Alexis & Sue Romero are the founders of Fajardo Elite International Dance Academy. Alexis is a professional dancer and choreographer with over 20 years of experience.

Billy Fajardo is a highly accomplished dancer with over 40 years of experience, beginning his dance career at age 14. He has a strong background in club dancing, ballet studies at ABT, and jazz studies with Phil Black and Frank Hatchett. Billy Fajardo is a pioneer in Latin Hustle, having started "The Dance Dimensions" in the mid-1970s, one of the first dance companies to perform Latin Hustle on television and in live shows. He performed frequently at Madison Square Garden for headliner salsa concerts and was a regular on "Don Kirschner's Rock Concert" on NBC from 1978-1982. He is a multi-world champion, holding titles in Cabaret Exhibition, Latin Hustle, and is a Vice World Salsa Champion. He is also recognized as the "Godfather of Latin Hustle" and is the founder of the International Hustle Dance Association (IHDA) and The World Salsa Summit, one of the largest international Latin dance competitions. Billy Fajardo has been a head judge for The World Salsa Dance Championships on ESPN and has played a key role in developing judging systems for Hustle and Salsa competitions worldwide. He is also a certified Championship judge for the National Dance Council of America and holds certifications as a DVIDA Certified Dance Instructor and Examiner, and a Licentiate Certification for Theatre Arts Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance.

Leah is a professional dancer with over 35 years of experience, having been classically trained in ballet, jazz, tap, and lyrical dance. She trained under the Canadian Dance Company, touring the US and Canada. Her accomplishments in the Latin dance community are notable. She has competed successfully at various prestigious competitions, including the World Latin Dance Cup, World Salsa Summit, and The Summit Championship, across multiple styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Latin Hustle, Cha Cha, and lyrical/contemporary. Specifically, she was the Amateur Couple On2 Champion at the WLDC 2015 (World Latin Dance Cup) with Arturs Stay Stay, where they also placed first in the Salsa On2 Amateur Division. At the same WLDC 2015, Leah also secured first place in the Lyrical Soloist Division. She has performed in "Ladies Salsa Shines Duo Showcases" and various artistic productions, including as a dancer in music videos.
