e had the most breathtaking mountain views where we had our ceremony. The team then did an amazing job turning the venue into a magical wonderland with whimsical touches like fairy lights and stunning floral arrangements to match our theme. And The reception was amazing, with delicious food and drinks served by the coolest mixologist ever! Our guests could not stop talking about him! Not to mention that the dance floor was packed with energy!
Another thing that really impressed us about Faith Jewel Events was their ability to handle an issue that arose with one of our vendors.
A few weeks before the wedding, our photographer unexpectedly had to pull out due to personal reasons. We were left scrambling to find a replacement, and it was a stressful situation that we never expected to be in.
Thankfully, the team at Faith Jewel Events quickly stepped in to help. They had a wide network of vendor contacts and were able to recommend a fantastic replacement vendor that fit our needs perfectly. They took care of all the necessary arrangements and made sure everything went smoothly.
Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out to us. Thanks to their efforts, our wedding day was perfect in every way, and we couldn't have asked for more. We're so grateful to have had Faith Jewel Events as our wedding planners and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and unforgettable wedding planning experience.

ould have had our wedding without her. Not only was Lindsay reliable and efficient but she was so patient with us as we asked her millions of questions weeks and days leading up to our wedding. I didn’t realize our venue coordinator would be so difficult to work with – it was infuriating! But we called Lindsay who was quick to reply with all of our concerns. Knowing we had Lindsay to take care of everything was so comforting. She was extremely courteous and patient.
Lindsay reached out to all of our vendors the week prior as we went over all the final details. She assured me that everything would run smoothly ... and guess what... IT DID!
Lindsay calmed all my anxieties. Knowing I could leave the day in her hands was so assuring. If you are on the fence on hiring a month of/day of coordinator... here is your sign to just DO IT! Planning a wedding was really daunting for me so I had hired Lindsay for her full planning service. I was very excited to work with her since she had a lot of experience but I was disappointed by how poorly she did not execute her duties. Durin...
g the pre planning period Lindsay would be late on vendor appointments and there would always be technical issues with sharing documents on google drive or reasons why she couldn’t come/ answer phone calls. I know she is super busy with other events so maybe she is taking on too many events to focus on our wedding. On day of wedding the lack professionalism and communication really showed. During our ceremony our rings were missing due to lack of supervising. I didn’t appreciate it that Lindsay asked strangers to borrow their ring and handed us a key ring at the ceremony. I trusted that she had everything under control and ready so I would have to be worried on the most special day of my life. She had been running around and seating without shows through the venue. This showed us the lack of preparation. I was stressing out. Our ring bearer and flower girls didn’t have their accessories and no flower were thrown down the aisle. We hired a translator by recommendation of Lindsay and he probably translated 10 % of the reception. We also paid for a vintage telephone that records our guests greetings. I got married March 27, 2022 and it is now mid July and I have not received the recordings after I have followed up many times to Lindsay. My husband was not happy with Lindsay at all and made us feel that we weren’t her priority. Lindsay is an overall great person but I wish she can improve on her communication and delivery.

aid he thought you were stressing out we went from one phone call a week to two phone calls a week. We arranged some virtual meetings and some in person meetings and attended every meeting except for one with a vendor whose appointment we told you we could not make, due to a prior client's engagement.
We did bring to you the concern that the flowers you ordered may not be what you wanted and then wen we saw what the florist provided and how it was more greenery than white flowers, we went out of our way to get faux flowers and flowers from a different wedding the night before. We added it to your design so you could have your vision of the perfect wedding. He did not give any additional flower petals nor did he provide vases for the bouquets, so we made sure to take care of that and add that into the flower girls' baskets.
We were running around behind the scenes- that's our job. We have to be ninjas- everywhere, taking care of everything behind the scenes. And since the venue added 3 additional events that day we had to quicken the pace, bring in additional team members and problem solving when things did go wrong to ensure your guests did not see it. (Like with the flowers.)
We did do 2 meetings with you and the translator and went over expectations and over every wording that the translator would read in Spanish and the exact moments he would do so. I wanted to personally make sure you felt 100% comfortable with them and both you and your husband said you were.
As for the recording, we did receive that about 2 weeks ago and sent them over to you via email- we also ordered you a custom USB to keep all of your pictures and recordings on so that you will have them forever and not just via a link through your email. That's in addition to the 10x10 wall art that we had especially made of one of your engagement photos that we gifted to you - at no charge.
We really strive to give our brides the best possible experience and are so sorry that you feel we didn't live up to your expectations.
We wish you and Josh the very best in all your future endeavors. And if you would like we will even pay for a small little cake for your anniversary as an apology for you.

ng up to the walkway to hang golden apples which lit up up. She also had a gold carpet instead of a red carpet entry which added lots of glam! It looked amazing!
The ceremony was perfect! She found a fun officiant who had the guests laughing at our little inside jokes. And they all held special wands with little appe charms on them we walked towards the reception.
We also are not big drinkers so she had iced apple cider in lieu of champagne. She also put together an exit station of apple donuts and candy apples that had our logo (that she helped create) in special plastic containers for people to grab.
The wedding was amazing! It was everything I had dreamed of! I can not say how appreciate I am.
