Jennifer was great to work with! We love how she worked with us to personalize our ceremony, and we received many compliments on the quality of our ceremony.

Jennifer was a major factor in what made our ceremony absolutely perfect. She is extremely professional and speaks in a way that engages the audience - I can't tell you how many people came up to me and said how much they loved our officiant! We also loved how she allowed us to fully customize the script while also guiding us through that process with her experience. If we were to do it all again, we would definitely choose Jennifer again!

Jennifer was an amazing part of our wedding day! She was so well organized, her communication was great throughout the months leading up to our wedding and she provided us with a template for our ceremony and allowed us to make any changes that we wished. She was so easy and a JOY to work with. She made our wedding day very stress free and her demeanor during the ceremony was very relaxed and loving, which is exactly what we wanted. Could not recommend Jennifer enough!!

We are so glad we hired Jennifer to officiate our wedding! We had an interfaith ceremony (Jewish and Christian) and she was so accommodating and helpful in making it unique and special to both of us, while honoring traditions of both families. She even met with us in person at our venue a few months before the event to get to know us and talk through the ceremony which was so special to us. We had SO many guests come up to us saying how special and wonderful the ceremony was, which meant so much to us since that is the reason for the celebration! We can't recommend Jennifer enough and are so honored she married us.

We are so grateful that we booked Jennifer to officiate our June 2022 wedding! Jennifer was amazing to work with- we started with a get to know you call where she asked so many great questions about how we met, our relationship dynamics, and what we wanted our of our ceremony. When it came time to write the ceremony she was very responsive to changes we wanted and the final product was such a perfect representation of our love, our relationship, and the promises we were making for the rest of our lives. We got many comments from guests how perfect the ceremony was but my favorite comment was from my Matron of Honor who said, "everyone who has ever been in a long term relationship could recognize what a realistic picture of a relationship [the ceremony] painted." It was important to me that we not just promise love to each other for the good times but that we declare to be together for all of what life brings. Jennifer helped word my thoughts in a meaningful way that I could not have on my own. There are a few chunks of the ceremony I plan to have framed to put up near our wedding photos. Also- this is a small detail but Jennifer knew to step aside for the 'you may kiss the bride' moment for great pictures of that special moment! I could not recommend hiring Faith In Marriage more for all of your wedding needs!

We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer. We wanted a simple service where we could write our vows and stay true to our different faith traditions. Jennifer helped us make that happen--she met with us, asked great questions, and then provided us with a draft, offering us different options for how we would like it to go. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness, expertise, friendliness, and professionalism in the weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day. We would recommend her services highly!

Jennifer was so great to work with. Very accommodating, flexible, and willing to put whatever you want in your ceremony. My favorite thing was her different templates she offers that give a lot of different options for what couples may want. You can make the ceremony as long or short as you want and she has such a warm demeanor that makes the ceremony so uplifting. And she is also very chill and calm, which is so nice during the chaos that a wedding can be. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect officiant for our wedding! Jennifer made us feel so comfortable and there were zero nerves during our ceremony! She personalized our ceremony to us and absolutely nailed it. Even with 50 mph wind gusts in the mountains of Lexington, Virginia, it didn’t phase her. She made eye contact with us, our parents, and the rest of our guests and made us feel like we’ve known her forever. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

I can't possibly do justice in writing to how amazing Jennifer was to work with! We never met in person until the wedding day, but after exactly one lengthy phone call that turned into two Shenandoah Valley gals chatting and laughing about life and love, I knew Jennifer was the perfect person to marry us. She was attentive, sensitive and understanding to every one of our wishes and needs, and could not have made this process any easier if she tried. Regardless of your personal beliefs and/or religion (or lack thereof), Jennifer will cater every word to you and your partner and you can rest easy knowing she'll be delivering exactly what you want on the big day. Plus, she takes care of all the rest after the fact, too. I just can't recommend her enough. She was the best!

We planned our wedding from the other side of the country and met Jennifer the day of our ceremony. Communication leading up to our wedding was outstanding and she really worked to customize the ceremony to suit our personalities and wishes for that day. The ceremony went so smoothly and it was incredible how perfectly it fit us. Jennifer was phenomenal to work with and we were so pleased to have her be apart of such a special day!

Jennifer was a fantastic officiant and I’m so happy we worked with her for this special occasion. She did a great job of providing ideas and templates to get us started, but was more than happy to take time to discuss with us the tone and personalized aspects we were hoping to incorporate into our ceremony. We were not local to Virginia, but she was great at scheduling phone meetings that worked with our schedule. She took our ideas molded them into a beautifully worded script that perfectly reflected us as a couple. On the day of the wedding, she arrived in plenty of time, and multiple guests specifically commented on how well delivered the ceremony was. We highly recommend her to any couple looking for a warm and personalized wedding experience.

Jennifer was great to work with. It was easy to get in touch with her. We had an initial conversation ensuring she would do the type of ceremony we wanted. She was super flexible throughout the process. She provided a template with options and we customized from there. She had no issue with our changes and did a great job on the Tree Planting ceremony we provided. Afterwards, everyone talked about how great the ceremony was. She is so personalble and professional and really makes a connection with her couples. She answered any questions we needed along the way and always made us feel comfortable. She arrived early to make sure everything was good to go. Personally after going through the process of getting married and working with so many people, having a vendor you can rely on is vital and we 100% back the fact that she will not let you down. Jennifer married my husband and me at House Mountain Inn in Lexington this fall. Jennifer was easy to work with and worked hard to make sure our ceremony reflected us. (She did this all via phone/email because we did not get to meet her until the rehearsal!) We were planning our wedding from 4 hours away, and it just didn't work out for us to meet her. She made planning from afar a breeze! Not only did she make sure the words she was saying reflected our views of biblical marriage, she also let my father-in-law say the opening prayer and my father do our readings. This really made our ceremony special. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone getting married in the Lexington area!

Jennifer is the BEST!!!! She was very helpful in creating our perfect ceremony. She came with many suggestions, but let us know from the beginning that we could change/delete/update anything we wanted to create our perfect ceremony. She knew when to step out of the way for photo ops, and helped us stay calm during the whole thing. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant whose goal is to help you create YOUR perfect ceremony!

Jennifer is awesome! She was more than will to meet with us in person or talk on the phone about any questions that we had! I’m super busy, so we just communicated via email which was totally fine! We are not religious by any means and relayed that message to her and there was absolutely nothing religious in our ceremony! The ceremony was fantastic! Jennifer has this touching voice and you can just tell that she loves what she does! I highly recommend her; she is a great person!

Jennifer did a wonderful job with our service in Luray. She listened to our requests and helped us customize our service to reflect our story. So many people asked where we found her. Thanks for being part of a day that we will always remember.

Jennifer loves what she does and this shines through in her work with Faith in Marriage. I've given her full stars on the rating portion because she nailed it-- My wife and I LOVED the ceremony as did our families. Our's was a small gathering, more of an intimate family moment, and to that end we worked with Jennifer to craft a ceremony that detailed the occasion. It was unique, fitting the tone that we desired, creating a real sense of community- the presentation was excellent. On the technical points, well prepared, courteous and punctual- check. And in the larger context, she was excited to work with us and create something special-- That's important!-- If you're reading this review, I'd say go ahead and contact her as that's probably the best way to get a read on the person you're inviting to officiate your wedding.

We love Jennifer! She worked with us to write the perfect ceremony which we love re-reading and which are a guests admired. She helped us make the ceremony truly ours. She respected our beliefs and made sure the ceremony matched them. She was easy to talk to, professional, delightful and very responsive! She’s ran our rehearsal, which went very smooth. We could not have asked for a better officiant !

Jennifer was amazing and I cannot recommend her enough! Everyone could not stop talking about how great she was in our wedding. People were shocked that we had only met her just a few months before our wedding and that she hadn’t know us for years. Other comments we got were about how beautiful our vows were (she helps you as much or as little as you need) and how well she delivered them on our wedding day.

We scheduled our ceremony kind of last minute and Jennifer was very accommodating on the time and location. She also provided us with different options for the ceremony which I thought was great!

We would very much recommend Jennifer Ashcraft as a wedding officiant. We are older, a second marriage for both of us & wanted to have both simplicity and a meaningful ceremony with a small gathering of family & friends. Jennifer facilitated a beautiful ceremony and her calm presence & professional manner made it a relaxed experience as well. She guided us through the ceremony with ease. It was wonderful. P.s. 3 months later she officiated at another family member's wedding that was formal with many attendants. She helped the couple create the ceremony that felt right for them and her clear voice could be heard by all even though it was a large outdoor gathering & no microphone. We were impressed with her ability to facilitate ceremonies of very different size & style with equal expertise.
