Fairview Napa is a beautiful wedding venue with amazing service. The staff (Cynthia, Jordan, and Victoria) helped make the stressful wedding process as smooth as it could be. The all-inclusive package saved effort and time, staff are friendly and quickly responded to all of my emails with random questions. The venue is beautiful and perfect for pictures. All of our guests loved the sunset wedding. The day of coordination services saved the day for our wedding. When things needed to be taken care of, the staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was addressed. Our guest loved the food and it's clear the chef puts a lot of thought into the menu. Jordan the bartender has great energy. Overall, this is a beautiful venue with staff you can trust and will work hard for your big day.

Our experience at the Fairview was nothing short of amazing!!! Since day one Victoria and Lea have been so helpful and made the entire process a breeze. They made sure everything was taken care of so we were completely stress free on our big day. We can’t thank you guys enough for everything!!! Our wedding was absolutely perfect!!

Fairview Napa was a wonderful venue. Wedding planning can be scary and stressful but Victoria and Lea were amazing and helped us every step of the way. They have wedding packages you can pick from and will work with you on tailoring it to fit your needs and budget. Victoria was our day of coordinator, she was fantastic, she made they day go by without a hiccup. The food was fantastic and we did signature cocktails which were a hit as well. I had my wedding here July 2nd and let me tell you how everyone said the venue was beautiful, food was top tier and the dj was amazing at transitioning. Lea and Victoria helped us out through our planning process and it was incredibly smooth. We loved having them reach out to us for ideas, questions or concerns we had and recommendations for vendors. We have the perfect day and I'm incredibly thankful for the hard work the staff and venue put it to make our day so sweet! We had a few friends fall in love with our venue so hopefully we'll be at the Fairview Napa soon but as guests! Loved this place!

Fairview was a wonderful wedding venue. The food was delicious! I loved that they provide everything in house, for a non-DIY kinda girl like me it made it so much easier! Lea and Victoria were great to work with, always getting back to me quickly and never annoyed with the barrage of questions I always had. I would definitely recommend Fairview Napa to anyone!

They made the planning process super easy, and as low stress as possible. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better team of people to work with.

Fairview was a great place to host the wedding - they come with flowers, cake, a DJ and open bar included in the price which made planning SO EASY. The florist they work with (Garaventa) is fantastic and super flexible, while the bakery knocked it out of the park with our cake. We booked Fairview early on in COVID (I think we signed our contract in April 2020), and worked with them even as they had to handle changing regulations, public health, etc. They were so flexible and allowed us to postpone our wedding by 8 months, at absolutely no financial cost to us. Having seen many of my friends choose between keeping their wedding safe and healthy or loose all their deposits, I could not be more grateful to Fairview for their flexibility in allowing us to postpone to make sure our wedding was safe for all the guests. The venue was beautiful, food was great, music was bumping and we had a blast. Fairview let us use a ton of their decorations (candles, signs, etc), and just made everything so smooth. Loved them and thank you so much!!

We had our wedding on 2/29/2020 and everything was PERFECT. We booked our event from out of state and the planning process could not have been easier. We worked mainly with Taylor and she is the absolute best! The day of our event we had Taylor and Christina working the event, as well as the amazing banquet staff and bartender. We got so many compliments on the food, venue, and professionalism of the staff. We used all Fairview recommended vendors: Sweetie Pies for the cake, Garaventas for the flowers, Noel from Perfect Day as our DJ, Richard Wood as our photographer, and Steve from Officially Yours as our officiant. They were all so easy to work with. Our friends and family could not believe we had just met Steve the day of our wedding as our service was so personalized. I cannot recommend the Fairview Napa enough.

It was definitely the best place to perform our wedding, Taylor, Cristina and the entire Farview team are looking forward to every detail. excellent location, affordable costs and beautiful facilities. We had our 5th Anniversary celebration and vow renewal at Fairview Napa and it was amazing. First of all the location is adorable. They have this beautiful garden for the outdoor ceremony and ballroom like tent setup for the reception and beautiful places around for some couple photography! Now coming to the planning. Christina helped us every step of the way planning our beautiful event and was patient through all the changes we had to made. She listened carefully and took notes to make my vision come alive on the day. Everything was beautiful. The good was really good... my guests kept raving about them. All in all this is a beautiful place for your dream Napa wedding that won’t break your bank. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Fairview Napa is absolutely incredible. Taylor helped my husband and I so much in such a short amount of time. She made our planning so easy, and the day of was perfection! We used their dj Noel and he was outstanding! The food was fabulous, the service staff was a joy to work with. I can not say enough good things about Fairview and all the wonderful people that work there!

Not gonna lie, this place is a gem that exceeded all expectations. The appetizers and food was amazing, the DJ surprised everyone, the coordinators worked with us attentively every step of the way, the vendors they work with were incredible in both service and quality, and we really had nothing to worry about the day of our wedding. As a bonus, I got to take all of my groomsmen for a complimentary round of golf. I cant be anymore thankful for how everything turned out abd all the positive feedback I have received from all our guests. I highly recommend this venue.

Great venue works with great vendors for dj flower and cake my wedding was amazing I couldn’t have imagined a better day. Everyone was raving about how beautiful it was. Thank you again Fairview for an amazing memory.

Taylor and Christina were the best at coordinating; they work so hard to make everything seamless. They took care of the majority of the arrangements, and their timeline helps to keep the event on track. The space is beautiful and in a prime location in Napa. The venue is so versatile! You can do pretty much anything you want to achieve what you are looking for, The vendors are amazing, Noel who is the MC/DJ and handles the photo booth was so communicative through the process and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our party. Furthermore Garaventa who is the florist were terrific in every aspect. They understood what I wanted before I did! And the flowers are so fresh and beautiful. They cannot go wrong with anything. Overall the Fairview Napa gave me the best wedding I could have asked for, highly recommend this place!

Fairview at Napa is the best decision for a venue, hands down!! The staff is professional and supportive throughout the whole process. The staff genuinely cares about you and your spouse. We wanted an all inclusive venue to take away the stress of getting married, and I don’t think we had a single ounce of stress. Even when an outside induced hiccup happened, the staff handled the situation with poise and professionalism. The food was a plenty and tasteful! The banquet captain ensured we were well fed and hydrated. The bartender was a hoot. All of our guests had positive reviews of the food, music and beauty of the location. We could not be any happier with our decision!

I had my wedding here in September and it was beautiful. Fairview really takes the stress out of planning a wedding since they already have most of the vendors you need as well as recommendations for local vendors for things such as photography and hair/makeup. The day was well planned and we had a blast. It was easy working with their team and everyone was so helpful.

The coordinators and banquet manager and all of the vendors they provide were all amazing. Our wedding was the best and just as we imagined. I highly recommend this venue, plus with it being all inclusive it saved us so much time and money.

We just had our wedding here on September 15th, 2019. The coordinators were awesome, music was great, food was delicious, and the open bar was flowing. Highly recommend for anyone looking into this venue! There wasn't much we had to do since we purchased the elite package.

We just had our wedding at Fairview Napa and it was an incredible experience. The entire team there was supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a very specific theme for our wedding and wanted it to come alive and they were behind us 100%. The actual day of the wedding went by pretty much without a single hiccup. Halfway through the reception we were ahead of schedule, which after being a part of several weddings I realize basically never happens. All our guests loved the food, DJ, and entertainment I'd highly recommend Fairview Napa for anyone looking for a beautiful Napa Wedding. The event for my wife and I was one we’ll never forget. The staff made sure everything went smoothly, from the planning phases until the day of. The Venue was amazing, excellent sunset pictures can easily be taken near by. I personally enjoyed how the ceremony and reception area are right next to each other because it just makes everything easier. I highly recommend for three reasons, the price was in our budget for a Napa wedding it was a very good deal, the staff are extremely helpful from beginning to end, and lastly the venue is just beautiful. Thank you Fairview again!

The area was great and all our guests had a lovely time. They loved all the food and the beautiful venue. There were lots of nice places to take pictures and it was the perfect size for our 150 guests. It would be 5 stars, but I was so disappointed with the wedding coordinators. Lily was great, she helped us when we first started. Paige and Christina took over afterwards and they were also great, until the wedding day. I paid extra for coordination services and I received no help. My friends helped me set up and told me they asked the coordinators to do things they didn’t do. Our guests were confused when walking in. They were going to where we were taking photos because they didn’t know where to go. When I complained over the phone to the coordinators the next day, they told me they were only responsible until the bridal party introductions. That’s fine, but I didn’t receive any help before then either and my photographer did all the work! They told me I should have told the DJ to make an announcement about where people should enter. I don’t know how I was supposed to find time to do that when I was taking pictures... and I paid for their coordination services and didn’t see them at all after the ceremony. Overall, I definitely recommend this place, but don’t pay extra for coordinators. Just have a couple friends welcome people at the front and help set up. Minus coordinators, I highly recommend the venue.

We had our wedding at Fairview Napa, and it was wonderful. I am not a planner, and Paige and Lily made everything so easy. They were always super responsive, which I really appreciated. Their professionalism, along with the florist, bakery and DJ, made me feel very comfortable and assured that we were in good hands. The day of was seamless. The decorations were gorgeous, the flowers were gorgeous, the food service ran smoothly, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I wanted a lovely, romantic, intimate wedding, and that’s exactly what we had, largely thanks to Fairview.

When I got engaged, I was busy with work so I was looking for a one-stop shop wedding venue. That's exactly what I found with Fairview Napa. This place hooks you up with everything you need for your wedding - food, cake, DJ, photo booth, officiant, flowers, invitations (and they all worked out great). The Directors of the venue - Lilly and Paige - are a dream to work with. Not only are they personable, they know what they're doing when it comes to planning a wedding down to the last detail. They kept me on track with my timeline and were so nice and patient the entire time. On the day of, they kept me calm and reassured me that everything would be alright. It was more than alright - it was the happiest day of my life. All 60 of my guests had a wonderful time. Thank you to Lilly and Paige - you are wedding angels.

My Wife and I got married here May 2019, and we couldn't have picked a better venue. The package we went with included the cake, DJ, flowers, caterer, wines, Photo Booth and so much more. That took off the stress of having to find different vendors and make sure they all arrived on time etc. Lily and Paige were absolutely AMAZING. My Wife is a cop and we needed to change several of our appointments last minute due to last minute work schedule changes, and they accommodated us every single time without making us feel like a burden. Our wedding day was perfect. They set everything up exactly how we wanted it, and kept everything on schedule. The DJ was amazing too. We did some last minute changes during the reception and he did them with a smile on his face. If you want a stress free wedding, I HIGHLY suggest you book your wedding here!

In May 2019, Mariposa and Cool School Programs of the Napa County Office of Education hosted a Paint Night Fundraiser at Fairview Napa. The venue was delightful and not only did it consist of a beautiful landscape, but it also had everything we needed to make our event flow smoothly. The Fairview staff were absolutely amazing! We wanted a Wine Country wedding but did not want to pay the Wine Country price. After getting discouraged about the high prices of venues in the Napa area, we came across Fairview Napa online and decided to schedule a site visit. We fell in love! With the venue and the price. We initially started working with Bri, who a few short weeks after we booked moved on to another opportunity. However, we were introduced to Paige and Lily who were just as great. They made the wedding planning process as stress free as possible. They were on top of the timeline making sure that we were meeting with vendors and helping to sort out every last detail for wedding day. On the day of the wedding, we were in awe by the way the ladies set up the decorations we provided. They truly made it beautiful! Not to mention they were both there making sure that everything ran smoothly. Thank you Paige, Lily and Fairview Napa staff for making our wedding a true fairy tale! We wish we could re live the day over and over.

wow I dont even know were to begin! My husband and I found this location and immediately fell in love ! Lily and Paige are the best duo out there!!!!!!! Location feels like out of a fairytale. Lots of greenery, beautiful views and you have access to everything - golf course, pond and vineyard to name a few. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend booking with them. They make wedding planning easy! What I loved most is that they really give you the freedom to make the location your own and provide you with a timeline to help keep you on track. They host wonderful events to help you get to know the ppl you are working with and give out prizes if you attend ! I also booked our photographer Richard, found our Ofiicient Steve, booked with Christina at sweetie pies for our cake , used Garaventa's for our flowers and also booked with their catering and we were able to do that all in one place! Seriously I would have gone crazy if I had to find that all myself but thanks to the Fairview for providing me those options at the Elite package price ! Our wedding was so beautiful and intimate honestly better than anything in the movies ! Thank you Paige and Lily and everyone at the Fairview for helping make our dream come true!

We got married here last month it was so special! Everyone commented on how great the wedding and reception was and how delicious the food was. Paige and Lily are incredible and accommodated all of our needs and any changes we had. They did everything possible in order for us to have our wedding outside even though it was drizzling. All of the staff did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend this venue for their wedding or any other event! We will definitely be returning for another major event.

We just got married here on 03/30/3019, and it was truly an amazing experience! The ceremony space is even more gorgeous in person. We got so many compliments on it. We worked with Paige for several months leading up to the wedding and she was always so helpful and patient with me! She really was awesome and easy to work with and made sure all of my little details were just right. We worked with Lilly during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. She coordinated everything perfectly and is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met/worked with. All of the Fairview vendors that we worked with were absolutely amazing as well. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. The flowers, especially, turned out gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. Andrew at Garaventa's is the way to go! The cake from Sweetie Pie's was delicious, and they were able to easily accommodate our unusual flavor request (strawberry - it's my husband's favorite). The DJ was so so nice, and even made a super last minute change for us regarding the first dance, which we really appreciated. Everyone really seemed to have a lot of fun! Richard Wood, the photographer, was so great and so so easy to work with! He made sure we got tons of amazing photos and really helped me out with the wedding day schedule and helped keep me on time. I can't recommend the Fairview vendors enough. Honestly, everything goes exactly how you think it will. Paige talks you through everything so well. Also, the pricing just can't be beat in Napa. Everything is very clearly laid our for you, so you know exactly what you are getting and what you are paying for. Fairview really made my Napa wedding dreams come true (this was a destination wedding for us)! I truly wish I could go back and do it all over again. I wouldn't change one thing!

Fairview Napa was an amazing and beautiful venue for our wedding. Everything was well organized and all of the vendors that they provided through them (cake, D.J., florals, & food) were all so professional and a joy to work with. We only had to find our photographer and everything else was set up for us already. It make it so much less stressful for us to have to deal with. Paige and Lily were so awesome to work with and make the process easier for us and were patient and calm whenever we had questions. I would HIGHLY suggest this venue to anyone who doesn't want to have to worry about the small details and want a beautiful and affordable venue.

We contacted Fairview with less than a month to plan our reception. Lilly and Paige jumped in to action providing the most beautiful venue! The food was delicious and absolutely loved they did all the vendor work. Working with local vendors was important to us so happy is to Fairview too. Absolutely loved this place! Let me tell you - when my guy and I needed to plan a wedding in a MONTH - YES A MONTH - Fairview (and Paige especially) did not break a sweat! My now husband and I had a very fast engagement, because his father became terminally ill and we wanted him to be at the wedding. Unfortunately, he passed away right before our wedding, but Fairview was more than understanding and helped us every step of the way. They set up our memorial table wonderfully, and despite super rainy weather threatening our wedding (this was January 20th) everything went off without a hitch. Dare I say, my husband and I would NOT have changed a thing about our day (besides we wish it wasn't such a blur, but that's nothing to do with Fairview :) ) Our wedding was gorgeous and incredibly affordable. None of our guests could tell that this wedding was planned in a month and my coworkers were shocked at how affordable an all inclusive package was. Fairview is a lifesaver with having all inclusive packages with the vendors all lined up for you. All in all, we couldn't have made a better choice than Fairview. Great location, great staff, and amazing wedding packages.

Fairview Napa was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding!! Paige and Lilly were very helpful and were always available if we needed anything. The thing that stood out most was how they achieved setting up our decorations better than I could have imagined! They truly made wedding planning easy!

Paige and Lilly were incredibly helpful from the moment we inquired in Feb 2018 to even after the wedding when we had post wedding questions. Listed are just a few of their highlights: Paige recommended the best bar deal to fit our group, accommodated our numerous changes to our custom package, and my favorite "little thing" was when she fixed my necklace and dress details right before I walked down the aisle. It's the little things that count! Anthony won't forget about how much she helped with suggestions/direction for arbor decorations and how she fixed the guys' boutonnieres on where to position them on their suit. Lilly was incredibly helpful at our last details meeting, patient with our table numbers and adjustments, coordinated the rehearsal very well, and even continued to communicate after the wedding! Paige also greeted Anthony and I with champagne right after the ceremony, which was the perfect touch. DJ Noel was an incredible MC and DJ, who went above and beyond with our requests. Lilly and Paige were so helpful both with everything leading up to the day of the wedding as well as every little detail on the day of. Lilly helped us plan our reception when my now husband and I had no idea what we wanted and it all turned out beautifully. They both did day of coordination and everything went great and took so much stress of our plates! The staff was so friendly, the DJ was fantastic, and the food was delicious! We actually had time to eat and enjoy every moment of our wedding because our wedding planners ensured everything ran perfectly. Lilly and Paige were with us every step of the way during the planning process and during our wedding. They answered every question we had and responded to emails and phone calls instantly. They directed guests and our very large bridal party through the rehearsal the day before and throughout our wedding. They are incredibly kind and friendly. We could not have asked for better wedding planners. They made our dream wedding come to life. Better yet, it was completely stress free and allowed us to completely focus on celebrating our marriage.

The people at fairview Napa are amazing! You truly get to have the wedding youve always wanted and a great price! Its a Nice intimate setting and the ceremony site is just gorgeous. But, my husband and i chode the venue for the people you work with. Paige and lily really cared about my wedding and did whatever they could to help with special requests. I highly reccomend this venue if youre looking for a budget friendly, laid back planning process.

I would HIGHLY recommend Fairview Napa. It was the PREFECT venue for our wedding. When we first started looking for venues we knew two things, we didn’t want to spend too much money and we wanted a one-stop-shop. This is exactly why Fairview was perfect. They are able to cater to a wide range of budgets to meet your needs. They had a built in wedding planner that already had a DJ, cater, florist and baker on list. This took soooo much stress out of the planning. They had a calendar for us and made sure that we provide them with all the information they needed to make our day prefect. We just had to get any extra decorations we wanted. They also set up all of favors, escort cards and wedding favors. We just had to drop everything off the day before. Believe me ladies, the last thing you want to do the day before your wedding is setting out favors or holding cards. I didn’t have to lift a finger. THANK YOU LILLY! !

Just got married here on 10.8.18. I always thought this place was beautiful from the start but it totally came alive on 10.8.18. My wedding was absolutely beautiful; I’m still receiving compliments from my guests. The staff here is awesome and very professional. This place is for sure the complete package.

an awesome venue that was willing to accommodate pretty much everything we were looking for. My husband and I wanted a very nontraditional wedding time, morning! The brunch menu they provided us was delicious and they even threw in bottomless mimosas and bloody marys! The planning was very easy and so convenient since you can do an all inclusive package. Paige did an AMAZING job answering all my questions and helping finalize all my last minute details. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. The day of staff was superb as well!
