American Cancer Society Dream Wedding Giveaway, and are unbelievably lucky to have done so. Deborah the owner is very quick to respond to any questions I had via email. I had a clear understanding of Fairview Farms expectations and was blown away by all they had to offer for our big day. Fairview farms staff and property make you feel at home, and while being surrounded by all our friends and family it felt magical. Even the staff at Fairview farm felt like family, they were a joy to be around especially Colon the property manager! Throughout my big day I could see Colon in the back round hard at work. We got to chat the following morning while we were packing up to leave, and he is so sweet! I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to have such an important day of my life.

Fairview Farm Events - A Perfect Wedding Venue
Fairview Farm Events was the perfect venue for my son’s wedding! The entire property is beautiful, offering numerous spots for stunning photos and multiple options for ceremony sites. We had the wedding outside under an oak tree, which was absolutely lovely. The venue also provided two distinct areas for our event—the pavilion for the cocktail hour and the barn for the reception—creating a wonderful flow for our guests. The barn was air-conditioned, which was a huge bonus given the hot weather that day.
Accessibility was key for us, and the venue being ADA-compliant ensured that the bride's mother could attend comfortably in her wheelchair. The venue also offers a wide variety of decorations, which helped us cut down on floral costs while still having everything beautifully arranged to our tastes, thanks to the help of their on-site coordinator.
We were worried about rain, but Fairview Farm’s flexible rain plan was a lifesaver. The staff allowed us to wait until the last minute before deciding whether to move the ceremony indoors, giving the weather time to improve. Thankfully, we didn’t need to use the rain plan, but the flexibility and support were so appreciated. The entire staff, from the facility manager to the coordinator and DJ, were fantastic. The facility manager helped with everything from parking to setting up tables and chairs, ensuring everything flowed smoothly. Their vendor list was also incredibly helpful—each vendor was familiar with the venue, making the whole process seamless. The caterers and bartenders worked well with the coordinator to make sure the setup was perfect, and the photographer knew all the best photo spots on the property, giving us beautiful memories to look back on.
Additionally, the venue offers several houses for the wedding party and guests to use, which is such a convenient feature. The groomsmen loved the game room while waiting for the ceremony! Overall, everything about the planning and execution of the wedding went off without a hitch, and I can’t thank Fairview Farm Events enough for their amazing service. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-organized place to host a celebration.
The owners at Fairview farm have been nothing but great from our tour leading up to our big day so far. Easy process- barns are beautiful, preferred vendors are great with discounts and the connections they have! And have a very welcoming environment! I am so excited to get married at the farm in September!

Starting to plan a wedding can become very overwhelming! We had looked at multiple venues and read reviews before we started to make a list of ones we wanted to visit and Fairview was on my top 3 by the pictures they had on their site, the description of things they offered and the reviews that were left! It fit what we were looking for as far as a one stop shop per se! We could have our ceremony, reception and even some family and wedding party stay on property for the weekend, what more could you ask for! So we decided to book a tour and I don’t regret it one bit! Debbie was quick to respond and worked with me to schedule a tour and was even flexible when we were running a little behind because we were coming from out of town. They texted the day of to make sure we could find their venue alright and where we could meet them! The venue was just as it looked in all the pictures and videos we had seen online and was exactly how I pictured it! We had just come from another venue that looked a little better online then it actually did when we pulled up, so it was nice to pull into the farm and it be just how I pictured and seen it! Blanton greeted us as we pulled up and gave a fantastic tour and let us explore every part of the venue. He was friendly and answered all the questions we had and I especially loved the stories and history behind the farm and why they started a wedding venue there and the fact the he helped build/design the cottage and the lofts in both the barns! So cool! We felt very comfortable there and could picture getting married on the farm! They offer everything are looking for and more! Decorations, multiple places to hold the ceremony, props, rehearsal and reception areas and amenities for the wedding party and family to stay on property for the weekend! Every picture they had and stories of of all the various wedding they’ve hosted were just breathtaking and just made choosing FFE so much easier! Debbie and Blanton are just wonderful and so friendly and they make you feel like family! It was an easy decision for us to book our wedding at Fairview and we can’t wait until December to see everything put together!

From the very first phone call, I knew that Fairview Farm was a special place! We began the planning of my daughter’s wedding, as most families do, by arranging visits and tours of venues. We had a very specific date in mind and were determined to find the perfect venue to match the special date. During our first call, Debbie made sure that we felt important and heard. We planned our visit for the very next weekend! We were met at the venue by Blanton, who gave us a heart warming tour of the stunning farm that has been in his family for over one hundred years. We could feel the pride and hear the love in his voice for this very special place. His tour was detailed and thorough. After our tour we met with Debbie who greeted us with excitement and enthusiasm. Although she hosts many events at her farm, we felt like ours was the most important to her. She walked us through all aspects of the packages, accommodations, and vendors while answering all of our questions along the way. By the end of our visit, we knew we had found our venue! The look in my daughter’s eyes said it all! We were so pleased to have found a beautiful venue that will be able to accommodate our families and be the backdrop for our special day!

Everything with Debbie was amazing! Our venue canceled on us a month before and she was able to pull our day together and get everything set up in less than 30 days! Our family and friends were all amazed with the property and how beautiful everything was! We were so pleased and felt so lucky for all the accommodations Debbie made for us she was truly wonderful and a joy to work with. Our day was truly everything we could’ve hoped for and more. All of our family and friends want to go back already, not only is it a truly amazing wedding venue but very peaceful and relaxing the weekend you are there. All the staff is amazing and very helpful, Chelsea was our wedding coordinator and her team did so well. We were so happy with our day and everything felt so stress free thanks to all the amazing people Debbie has!

WOW! 10/10! We could not be happier with our experience with Fairview Farm Events. Our guests raved about the beautiful venue with its gorgeous scenic views and beautiful décor.
We highly recommend staying on the property for the weekend! Not only did it extend our wedding festivities, but having family and friends stay on the property added to the merriment!
Blanton and Debbie were so easy to work with. They handled our concerns promptly and helped us find great vendors to work with.

We were looking for a venue that could host our guests for an entire weekend and Fairview was that plus more! We were able to have 90% of our guests stay at the venue for Friday and Saturday, giving us so much time to celebrate and be together.
We planned for a September wedding hoping the weather would be mild, and ended up with a tropical storm. Luckily this beautiful venue has generators for every building and even though we had a couple seconds of power loss mid-ceremony the generators saved the day. ALL THAT TO SAY, if you want to plan a summer/early fall wedding you won't have to worry about a hurricane ruining your day because Fairview has it all covered.
The facilities manager Colon was absolutely wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed starting on Thursday when we arrived until Sunday when we left.
First off, Fairview is extremely gorgeous. The views and the peaceful atmosphere are what first drew us to their venue. Upon our arrival for our tour, we were greeted by Blanton whose kindness and willingness to share stories and answer our questions left us feeling like we had known him for years. We fell in love with the property and it’s family oriented feel.
Throughout the planning processes we were in contact with Deborah and Maria, whose thoughtfulness, willingness to help, and quick responses really put us at ease. We never felt alone!
We had a large wedding, around 130 guests, and the reception barn was able to accommodate every single attendee and still have an intimate feel with the advantage of extra space so guests were not on top of each other. The day of our wedding was a hot one, and the AC in the barn was AMAZING. To add to the already beautiful space, the decor provided by Fairview was beautiful and of great quality.
We used all of the housing accommodations on the property, and each one was exceptionally decorated and equipped to fit everyone’s needs. The dairy barn and hay barn are truly breathtaking. Colon was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs the entire weekend, he is a gem!
We are so happy that we chose Fairview Farm Events for our special day. It is a place that we will hold in our hearts forever. What a special, beautiful place.

Debbie and Blanton are the sweetest, most enthusiastic, most accommodating people I've worked with on anything, much less something as important as choosing a wedding venue. The place is gorgeous and has a ton to offer, but honestly the best thing about it is those two. They've been doing this for 10 years so have a ton of experience and great relationships with every vendor/service you could need, and it makes the process SO easy. And amazingly they seem as excited for every wedding as though it was their own family, even after 10 years! We knew immediately when we met with them that this was the place for us. Venue-wise, everything is spotless and beautiful and the surrounding landscape is perfection. We were really looking for a place where our family could stay with us for the weekend and were so lucky to find this, everything is gorgeously renovated and comfortable. You couldn't do better than to book with Fairview Farms.
Fairview Farm was the perfect all-inclusive venue for our March 2023 wedding! The entire property is absolutely gorgeous, with rustic barns and wide open space setting the backdrop for amazing views throughout the event. The owners, Debbie and Blanton, were so incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our planning process. We particularly loved that so many elements were included with our package, including properties for overnight stays (we did upgrade our booking to include all properties, which is not part of the basic package), and we truly enjoyed having access to the property starting Friday evening through Sunday morning. The entire property was maintained perfectly, the overnight accommodations were beautiful and so comfortable (our guests raved about the cozy rooms!), and everything was absolutely perfect!

FAIRYTALE WEDDING!! If you’re looking for a barn wedding with onsite accommodations look no further. This venue was everything I wanted and more. From the tour to the wedding it was phenomenal. All my family was able to stay on site, the crew was so helpful and professional while also giving you space to enjoy with friends and family. They also give you a vendor list to pick from that are familiar with the large property. They have a beautiful bridal suite to get ready in and even a pond to do some fishing in! We had severe weather day of the wedding right as we were supposed to walk and they moved everything to the pavilion so we could still start on time as expected and even picked us up in a golf cart so none of the wedding party got wet. Best experience for a wedding ever!!! 10/10 recommend!!
Fairview Farm has everthing you need to host a wedding! Their packages provide so much! We checked in on Friday and didnt leave until Sunday. It was so nice to be in one place for the entire weekend. There was room for the entire wedding party as well as some family. The properties available to stay in are like renting vacation homes - they have everything! The Blantons are a wonderful family that treat you like one of your own! Beautiful grounds and excellent communication! I would 100% recommend Fairview without any hesitation.

What an INCREDIBLE venue Fairview Farms is! I highly recommend them for that PERFECT rustic farm atmosphere, not to mention the gorgeous accommodations should you select the full weekend package. It's DREAMY! Like a vacation you've been DYING to get to! That's how I feel when I shoot a wedding at Fairview Farms. Everything is so put together and the Gordons' couldn't be better to work with. I've attended three weddings at Fairview Farm and I'm finally making time for a review. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The grounds are well maintained with a 360-degree scenic picturesque view. There is cozy & chic lodging with a pool on-site. Any photo you take, inside or outside, is magazine worthy. It's the perfect backdrop for any wedding. All three weddings that I attended had different needs to suit the couples and I felt that all three were catered to, perfectly. Which, goes back to the team at Fairview. They're clearly experienced and doing what they love. I recommend Fairview Farm for the perfect wedding experience.

If you are getting married in the greater Richmond area, you owe it to yourself to visit Fairview Farm. Our wedding experience at Fairview was nothing short of extraordinary. Fairview is nestled in a buccolic setting that remains true to its roots as a family dairy farm while providing modern, impressive accommodations. They have different packages depending on the size of the wedding. We rented the entire property and were able to provide accommodations for more than fifty out-of-town guests. Debbie, Blanton, and their team took care of every detail imaginable to make our wedding weekend a magical one. They also provide a list of preferred vendors who can work seamlessly together. And unexpected weather is certainly not a problem when you're at Fairview. We had 150 guests and our ceremony was originally intended to take place under a tree. When a cloud burst unexpectedly appeared on the radar less than two hours before the ceremony, within twenty minutes the Fairview team had moved and perfectly rearranged the wedding venue to the pavilion overlooking a pasture. Months after the ceremony we still had family and friends raving about how perfect Fairview's setting and facilities were. We cannot thank Debbie and Blanton enough for making our wedding such a memorable one.
Though the property is beautiful and the staff the weekend of were absolutely amazing. I can’t get past my issues with the business side. We were told a lot of things like “we are extremely accommodating for our couples” “we have barns full of directions that you can go through” “you can absolutely bring your dog” that were just untrue. They give you 26 pages of rules and multiple times per page it states “if this rule is broken you may lose your security deposit.” Do you really need to threaten your guests for lighting a candle, or being loud on a farm?! Decorations you get to look through, are a small shed, not “barns full.” And your dog has to remain in its crate the whole weekend, with the exception of during the ceremony (if your dog is in the ceremony). Then there was the issue with money. We called to make our third payment and Deborah told us, “this is your final payment.” I even questioned her on it because I knew it wasn’t. But this is her job, maybe I was wrong. Then a couple months later, we get an email saying we’re past due on (you guessed it) our last payment. Well see we payed our other vendor (which weren’t due yet) since you told us we didn’t owe you any more money. Insert face palm here! The place is gorgeous and the weekend of all the staff we dealt with were absolutely amazing, shout out to Colon who took my husband’s phone call at 10:30 to find out where to put freaking trash.

r turnaround time between weddings is so short, we do have property rules to protect the properties so that they are in the best shape possible for all our brides. We want them to experience the beautiful properties just as you all did. We were thankful for how you took care of the property and were happy to fully refund your security deposit. We are also sorry you were unable to view all of the available decorations beyond the decoration shed that reside on the bottom level of our Dairy Barn. As for the confusion with the final payment, we did try to correct the error as soon as we caught it on our end, which was within 1 week of the conversation. We sent an email detailing the amounts due based on the signed contract and a request to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. Because we did not hear from you until 3 months later, we were unaware that there was an issue. Also, to clarify, the venue allows pets to be leashed or crated when the owner is not able to be with them. We again apologize for any inconvenience this caused you and your fiancé. Fairview Farms was an incredible location to get married at. My older sister got married here in 2019, and her wedding weekend was such a breeze, that when I got engaged, I knew pretty quickly that Fairview would work for me and my fiance as well. We had most of our guest list coming from out of town, so being able to provide stress free accommodations that were MUCH better than any hotel was a huge plus. All our guests that stayed on site loved it. Working from a preferred list of vendors helped me stay stress free. I think the biggest plus was how flexible they were. Because it was the same venue as my sister, we were worried about it feeling the same, but the diversity of ceremony sites really made it feel like a choose your own wedding adventure. We wanted to get married on the dock, and they were able to make that happen. I was worried it wasn't feasible, but they excel at planning and executing what you want for your wedding. The dock ceremony was gorgeous. I am so happy we chose to get married here. Thank you for everything!!
I can’t speak highly enough about this venue. We had our wedding at Fairview on 08.20.2022. We did the full weekend package including the dairy barn. The Fairview Team has this wedding stuff down to a science. The planning process was super easy. We used all the vendors that were recommended by Debbie.
When it came to the day of the wedding it was beyond perfect. The vendors and staff had everything flowing perfectly. It was stress free, super fun, and beautiful.
Moral of the story: if you are looking for the easiest planning process and the most perfect wedding ever BOOK THIS VENUE.
I don't even know where to begin. I have never written a review before but Debbie, Blanton, Colon and Maria at Fairview Farm made such an incredible impact on our lives that there was no way I could not share my experience and hope to help future couples have their dream wedding like we did.
We were very tight on our budget and Debbie was so understanding and respectful of that. We went with the premiere weekend package but the date we had chosen was a weekday. They wanted us to have our dream wedding and created a "Weekday Wedding Weekend Package" for us so that we could still enjoy everything their standard weekend package had to offer but on a weekday. All of our family and friends were out of state, so they wanted us to be able to have them stay on site too. They worked so hard with us to find us the right vendors and give us the wedding we were hoping for. They were always so transparent with us from the start so you always felt you were getting an honest opinion or an honest recommendation.
One of the biggest things, however, was their responsiveness when things did NOT go as planned. We had a wedding date in January but my husband and I both got COVID just 6 days before the wedding and had to postpone it. Fairview responded so quick to this. I messaged the wedding planner for the venue (Chelsea Moring, also an absolute gem) and she immediately reached out to Fairview. By the time I called Fairview myself to give them the news, they had already gone through their calendar and had two potential dates within 2-3 months that they were prepared to move the wedding to. They helped me figure out what to do next in moving the date and they comforted me because it was heartbreaking to be that close to the wedding and to have family already getting into town only to have to put a pause on that excitement.
They treated us like family from the start and took care of us as they would their own family. They made our wedding everything we had hoped it would be. And our families and friends? They could not stop showering the venue with compliments. It really was a dream to have Fairview for our wedding. So yes, I HIGHLY recommend them!
We had the most wonderful time at our wedding at Fairview Farm Events earlier this month. From the beginning their preferred vendors list took a lot of planning off our plate that we were so thankful for. The option to have our wedding party and immediate family stay on the farm with us in the beautifully renovated barns was such a selling point, we were able to really enjoy our time together and make it a whole weekend getaway. Lots of things are included with the premiere package at Fairview but the best is the planner, we had the smoothest wedding day and it was 100% was because of Chelsea, illumination studios and Colon, the property manager at Fairview Farm Events. They were so helpful and so so sweet. We had many guests come up to us throughout the night and tell us how beautiful the venue was and we couldn’t agree more! 10/10

Where do I begin? I couldn’t imagine not having picked Fairview Farm as our wedding venue for our winter wedding. My now husband and I knew we wanted a December wedding and we wanted a venue that had separate enclosed areas for the ceremony and reception. I was set on a rustic barn style venue and when we found Fairview, it checked all of our boxes and more. Debbie and Blanton were so responsive and attentive to every need and question we had throughout the entire wedding process. We chose Fairview’s premier package which included the venue from Friday - Sunday, set up for the rehearsal dinner Friday night and for the reception on Saturday, three out of the four houses on property (The Farmhouse, The Cottage, and the Hay Barn) + a game room with sleeping arrangements, music/DJ, a wedding planner, a catering allowance and bakery credit, and so much more. It was well worth it!! We added on the 4th sleeping accommodation (The Dairy Barn) which then allowed us to have up to 50 people staying on property for our wedding weekend. Options for sleeping accommodations near the property are slim as it is in a rural area so the on property accommodations were a must for us and made everything so convenient. Fairview’s preferred vendor list was filled with amazing vendors and I am so thankful for who I chose! Having this vendor list to choose from made everything seamless. All the vendors had worked at Fairview many times and had worked together many times so this made coordinating everything a breeze - almost like I wasn’t even planning a wedding! I couldn’t have been more thankful for a better group of people to work with over the year. Fairview’s property manager, Colon Mcartan, is an absolute angel! He was available to show us around property leading up to the wedding, gave us access to the facilities several times throughout the year so we could look at decor and plan, and was all hands on deck for the wedding weekend. Whether it was helping us set up the live Christmas trees we had brought in, helping with set up of any decorations, directing traffic day of - no matter what we asked of him, he was happy to help. Then, he even dressed up as Santa Claus during our reception and surprised my husband and I! We absolutely loved working with him and everyone was so appreciative of his hard work. He is surely the backbone of FF! If you’re looking for an all-inclusive, rustic style venue for your upcoming wedding - look no further. Our experience with Fairview Farm was an absolute dream and we are so happy this is where we chose to start our forever!
My Fiancé and I toured this past Saturday and were absolutely blown away! It was only our second venue tour and there was no comparison. Blanton spent the first 15 minutes with us just getting to know us. He asked us about our professions and our love story. Sitting with Debbie felt like talking to the neighbor you've lived next to forever! She was so honest, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. We booked for November 2022 the next day! A lot of our decision had to do with how absolutely beautiful the grounds are, but I can't imagine working with anyone better than Debbie and Blanton. We are so excited to share our special day with them!

Couldn’t be happier with how our wedding weekend turned out! We originally had it scheduled in 2020 but due to covid and my husbands extended deployment we had to reschedule to 2021. Debbie made the process so easy for us to move it and all of our other vendors were just as great! Everything was absolutely beautiful! All the accommodations were wonderful and very helpful with having my husbands family from out of state. Everything ran smoothly from the day before to the morning after the wedding. We had the best time and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Our daughter just had the most AMAZING wedding at Fairview Farm Events!! This is a truly special place that feels like home to its guests. We had the entire farm just for our family and friends - whereas some other venues may have multiple weddings going on at the same time on different sites on the property. Not the case here - as the entire farm was ours to use and enjoy and my daughter could pick anywhere she wanted for the ceremony - so nice to have that option. She had a beautiful weather day so rain wasn't a worry - but it was nice to know they had us covered if that was a possibility. From the first interaction with Debbie and Blanton, to planning our event using their fanastic tried-and-true list of vendors, to being able to visit the farm on muliple visits to look at the free props we wanted to use, and to the execution of the most amazing day for my sweet daughter and son-in-law , I can't recommend this venue enough!! Lovely views all around, the get-ready areas are beautiful and comfortable, and the overnight accomodations are fantastic if you decide to use those. Everyone with worked with was so polite and professional. And so much is included here! If you are thinking of touring, make sure you do! It is so beautiful inside and out and they have thought of everything to make it an enjoyable and stress free time of celebration for your family and friends. Fairview Farm is truly special!!
The staff where awesome but the venue was amazing 🤩 everything was perfect and it definitely was my dream come true wedding! 05~01~21 💍💐 The sun site has the golden glow an picture couldn’t have been better! Fairview Farm Events is a dream venue! The accommodations to stay on site were perfect for our out-of-town family and bridal party. Debbie and Blanton Gordon have done a phenomenal job in maintaining the property, providing a preferred vendors list (eliminating extensive research for us), and truly made sure our day was perfect despite COVID restrictions! Colon, their property manager, is nothing short of amazing! He ensured everyone had what we needed and was always willing to help! The owners of this venue, Deborah and Blanton, are incredible individuals! We planned our wedding during COVID, specifically when the 250 limit order was in place for Virginia; however, two weeks before the wedding, Gov. Northam changed the mandate to only 10 people. It was stressful to say the least, but Fairview Farms worked with us and were extremely accommodating throughout everything. In the end, two became one and it was a beautiful ceremony, only made possible with this amazing venue. I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone who imagines a rustic wedding. My guests were so impressed with the venue's accommodations and beautiful decorations- they even asked to come back for the next holiday! I couldn't be happier with my small, COVID, and very rustic wedding. Thanks to Fairview for providing such support during this time of chaos for this bride.
I had my eye on this venue for a long time. When we toured the venue it was everything I ever dreamed of. Mrs. Debbie and her husband answered all of my questions and helped meet all of my needs. The venue is very well kept up and the houses on property are such a bonus feature that allows for my fiancé and I families to bond before the wedding.
My fiance and I are getting married next October at Fairview Farm. As soon as we toured the venue we fell in love with it. It is the perfect spot for a rustic farm wedding where friends and family can stay on property and don't have to worry about a ride back to a hotel. Fairview made booking vendors for our big day super easy by providing a list of preferred vendors for anything and everything you can think of. Debora has been so accommodating with all of my requests and is very quick to respond. So far, our experience with Fairview has been amazing and stress-free. We can't wait to tie the knot there!!
Debbie and Blanton have been so kind throughout our entire wedding planning process! We are planning on getting married in October 2021, and we knew before we finished our initial tour that Fairview Farm was were we wanted to get married. So many other venues we toured made us feel like we were just another wedding in the line and didn't give us the freedom we wanted, but Fairview has been so flexible and open to our ideas! They have also made the planning process so easy. Debbie sent us a list of their usual vendors who know the venue so well and have all been excellent to work with!

My husband and I knew Fairview was the place to get married before we finished the tour! The venue is owned by a couple who strive to help others have a wonderful wedding. I planned almost the entire thing by myself, and it was so easy because of Fairview! They provide a list of recommended vendors who are ALL awesome and they all have worked with each other and know the venue well, so all I had to worry about during my wedding weekend was to enjoy it! Everyone knew what they needed to do and everyone was so pleasant to work with. We looked at many venues throughout Virginia, but none of them came close to comparing to what we got for our money at Fairview. We have no regrets! If you want to take an already amazing venue, with so many things included in the price, that allows you to still make it your own and enjoy it without worry, this is your place! We loved it and our guests are still raving about how amazing the venue was!

I am getting married in April of 2021 and the staff here has been amazing! They are very accommodating with you. They respond very quickly and make sure you have all your needs taken care of. The venue itself is ASTONISHING. I am getting married on a Sunday because that was what was in my budget but if I could afford the premiere all inclusive weekend I would definitely do just that!! I highly, highly recommend them.
Fairview was exactly what we needed and I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. I went to visit several other venues before I eventually went to Fairview and I knew before I even left the meeting that this is where I wanted to have my wedding.
First off, it’s absolutely beautiful. Not just the reception and ceremony areas but the accommodations for weekend guests as well. The owners have spared no expense and I felt like I was able to save money on flowers and decorations because the venue in and of itself is its own decoration (also the venue does decorate the reception area and tables with their own decorations unless you want to supply anything else. ) They were even kind enough to let me use their arbor for my ceremony when mine didn’t come in time.
Also, as someone who was going to have many out of town family coming for the wedding, having a place that we could all stay was perfect for me. Wedding days fly by so quickly and having the extended weekend time to spend with my family and wedding party made it even more special.
Fairview is also the perfect mix of guidance and freedom. Lots of venues that are all inclusive make you feel like you don’t have a lot of options when it comes to food or music. Or you end up with a venue where you have to find all the vendors and don’t even know where to start. Fairview gave me a list of preferred vendors they work with often so I had suggestions but also let me pick vendors outside that list if I wanted.
Overall I couldn’t be happier with how my wedding weekend turned out. My guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was and what a great time they had. Picking a wedding venue is a choice you only get to make once and I’m so glad I went with Fairview.
My husband and I had our wedding December 14, 2019 at Fairview. I couldn't have asked for a better venue or wedding experience! They offer such a unique experience allowing a full weekend experience for the bridal party, recommend vendors, answer any questions you have (no matter how small) and will do anything they can to make your day special. They are so wonderful to work with and the decor in the barn and cottages is spectacular. They really put so much love and hard work into this beautiful place. I cannot recommend Fairview enough!
Debbie and Clayton are the most wonderful, joyous, and hardworking people along with everyone who works for/with them! Once we toured Fairview Farm there was no doubt in our minds we wanted to get married there. When you first go on your tour, everything Debbie tells you is exactly what happens on your day and there are no surprises. We were able to visit the Farm a few times to show our parents, do our final walk through, and my bridal shoot. So when it came to our wedding day it truly felt this was our second home and where we were meant to get married. We rented all the houses on the property and everyone was in awe of the beauty of the property. There are some venues that are just a location that you rent but Debbie and Clayton make this place feel like a home. They go out of their way to make your big day memorable. The amount of decorations they have on site is unbelievable! I could go on for days but to truly experience Fairview Farm you have to visit and we promise you will not regret it! Fairview Farm will always have a special place in our hearts! We look forward to going back in the future.

Debbie and Blanton Gordon the owners of the venue were very accommodating and organized through every stage of our wedding. Also, every staff member I met were all very helpful and friendly during our multiple visits to the venue before the big day. This venue also provides a preferred vendor list with great vendors in every category that made our wedding perfect. We rented the cottage and large dairy barns for our wedding party and were blown away by all the space and the decor! We couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else.
My Fiancé and I are getting married here June 13, 2020 and we are beyond excited for our big day here at Fairview Farm Events. My Fiancé and I have always dreamed of a rustic/ farm and barn wedding and this venue absolutely blew our biggest dreams away. It was the one and only venue we looked at, as it brought me to tears how perfect and well thought out the property was. Debbie and Blanton have truly thought of everything and are so easy to work with. Not only do they take such amazing care of the property but the attention to even the smallest detail is picture-perfect! From the details in every room to the beautiful linens, chandeliers, wood finishing’s and tables and everything in between are beyond perfect!
The venue provides endless spots to get married from the gazebo to the waters its stunning! They also provide a list of preferred vendors which made everything so easy. Another plus, they also have a ton of beautiful props to use, and with the barn and property decorated by holiday/ season it truly adds that special touch!

Fairview Farm Events is the whole package! They have all the accommodations that you could ever want or need! The second we booked the venue we felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders, all we had to do was pick the vendors off of the preferred vendors list that Fairview gives you. Which makes everything very easy because the fact that those Vendors are on the preferred Vendors list means that Fairview knows and trusts them. All the vendors are so great that we have chosen, they are like my fiancé and i, they have nothing but good things to say about Fairview. I would highly recommend Fairview to everyone because not only is the property beautiful but everything is handled for you!

Vender is always ready to help out and guide us through the process of planning a wedding. She gave a very thorough tour and provides many amenities (including on-site lodging!!). The barn comes already decorated, so you don't have to worry about that unless you want to add personal touches.
Having our wedding at Fairview Farm Events was the best decision! The barn and outdoors are so beautiful that hardly any extra decorations were even needed to pull everything together. It was very easy getting in touch with Debbie and Blanton every time we had a question. The best part was having all of our friends and family stay on the property to make the day of the wedding go as smoothly and easily as possible! My dad and the groomsmen had a fishing tournament the day of the wedding while the girls got ready in the Farmhouse and everyone had such a great time! Being able to have our rehearsal dinner on site was so convenient and perfect too!
Fairview Farm was absolutely spectacular! The venue is breath-taking. I have always dreamed of having my wedding here since they opened. The Owners Debbie and Blanton worked with myself and my parents to make my dream wedding come true. Fairview can hold small intimate weddings to large weddings. Blanton and Debbie were more than willing to take my family and I on multiple tours of the venue and discussions regarding places on site to stay for our out of town guests. They have a preferred vendor list with amazing companies who know all the ins and outs of the venue and their policies.
Not only is the venue amazing, the staff is the best. Debbie always sent me reminders to make sure all payments were done on time and all questions were answered. On our wedding day the staff introduced themselves to us and offered to answer any questions or complete any tasks that my husband and I needed.

This rustic chic family owned farm venue was everything my husband and I dreamed it would be. Debbie and Blanton were very accommodating and answered any and all questions we had throughout the planning process. The ability to let our guests stay on the property made for a stress free and relaxing wedding weekend. I could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding. We had the entire property for the weekend and it was a dream getting to celebrate with our closest family and friends in such close proximity for days. Debbie and Blanton treat you like family and have very open communication. them welcoming you to their venue is them welcoming you to their home. It is so family oriented and one part of the property more breathtaking than the next. The vendors they recommend are outstanding. I don't think I can ever thank Fairview Farm enough for giving me the space and the tools to have the wedding of my dreams. They have taken the stress out of wedding planning and assembled the best vendors around to play a crucial role in your forever. Don't think twice about this venue- you won't be disappointed! Happy tears will continue to fill my eyes whenever I think about my weekend spent at Fairview farm.
Amazing venue!
Wedding planning causes a lot of stress, but Fairview Farm Events has ALL of that covered for you! From the first time meeting Debbie and Blanton for a tour, we were in love. The barn where the ceremony would take place won us over immediately, and when she said this was an “all-inclusive” venue that had accommodations for guests during the wedding weekend, we were ready to give the deposit right then and there!
I highly recommend this venue if you are the type of person who gets stressed out with too many choices. Fairview has a list of preferred vendors that you can choose from, which makes the narrowing down process much easier because they are all trustworthy vendors who have worked there in the past. Fairview also includes a wedding planner (I highly suggest Angela Simpson) that takes care of all of the day-of and rehearsal dinner things, and she made everything go off without a hitch. The different packages you choose from determine what exactly is included, but I did the higher priced one because it literally included everything I needed (and then some!).
Another reason why this venue is so awesome is they offer accommodations in several houses and lofts for guests to stay in during the wedding weekend. My bridal party and mother stayed on the property, and they were in shock at how awesome the old converted dairy barns looked inside. They literally looked like something that would be on an HG-TV transformation-type episode. Everyone was super comfortable, and it was nice because no one had to drive home after having adult beverages. It was a weekend getaway for of our guests, and not JUST a wedding, which was nice for the significant others that weren’t a part of the bridal party.
Our big day was absolutely magical, and my guests had nothing but GREAT things to say about the venue. Four times a year, Debbie decorates the barn and houses/lofts to match the season, and it really adds to the overall atmosphere. We got married December 1st, so the décor matched the “Christmas” theme. It made it a lot less stressful to not have to worry about ANY decorating of my own!
I could go on and on about this great venue, but instead, I suggest you take a look at it for yourself! After your first glance, you might think it’s a bit out of budget, but with so many things being included (wedding planner, accommodations, rehearsal dinner location, DJ, cake,…the list goes on), I truly think it is actually a great deal. Also, Debbie and Blanton are the most down-to-earth, caring owners of a wedding venue I have ever met. They are very attentive to their clients, and they will help with any part of the process!

My fiance and I have just recently booked this venue for our November 2020 wedding. I cannot begin to explain how excited we are to be getting married here. This venue is truly unlike any farm venue we have toured or even could imagined of. Every single detail from the season decorations to the renovated lodging barns to the reception barn completely blew us away during our tour. This venue is not just for a wedding, but for a total experience. The owners Debbie and Blanton are so sweet and personable and have made everything so easy and hassle free for booking our date. Nothing I could have dreamed of compared to how perfect my wedding was at Fairview Farms on October 7th, 2018. Not only was the barn the perfect mix of Rustic and Chic and EXACTLY what my fiance, now husband, had wanted! It not only came beautifully decorated inside the barn, perfectly directed outside with the trucks, the fire pit, the bistro lighting, and then lawn games that everyone loved! It also came with the perfect space for us girls to get ready, as well as for the guys to watch football and hang out up until the festivities! Absolutely gorgeous cottages for the accommodations!
Now, the biggest, and most amazing part of Fairview, was by far... I had always dreamed of getting married INSIDE the woods, not up against a tree line, or under a tree... I wanted, woodland, whimsical fairy princess, under a canopy of trees. With twinkly lights, like little fairy lights in mason jars scattered throughout the woods behind the ceremony. Not only did they pull that off. The owners actually got to work immediately and started to clear away some trees, and brush to CREATE an actual ceremony space in the woods that didnt exist until I had mentioned the idea! THEY MADE THAT HAPPEN FOR US! The amount of appreciation cant even be described by words, to know they did that in order to make our day that much more special is absolutely amazing. It was absolutely gorgeous inside the woods, with twinkly lights, with bistro lightening above us, with an amazing wrought iron chandelier, and the setting sun shining through the trees, it could not have been more perfect and I thank Debbie and Blanton for everything!I absolutely highly recommend, their venue, their recommended caterers and their recommended wedding planners. Please do not let me forget to mention Chelsea, who over saw our wedding, not only the day of, but leading up as well and made the entire thing go off without issue! Again, the best day of Craig and I's Life!
The venue was perfect. Having proven vendors to select was great! We had choices and each vendor was familiar with the property. You will not be disappointed. Our daughter and son-in-law were married here the first weekend of June 2018. Debbie and Blanton were so wonderful in helping us make this a special day for the couple. Everyone was coming in from all over the US and abroad, including the bride and groom. It was a wonderful way to gather our closest friends/family and celebrate! The farm is more beautiful in real life than the pictures can even begin to show. We were able to have the rehearsal dinner here as well on Friday night.
The girls enjoyed their bridesmaid breakfast under the new gazebo by the main house in pajamas. It meant so much to Shannon to have all her closest girls with her one last time, since everyone is scattered so far away. The farm was so accommodating in moving the ceremony under the pavilion when the forecast said 100% rain that afternoon. The pictures turned out stunning with the large crystal chandelier hanging and the rolling misty fields in the background. Their recommended vendors were all very good and easy to work with. It truly was a memorable weekend and we were very pleased how everything turned out. I highly recommend this beautiful venue.
Fairview Farm is such a beautiful place! My son and amazing daughter-in-law recently had their wedding at Fairview Farm. With the weekend package we were able to stay onsite, allowing our families to spend time together before and after the wedding. The newly renovated Dairy Barn Loft is amazing! I highly recommend staying the weekend. The Barn, Pavilion and surrounding outdoor areas are beautifully decorated along with bistro lighting, fire pits, vintage red Ford pickup truck and tractor, the list goes on and on. We were able to have the pre-reception cocktail hour in Pavilion as planned, thanks to portable outdoor heaters. Lots of fun memories in the Game Room!!! Blanton and Debora very accommodating and are readily available for any and all questions.

Fairview Farm. Where do I begin!! They were the dream venue for my husband and i’s Wedding. From the moment I first talked with Debbie, I knew I had to make this work. She was so lovely on the phone, always SO quick to respond to any emails/questions I had, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to make my wedding day special for me. Meant the world to me!
Our wedding day was perfect, and Fairview Farm played a big role in that! It was a BEAUTIFUL property, the barn is unbelievable, and the space was perfect for our wedding. It also worked out great, because even when it rained some on our wedding day, the pavilion on the property worked perfect to conduct the ceremony as a plan B. It was super cute too! Barely needed to add any decorations and it had lovely views of the property!
The vendors that work closely with Fairview were wonderful and I’m so thankful for their help in recommendations! What a lifesaver! Made planning my wedding so much less of a headache than it could’ve been!
I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any engaged couple. As someone who’s dreamed of my wedding day my whole life, I was pretty picky, but as soon as we were introduced to this venue, I knew I didn’t need to look any further. If you like rustic themed weddings, this is the PERFECT venue for you!!!
Lastly, the space my family and bridesmaids got to stay in on the property the night prior to the wedding was AMAZING. It had just about any amenity you could ever ask for. It was perfect for getting ready with all the mirrors and chairs and large bathroom. It’s well kept and provides beautiful views of the property! It was great for playing games and hanging out with my girls the night before and eating breakfast on their spacious porch the next day. It was a dream!! Thank you Fairview Farm for making Christian and i’s big day so perfect. I will never forget it. Y’all made my wedding dreams come true!! If I had to do it over I would pick Fairview again and again. Couldn’t recommend it more. What a blessing it was to me. What a beautiful place - well done! THANK YOU DEBBIE AND BLANTON!!
