I’ll keep this as short and sweet as I can. I’m Kenna. Born and raised near Springfield, Missouri, proud mother, and the heart behind the lens. While photography is what I do, creating an experience is who I am. I am not your average photographer. Im deeply invested in the moments that matter most to you. The fleeting glances, the quiet in-betweens, the laughter you didn’t even realize was being captured, those are the memories that become timeless. My intention is to create imagery that feels as exquisite and enduring decades from now as it does the very moment it’s taken. Motherhood has shaped me in many ways—most notably into a bit of a “mama bear.” I care deeply, I anticipate needs, and I protect the experience I’m trusted with. This level of care is personal to me, especially after having my own less-than-ideal wedding experience many years ago. You deserve better, and I ensure you, you'll receive it. Photography has been woven into my life for over 20 years. From the earliest digital cameras to today’s refined tools, I’ve always been the one documenting everything—drawn to light, emotion, and detail long before I ever called it a profession. What began as instinct has evolved into a signature style that is both intentional and unmistakably mine. When we work together, expect more than beautiful images. Expect presence, energy, and yes—your personal hype girl behind the camera. I’ll be the one quietly perfecting the details, then cheering from across the room when we capture something truly magical. Ive been professionally photographing for several years now, continuously refining both my craft and the elevated experience I provide. I am the one who goes over and confirms/approves your pre made wedding day timeline. I am the one who will be at your side from start to finish on your wedding day. I am the one who will button your dress because I don’t have acrylic nails. I am the one who will search the room to help you find your missing items. I am the one who will hold your train, glue your nail back on, or make sure you’re drinking enough water. I am the one who will see your highs and lows and make sure you have the best outcome during those times. I am the one who will boss the others around on your behalf. I am the one who will make sure we stay on schedule. I am the one who will advocate your priorities throughout the day. I am the one you will turn to for advice. I am the one who will gather up all your drunk groomsmen and miraculously get flattering wedding party portraits. I am the one who will make sure everyone is on board with what YOU want. I am the one who will show you how to cut the cake when you turn to me in confusion and pressure. I am the one who will guide you through all your photo ops. I am the one who will be sure to get the most flattering angles. I am the one who knows the art of documenting your special day. I am the one who will capture those moments in time that mean the most. I am the one who will present you with beautiful images for you to cherish the rest of your lives! More about me and my style: My style is considered true to color. I consider myself laid back and very go with the flow!  My clients tend to say I am the calming reassurance they needed during their busy day! They have also mentioned that my professionalism is top notch and my experience shows when things dont always go to plan or they need someone to guide them through their day!

I first discovered my love for photography in 2019 while taking a college photography class as an elective. What started as a simple class quickly turned into a passion I couldn’t ignore. My original goal was actually to create canvas art, so I would load up my daughter in the car and drive around searching for unique places to photograph. Somewhere along the way, I realized photography had become so much more than a hobby. In June of 2024, I officially opened my business and took a leap of faith that turned out to be one of the biggest blessings in disguise. Weddings hold a special place in my heart because they are filled with genuine emotion, beautiful moments, and the opportunity to meet incredible people. Being trusted to capture such an important day is something I will never take for granted. Before officially opening my business, I spent time shadowing other photographers to learn the flow of wedding days, how to work with couples, and how to capture those once in a lifetime moments with confidence. Since opening my business in June of 2024, I’ve had the honor of photographing multiple weddings, each one unique and full of its own beautiful story. In addition to weddings, I have extensive experience with a wide variety of photoshoots including creative engagement sessions, family portraits, boudoir and everything inbetween! I’m a bubbly, vibrant people-person who truly loves celebrating life’s biggest moments alongside my clients. I believe your photographer should be more than just someone holding a camera. I’m there to celebrate with you, laugh with you, and sometimes even dance with you while the music is playing. Speaking of music, I love bringing it with me wherever I go because it helps create a fun, relaxed, and positive atmosphere for everyone involved. I’m very easygoing and always focused on making sure your day flows smoothly so you can stay present, enjoy every moment, and feel confident that everything is taken care of.
