part. I hired Michelle just six weeks before our Disney wedding, after having to let go of our original planner. At that point, everything was in chaos. Our BEO was nowhere near complete, timelines hadn’t been properly created, vendor communication was lacking, and what should have been organized by our previous planner had turned into a complete organized disaster. I had to completely redo all of the décor and plans for our ceremony and 2 other parties. I was overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly terrified that our wedding simply wasn’t going to come together. After I realized I could no longer work with the other planner, I reached out to Michelle. She texted me at like 6:30am the next morning and we immediately jumped on a call. After that very first call, I knew I was in excellent hands. She got right to work reviewing all the documents and putting plans together. With only six weeks to pull everything together, she stepped in, got everything organized, and was there for me every step of the way. What could have been a complete disaster turned into the Disney wedding of our dreams because of her ❤️ Michelle went above and beyond in every possible way. She was responsive, proactive, incredibly detail-oriented, and endlessly supportive. She walked me through what was missing, what needed to change, and what could be improved, offering suggestions and coming up with unique, one-of-a-kind ideas that made our wedding feel truly ours. She worked seamlessly with Disney, and the collaboration between them was incredible to watch. Disney was very receptive and worked proactively to bring my vision to life, and Michelle knew exactly how to partner with them to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. It truly felt like a team effort, and the results were better than I could have imagined. She managed our timelines for every event flawlessly and even suggested finishing hair and makeup 30 minutes early. That extra time allowed me to actually enjoy the moment, and be fully present instead of rushed or stressed. It made such a difference. On the wedding day, I was able to relax and just enjoy myself because I trusted Michelle completely. Everything ran smoothly, beautifully, and seamlessly from Sea Breeze Point to the Tower of Terror and all the way through our farewell dinner the next evening, and that is 100 percent because of her dedication and hard work. We kept her up until 4:30am, and with very little sleep she was back the next morning with a smile on her face and excited for the next event. She somehow managed my parents when they were being difficult the morning of our ceremony, which alone deserves an award. If you are looking for a planner who truly cares, who will advocate for your vision, who will show up when things feel impossible and make them feel effortless, Michelle is that person. Hiring her was the best decision I made during wedding planning, and I will forever be grateful for her. If I could go back in time, I would hire her from the very beginning without hesitation. In the short time I have known her, she became much more than just my wedding planner but a friend as well 😊 Thank you, Michelle, for turning an incredibly stressful situation into the most magical, beautiful, and unforgettable Disney wedding experience of our lives. 🤍✨

ay.  For day of coordination, her and Noelle made sure my husband and I were calm and collected the entire time, making sure we stayed hydrated, ate, and helped a bridesmaid rebustle my dress when something seemed off. They assisted with set up of the event spaces, and brought everything back to the room when finished. We came back to our suite that evening (that was a mess prior since it was used as my get ready room) to everything completely neat and tidy, which was such a great surprise and weight off our shoulders.  I would 100% recommend Michelle and her services to anyone planning on doing a Disney wedding - as Disney is not great with communication. Michelle has been absolutely  wonderful.

ce, I was hesitant because we just spent $46.5K on the wedding and we were nervous to spend more. BUT these ladies were angels! You will see that on the video calls, but you will especially see it on the day of the wedding! Oh my goodness! EVERYTHING was perfect and went very smooth! Just remember: something is likely to go wrong on your wedding day. For example, my husband got kicked out of his room the day of the wedding because his parents accidentally paid for 1 instead of 2 nights! My MIL had my husband on speaker phone in front of me while I was having makeup put on already nervous and stressing out. She was complaining after about money and how it’s ridiculous. The team was amazing at deescalating the situation! One person helped my husband move his stuff to my dad’s room while another member got my MIL out of the room by asking if she wants to go see her son. This helped TREMENDOUSLY! There were several things that were forgotten- no problem! They got it for us! My dress was hard to get on- no problem! They helped me in it! They set up ALL the decor for us and even made decisions for us so I didn’t have to worry the day-of! They were absolutely incredible! Noelle was with me for most of the day, and she was truly a fairy godmother like the other review said! She took VERY good care of all of us including the team. Although Michelle wasn’t assigned to be the main coordinator the day of my wedding, she literally visited us multiple times!!! They truly care and want the best for your wedding. These people know Disney super well and work really well with Disney. It was nice to have an outside service that knew my Disney wedding planner, officiant, photographer, videographer, etc! It’s so awesome because honestly, my husband and I made new friends out of this experience with them, and we are forever grateful for that! To everyone at FTWB, THANK YOU for making our wedding absolutely PERFECT! You all are special, talented, super kind, caring, smart, creative people!

grapher showed up being MIA for hours. They also did not set up all my decorations. My mother, father and brother had to set decorations as well even after we paid an additional fee for an extra set up person. This company is so unprofessional they yelled at my mom so loud people outside of the ballroom could hear her. They were so unorganized we had items go missing that they could not find during set up. I had to call and get missing items delivered 2 days after the event, while enjoy my pre honeymoon trip. They pulled my brother out of the ceremony and he missed most of it. They made ceremony changing decisions without me without And without contacting my point person. They informed me of these decisions, but posed them as a question a few minutes before we were arriving to the ceremony venue. When on APRIL 4th 3 days after my wedding I called and left a voicemail. I was informed she was in Germany. I politely informed her I would not bother her on vacation and to have a good trip and we can connect when she gets back. I was going on my honeymoon as well so I waited till my return to the US. I was met with no apology’s no ownership of what went wrong. Most notably I asked for 289.89 back for the decorations that were not put up. They refused that amount as well. Most importantly, there were photo opportunities that were missed with me and my family because no one was there to manage our timeline/ vendors. When this was brought up this to Michelle, she told me my issues were trivial. My entire family was extremely upset is still upset and on the happiest day of my life, no one should be upset.
