with, especially since we were planning during Covid. She kept us in good spirits and ensured us our day would happen. We had no issues. The staff was very friendly and on top of things. They were also following guidelines, (wearing masks, gloves, hand washing/sanitizing) all night. We loved that the staff served the buffet dinner, and it was an extra safety precaution for everyone. We even have a server who was singing and dancing throughout the evening. He was a hit! The food was amazing, and we were able to bring in our own beer/wine in. My Husband and I really wanted an ice cream bar and Renee were able to do it, the ice cream alone was a selling point! When we came to pick up our items the next morning Renee had packaged up all our leftovers, and that was dinner for us and my parents the following week. The pricing was very reasonable, and we came in well under budget. Our day was truly perfect, and it is because of Renee and her team. If you haven’t checked this hidden gem out, we highly recommend you do!

iple reasons (location too far away & price was too high for everything we needed to do). However, Renee & Christopher made my wedding easy. She asked that I showed her how I wanted one of my tables set up and after 5mins of my setting it up she said understood. when we came back the next to finish brining up some of decor they had everything decorated perfectly. They paid attention to every detail. And what they weren't sure of they asked questions. They provide catering, linens (however I had my own), china, silverware etc. We picked our menu and there was a selection for all of our guests to choose from. since I was giving them a short time to work with they worked their butts off to get everything right! The food was delicious (no one complained), they even served us ladies coffee while we were getting ready on our private room. The staff was super friendly and very helpful! my guests kept telling me beautiful everything was & theh may have to have party there themselves. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my wedding ceremony & reception! I love this place!

away with my new hubby, family and friends. Renee really knows her stuff! She is a wonderful person to work with. You only have to give her a direction and tell her once what you want and she will get it done. I had so many DIY items that I dropped off to Renee and her crew the day before the wedding that I was nervous it wouldn't turn out the way I intended it to. But when I entered there the day of the wedding it was all I had imagined and more. For a fire hall, it is absolutely gorgeous! I love the lights and fabric that are strung from the middle chandelier. It looks like a ball room. And for the price of the hall which includes the catering, you can't beat it! The food was very delicious. My husband and I got so many compliments on having our reception there. Not a single person who attended the reception had anything bad to say. They all raved how it was one of the best weddings they had ever been too. I will remember how wonderful and amazing that night was for the rest of my life and it is was all because Renee and her team worked hard to make it that way.

eption venue. After about 3 days I was getting frustrated as many places are flat out minimum of $10,000. I was looking for something a little more budget friendly but I did not want that 'fire hall' look to my wedding. Then I remembered the Fairview Sunset Room. We called and talked with Rene and she told us to look at her website for menu pricing. I did a little math and knew right away this place was budget friendly AND its gorgeous inside. Many of my guests commented on how surprised they were to see how a 'fire hall' could boast hotel banquet room style. I totally agreed. Anyone I spoke to that knew of the place all commented on how wonderful Rene is (even though she denies it). She has been there done that and can answer any question without hesitation and honestly, even how much alcohol to buy, which I must say is a tricky feat. She also makes things happen, she understands your vision and then makes it better. Unlike most fire halls, Rene has you drop off any extra decorations (because they already dress the place up themselves), you give her an idea of what you want done with it and leave. No setting up for the bride or her family. When you walk in the day of your wedding, everything is done and looks even better than you imagined. Her staff is awesome, very friendly and accommodating. And don't let me forget, the food was out of this world, both mine and my guests opinions! I would recommend the Fairview Sunset Room to any bride with or without a budget!

incredibly nice and easy going--and she and her team do everything for you! You drop off your decorations the day before your wedding, show her what you want done, and when you walk into your reception, it's all done, and done goregously!! The food is fantastic, as well!
