We got a package with DJ, photographer, videographer, and photobooth for our wedding this past summer. It was a great deal and the people we worked with were really nice and professional. Our contact people at the company were responsive to emails and helped make sure everything was planned out well by the time it needed to be. Only complaint would be that it sound like there needs to be better communication between the company and the people that actually come to work the wedding - it sounded like they had not been told some things that I had talked with our contact person about previously. The photos and video looked great. When I was a little disappointed that a moment from the reception that I had missed, but knew was partially caught on video, didn't make it into the final cut, they went back to the raw footage to find it for me so I could enjoy it without having to pay for the entire reel of raw footage. Overall a very convenient and helpful experience for our wedding!

WOW!!!! Where do I begin?! Working with Fairytale Productions truly was like a fairytale. They were so responsive with every question and inquiry I had. The videographers arrived right on time on our wedding day and they were so kind and gave all the right direction needed for that day. They worked flawlessly with my photographer. We just received our highlights video and full video and it really brought my husband and I to tears. Specifically with the highlights video, they captured all of the important and intimate moments that made our wedding memorable to us. I wasn't picky or specified on song choices when filling out the questionnaire, so the songs that we ended up with were truly just perfect. I posted our highlights video to my Instagram and I had countless friends and family reach out to me that it brought them to tears. I cannot recommend Fairytale Productions enough!

Fairytale productions gave us an INCREDIBLE videographer for our wedding day!! He was so nice and fun to have as part of our day. Also, the highlight video and full documentary videos are outstanding. We have watched the full length documentary several times and it is such a special memory to have. Also, the highlight video brings tears to my eyes every time! I would definitely hire Fairytale Productions for my wedding videography if I did it all over again!! Going with Fairytale Productions was the best decision ever. From the beginning everyone at the company was completely professional and organized. We had our DJ, Photographer, and photo booth through them and all of them were fantastic. Shawn called me a few weeks prior and went over every little detail with me, from exact times for pictures to how to pronounce the bridal party names to what song we wanted to end the night with. He then told me the DJ and photographer would contact me as well. It was all very well planned out and organized. Our photographer, Meredith, was great! She had some great ideas and went along with everything I wanted to do. Fairytale Productions made our wedding day a true Fairytale. Everything was perfect and ran smoothly thanks to them. I highly recommend them for your wedding!

First and foremost what a fabulous job our videographer did. She was fantastic!!! Our experience with Fairytale was great. What stuck out most to me was the follow through and answer to every question I had. Their response was quick and I appreciated that about them. Please take the time to check them out. Fairytale Productions really helped capture the most special and intimate moments throughout our day without noticing they were hardly there at all. Our videographer Lance and photographers Rob and Serj were very prompt, professional, and made sure our wants and needs were catered during the biggest day of our lives. They provided guidance for poses and timeline of events for problem solving when I, the bride, had wanted to complete a first look with my father and then the groom as well. We couldn’t be happier with the end video products from the production team as well that were released around two weeks post wedding- very fast turnaround in my opinion. We are still awaiting photography, but know that production time takes longer as well. Overall, very happy with the results and you will not be disappointed when choosing this company to help assist in capturing the biggest moment of your lives.

We booked both photography + videography through FTP! And we could not be more pleased! They were reasonably priced, accommodating, and professional! Serj and Alan were a joy to work with the day of--- we even received our pictures within a month when the contract says to expect it within 1-3 months. We are expecting the videos to come within 3-6 months, and are looking forward to the drone shots! It monsooned on our wedding day, but FTP was game! They watched the weather and helped our bridal party get some shots in before and after, working with the venue accommodations as well! Serj was quick and to the point with photographs, which helped family photos go quickly after the ceremony so that we could spend some time at our own cocktail hour!

We used Fairytale for dj, photography, videography and photo booth. Our contact, Chris, was extremely organized and easy to contact. He was always there to answer our questions. The photographer and videographer were very personable and made it a lot of fun! The dj kept things moving and made sure the dance floor was full at all times! The photo booth was so much fun, everyone really enjoyed it! The whole team made our day go so smoothly, I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing experience working with Fairytale Productions for photography, videography, DJ and photo booth! Their bundle packaging was excellent and everyone we worked with was quick to respond to our needs. Our photographer Robert also did our engagement photo shoot which we loved! Our Videographer was excellent and we hardly noticed him there but he captured our day so well! Our photo booth was a hit at the wedding with all of the props and photos for guests along with our own copies and book full of pictures from the photo booth. Our DJ worked with us to coordinate our day perfectly and the event coordinator also helped us to organize our day which went smoothly with all of the tools Fairytale provides such as the event planning forms. We could not be any more thankful to have picked fairytale productions! We did a ton of research to find the perfect photographers, they were all either too expensive or did not take the quality of photographs that we were looking for. We were able to view the various photographers’ galleries online and fell in love with Christy’s work, she did not disappoint. From start to finish she was professional and creative taking all the pictures we wanted and those we didn’t even think of! We ended up splurging and getting two photographers which was the best decision. Corey our second photographer was amazing. He was able to capture the detail pictures, the rings and us, in a light we couldn’t have imagined. He even was able to go behind the rabbi to capture moments of our ceremony that we didn’t think would be possible. After the wedding we received all of our pictures and we were able to communicate with Thomas about what pictures we wanted, and he developed our dream album. We are so thankful to the whole fairytale productions team for truly capturing the wedding of our dreams. Thank you!

We ABSOLUTELY loved Fairytale Productions. After seeing what they did for my sister in laws wedding back in May of 2018 we decided to hire for both are DJ and Videographer. We received the final product back 2 month after our wedding and I am telling you it was worth the wait. I was crying when I saw our wedding video. IT WAS WORTH IT!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

I can not be more thankful for this amazing company! My wedding day was absolutely complete because of my photographer and videographer! My photographer (Meredith) was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole day. I received my photos very quickly after the wedding and could not be happier, they turned out unbelievable. The video turned out so amazing and would highly recommend to everyone. It is a MUST to have a videographer, to relive the special day. The whole process was so smooth and easy, i could not have asked for a better experience. Fairytale Productions was a dream to work with, I almost wish we had gone with more of their services. We chose their video package and the entire process was smooth and easy. At the time they were running a deal where you could get an additional perk for free and we chose to receive our RAWs. Everyone we spoke to was lovely. Prior to the wedding they sent us sample videos, then a questionnaire to go over what we would want. At anytime I could easily call for assistance, which was great as we live 5 hours from where we were getting married. There was a set up interview on the phone prior to make sure we were all on the same page. The videographer was very polite and friendly, really professional and easy to work with. There was an email after to tell us the expected wait time and the video arrived in a little over three months. Everything was beautiful and more than I expected. As someone with social anxiety who was overwhelmed planning my wedding, I could not be more grateful and pleased with our experience.

Our wedding was September 8, 2018. There are a lot of good things to say about Fairytale. From the beginning they were very easy to deal with in regards to planning and explaining the products and services they provide. You really get a good bang for your buck when you compare their prices to the industry prices; and also include their photo both services and engagement session. They were very professional and helpful to deal with from the very beginning. The day of the wedding everything went very smoothly with the photo and video workers. On a day like that, having their support and no issues means so much and goes a long way. The pictures came out really well. Their edited video work was also very nicely produced. The downside was very minimal. We asked that they changed the background audio to our edited video. We had a new one very shortly after with no fuss. There’s also an upcharge to purchase photos/raw videos. This may be an industry norm and I understand they’re in the business to be profitable. After my experience with Fairytale from start to finish, I would recommend their services to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you to the crew for capturing all the wonderful memories from our very special day.

Both our photographer and videographer were extremely professional and patient. Our final products have come out beautiful and they truly made us feel very comfortable during the process. Our engagement shoot photos came quickly and turned out great. The photographer even got my husband to smile which was no small task. They were a great company from beginning to end and worked with our very unique situation of moving the wedding date and moving the process quickly due to an ill family member.

Fairytale productions was a pleasure to work with. We did the delux package. Engagement photos, wedding photos, wedding videographer, photo booth, and DJ. I didn’t care so much for the photographer but the overall experience was great. Photos came in a timely manner for having a summer wedding. We have all rights with no logo across your face. Emails were prompte Wish you could meet the photographer before. Once you select your photographer it’s suggested not to switch. He was not that great Videographer was awesome!! I thought the price was fair, everyone was very nice, and overall I would choose them over again!

We could not be more happy with our experience working with Fairytale Productions. We hired them to video our daughter's wedding. They listened to what we wanted and really worked to get the shots, the mood, the dialogue, the music, the overall effect that the bride and groom were looking for. Everyone from sales to post-production was wonderful. A special shout-out to the videographers - they were ever present but inconspicuous - thank you. I did not have a good experience with Fairytale Productions. I booked photography, a DJ, and a photo booth with them. - the photographer that I selected through them (Lisa) was absolutely amazing and if I knew she was an independent photographer prior to booking with Fairytale, I would have just gone with her independently. However, the photographer is only the person who takes the photos - the photos after the event go to Fairytale who edit them themselves. My editing process took well longer than promised but I did get lovely finished photos. They offer a wedding album as part of the package, but you have no power over the photos selected in the album unless you pay an additional $200+ dollars. - Fairytale selects a DJ for you - you don't get to pick who you like. The original DJ they selected for me called me three days before the wedding and told me he wasn't playing any of my music choices because he was more of an expert than I was. Fairytale did end up taking this DJ off of my wedding after I complained, and the replacement DJ was perfectly fine. But it would be nice to have some control over who is selected. - The photo booth attendant was very vulgar and encouraged some of my guests to shove props into certain parts underneath their clothing to create vulgar images for my wedding album. These props are later pictured being held up to other guests faces. I also paid for two attendants to come (which is what I was told by the company) and only one showed up. There was also a typo on ALL of my photo booth strips, and the company would not offer replacement prints. My wedding planner for Fairytale was Chris and he was awful to work with. Every time I contacted him he sounded disinterested and never remembered anything that we had previously discussed. After the wedding, he was dismissive and unhelpful. I do not recommend that you choose this company for your wedding.

Wow! These guys are really pros. We used them for videography only, as we added it on after finding a photographer we loved but he worked so well with our photographer that it was awesome. In fact, the photographers assistant needed some guideance which the videographer provided, and saved us some time! They were very friendly and respectful and checked in throughout the night. I cannot WAIT to see the final product!

We used Fairytale Productions for photo, video and photo booth. We have received our full wedding video and highlights and are so happy with how it turned out! Our videographer, Rob, was so friendly and professional on our wedding day and provided amazing video edits for us to cherish. We had Meredith for photography and very much enjoyed working with her that day. We haven't received our photos yet. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I wish the social media from this company posted more and stayed more up to date, because the quality of the service is excellent. Also, the secondary photographer was late in the morning and had the groom re-dress several times to get the shots. She did not add to our overall impression of the company. In the end, we are very pleased with our product so far and highly recommend Rob for videography!

They did a great job at our wedding reception! Supplied fun props for guests to use at the photo booth! We received a scrapbook of pictures along with digital copies.

My husband was very skeptical because we were spending so much in one place, but after seeing everything in action, he finally appreciates the work of this amazing team. We had a lovely and talented photographer- Christina, 2 videographers, 1 DJ, 1 photo booth guy, a photo booth book and engagement pictures all included! Fairytale Productions provides you with an online account so you can make payments and answer all of the questions needed to give you what you want. They were so helpful and understanding as we figured out the details. My friends and family adored our DJ, who quickly figured them out and interacted with them throughout the night. The photo booth guy was hilarious and made sure our book was great. The video guys were so good that I forgot they were there often. I cannot wait to get the video!! The photos I have seen so far are already gorgeous. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about how much I loved working with Fairytale! I used them for the photography and videography at my wedding in May. They were so easy to work with and they make sure to follow up with you many times before the big day. I had Robert as my photographer. He was great! He made my husband and I so comfortable and relaxed. He was able to get every shot that I wanted for the day! We also used them for our wedding video and it turned out better than I ever expected! We got the video back after only 2 months! It's beautiful and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you, Fairytale!

Wonderful to work with Fairytale Productions! We used them for video and photo packages as well as photo booth! Our photo booth album was put together and given to us at the end of our wedding day. Our video came about four months later and same with the photo book! All our images came to us one month after our wedding! We loved all their work! They did a fantastic job capturing our day without feeling like we were on a photo shoot. We highly recommend them!

My husband and I booked Fairytale over a year before our wedding. As we got closer to our wedding, we grew more concerned about having this company video our wedding because of the lack of communication received. We asked for the name of our videographer and there was a delay in response (which we felt we shouldn't have needed to ask in the first place as this information should have been provided). When asked for video samples of our assigned videographer, we were told he did not do the actual videos only shoots the footage. We were not provided any samples at that time. We ended up being so frustrated with the communication that we asked to cancel. Fairytale refused to give us ANY refund. We even asked for a deposit back and said they could keep the rest and they did not accept. Even if this is policy, this is terrible customer service. I could not believe that they were able to take thousands of dollars from us without having to perform a single service the day of our wedding due to our cancellation. Not only that, we received an automated e-mail saying our video will be done in 6-8 weeks even though we never had them out--so we aren't sure what that means. That just goes to show that the communication is poor. If you do not want to be a stressed out bride the weeks leading up to your wedding, I would go a different route. We ended up hiring our photographer to do video as well because she added this service to her company. We were extremely pleased with our choice but definitely disappointed in the service received on this end.

Awesome! Very fair pricing and excellent packages. Our vidographers were Rob and Corey and they were both awesome. We had a lot of details at our wedding that were important to us and they made sure to capture them all. I will say to all brides- hire a videographer!! I was very against it at first, but there is so much going on, you really need someone there to film your whole day because it is a million events going on at once. I would definitely recommend Fairytale Productions to do that for you! Very impressed!

Our guests loved using the photo booth at our wedding, it was a lot of fun! Our videographer was very professional, friendly, and captured every moment of our special day. When we got our video back, we were so excited- it surpassed our expectations. Watching the video was really like re-living our wedding day. The highlight video was fantastic!

Fairytale Productions is phenomenal when it comes to their videography! They have many packages to fit what you want and how you want to view your wedding video every anniversary. It was extremely important to me that I had every aspect of the ceremony filmed. I did not want cuts in any of the events of the day because it is the most important day of your life and I wanted to relive it every year. I have done a lot of research and they are one of the only companies that will give you your entire ceremony, all of the toasts/speeches, important dances, etc. They captured it all for us! Yuri was especially amazing with Alex! They truly have a rare eye for creating interesting and artistic storytelling with the video. They spent the entire day capturing every moment from getting ready to saying goodbye. After receiving our 2-minute “Coming Soon” video, my husband and I were just blown away with all of the detail that was captured. There were moments that we did not even realize that anyone was filming and they got raw emotion of our vows and us reading letters that we wrote to each other in the morning of our wedding. Fairytale Productions has it in their name…they capture fairytales and that is exactly what they did for us!

Fairytale Productions was so easy to work with. We knew that we wanted someone to do our wedding video and after talking with them on the phone I knew they were who we wanted to capture the day of. We haven't gotten our video back yet but based on how smoothly everything ran day of along with seeing the sample of the final shot we know it will be amazing. You will not be disappointed by choosing them to cover your special day!

Fairytale Productions did a great job covering our wedding day. I knew from the beginning of wedding planning, a very good videographer was on the top of my list. I found Fairytale Productions to have everything I was looking for quality wise at a more affordable rate. They also offered discounts for off season which was awesome. I haven't seen any of the footage yet but if my wedding day was any indication of what the final product will be, it will be very good. Definitely a company you should look into if you are looking for a wedding videographer.

We went with DJ, photobooth, and photographer. The day of, they all arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. I just got the photos, and they came out great! My only complain is that the DJ did not play all the songs on my "must play" list. Besides that, everything went very smoothly. THANK YOU!

Fairytale Productions and DJ Jason did a fabulous job for our wedding. They were easy to communicate with and offered phone consultations since we were living out of state. On our wedding day Jason made sure we had everything we needed to make our a day a success and he did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor. We had the idea of asking guests for song requests which was in part a good idea but there were times when the music just wasn't getting EVERYONE on the dance floor and he made sure to get the vibes back up and get everyone back out. He did a great job with announcements and keeping a great atmosphere! I wish we could do it all over again!

I hired Fairytale Productions for their DJ, Videography, and Photobooth services. First of all, I myself am a professional videographer and editor (not for weddings). So when I say that I looked all over for a wedding videography service that knew what they were doing and delivered quality footage of my special day, I mean it because I am picky. Fairytale productions knows what they're doing with that video, absolutely amazing! Don't let anyone else shoot it! And trust me, when it comes to the best day of your life, don't you want to keep it forever? Our videographer Paul, was spectacular, he was like a part of the family at the end of the night. That being said, the wait list for the video to be edited is quite long, so have patience. Second, our DJ John, was fun and friendly and knew how to read a crowd. Didn't even need to meet/talk to him before the event, he just knew what he was doing. Third, the photo-booth services were awesome!! No other photo-booth service does it like Fairytale Productions. Their photo-booth is not ugly or too big, it's actually cool looking. All of our guests loved it! There's no limit to who can go it there, everyone gets a copy, and they gave me my own book of every photo taken and everyone's signatures! This is so precious to me, it replaced the guest book.

I was very impressed with Fairytale from the start. They really helped us to get a package that worked within our budget and they showed up on time for the wedding day. Our videographer was extremely nice and professional and he showed us a couple of shots after he got them. I can’t wait to see the highlight reel and the finished video!

Our videographer, Paul, was very professional and made sure to stay out of the way while still capturing beautiful shots. Working in the media industry, I'm pretty particular with video and audio quality. Fairytale productions was a great company to work for! I haven't received any sneak pictures yet which I wish I would have by now since I got married 9.9.17. But I'm hoping it's all worth the wait! Also excited to see our teaser video that hopefully will come soon as well but I know these things take time!! The day of lance (videographer) and John (photographer ) were both fun and great to work with!! I will post another review once I get some pictures and video back!!

We used Fairytale Productions for our wedding in September 2017 and they were FANTASTIC! We had Rob & Corey as our photographers and they were not only efficient and had a whole plan for the photos they were fun, creative and up for any ideas that we had. Our videographer was amazing as well. He got shots of everything that was important to us and made sure to make time for both the bridal party and the reception with friends and family to make sure everyone was included. They truly helped make our day the best and to run smoothly. The photo booth was a hit and o the props were great.

We planned our wedding in Ann Arbor, Michigan from New York so it was important to us to work with a company which could provide multiple services. After hours of research and chatting with Kristen we chose Fairytale Productions for their comprehensive Photography, Videography, DJ, and Photobooth services and they did not disappoint! It was very convenient to have a one stop shop for all the services and the added cost benefit of bundled pricing. They have very detailed questionnaires which Chris walked through with us to get every detail planned for our wedding. Ryan was our videographer and Meredith was our photographer and they were both very professional and made us feel at ease. Meredith showed us a few of the photos she captured and they were so beautiful! We can't wait to see the final products! DJ Dom did a great job reading the room and playing songs that got everyone out on the dance floor; we had such a blast! The photobooth attendants were also very professional and it was so awesome to see all the photos a week later online in high resolution! It was fun to relive the night and share all the goofy photos with our friends and family! We would definitely recommend Fairytale Productions!

Though it was a little worrisome in the beginning because we didn't hear from the videographer until a week before the wedding, but he was professional and worked well with the other vendors! Videos are amazing and the highlight video is perfect for sharing on social media. We were even able to make a request for additional footage that was important to us. The wait time for the videos was about two months(we got married in a busy season)and their website waiting list wasn't updated. Perfection!

We chose a photographer from Fairytale when we booked with them. They didn't let us know until an hour and half before the photographer was supposed to get to our venue that they were sending a different backup photographer. The photographer we had was incredible; however, a little more notice - considering the one we booked was sick the night before - would have been appreciated. It was very nerve wracking to deal with this while getting my hair done the morning/afternoon of my wedding. Other than that they were very responsive with planning and the backup photographer was phenomenal!! The photo booth and attendants were amazing as well! I would recommend them!

We worked with Ryan as our videographer and Manal as our photographer. Both were a pleasure to work with. It's scary to pick someone to record one of the most important and special days of of your life and we cannot be more happy with our decision to go with Fairytale Productions. From the very beginning they were kind and responsive. They have experience with many different cultures and that was a huge thing for me as we are not American so our rituals are much different from what they may be used to. They did an amazing job capturing everything that was important even when something did not go as planned or if something spontaneous happened. It rained a little that day but both were able to use an umbrella and get creative with the shots! I honestly cannot say enough about these two and their creative abilities as well as their wonderful personalities. So grateful we chose them and put our faith in them because everything turned out wonderful.

From day one, to receiving our final video, Fairytale surpassed our expectations. Paul was amazing the day of and make me and my husband feel so comfortable. We received our final video on my birthday and it was the perfect gift! I've already recommended Fairytale to three friends! Thank you for everything.

For so many years I had known that I wanted a wedding videographer for my wedding. When I got engaged I realized that many of the companies that offered videography were outside my budget. Once I found Fairytale productions I knew I had found my videographer, photographer, DJ and photo booth. Their prices were reasonable and the work I sampled was beautiful. We had 2 phone meetings with Ryan and we went over every detail of the day. I enjoyed using the website to pick our music and include details such as song dedications and daddy daughter dances. The videographers and photographer were very good at coordinating their shots and made us feel comfortable and at ease. A week later we got a teaser video and it was so beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends

We had a great experience with Fairytale Productions. We were lucky enough to work with Rob Heath from beginning to end. He was very responsive to our initial inquiries and took the time to explain all of the options to us. We lucked our because not only was Rob our initial point of contact, he was also the videographer for our wedding and he edited our highlight video, so he knew exactly what we were looking for. Rob was great! He was very friendly, timely, and had great ideas for our video. He did a great job with our highlight video!

Fairytale Productions provided my DJ and Photography services. My Photographers were amazing. They worked so well with us and made sure we got every shot that we wanted. The DJ did an excellent job. Everyone had a great time dancing all night. Everyone was very professional and made sure our day was perfect!

We booked Fairytale events because the price was great for the package (videography, photography and photobooth) I can’t lie and say we weren’t a little skeptical about using a company that contracted out their photographers/videographers. We ended up picking Sara and loved her! She was so much fun and caught pictures of EVERYTHING! The videopgrapher was great as well and made sure to have cameras set up to capture all of the important moments. The photobooth was an absolute hit and we were pleasantly surprised at the photobook they make you of all of the guests photos. We had many laughs looking over that! I cannot comment on the length of time it takes to receive your photos/video or the quality because we just had our wedding 3/3/17 and haven’t received them yet ( we know it takes a bit). I will update when we receive them. Overall though, we were incredibly happy!

We ( and all our friends and family ) were blown away with how fast we got our pictures and video back as well as the quality and creativeness of the video and pictures! Fairytale Productions were so great to work with! They made the whole process simple and convenient. Our DJ, Steve, was very personable and super friendly. And our photographer Robert did a great job and, we haven't gotten our photos back yet, but he seemed to really have an eye for a great picture and he was very easy to work with! We had Mike as our DJ and he was great! Our introductions were done so well and it was a great way to start the evening. He kept people on the dance floor all night and had a great variety for all ages there.

Our wedding was amazing! The DJ, Dom, kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. The photo booth was great, the book we get to keep from it was hilarious! They were quick to respond if I needed anything and also gave me a day of phone number. Very professional through every step. Definitely glad to have gone with fairytale productions, they did an amazing job.

We used Fairytale Productions for our photographer, DJ, and photo-booth. We had a great experience with all three. We had a New Years Eve wedding and the DJ kept the party going until the venue shut us down, even our grandparents were out on the dance floor partying past midnight with us! The photos turned out great and were available faster than I thought they would be. Everyone loves a photo-booth and they had great props and lots of options for the photo strips. Really can't say enough great things about this company and using them for all three services definitely took a lot of stress off of us! I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married in the greater Detroit area!
