I only needed a day of coordinator for my wedding, we had all of the vendors already locked in and my family started pressuring me not to ask them to help with the set up stuff. I ...

hired F+R for the task of setting up the venue. She was easy to contact and would respond whenever I texted her. I was very organized because I bought everything on amazon and either it went to the ceremony location or the reception location. Day of she did her job of setting everything up and everything looked great. I did try to get in touch with her as we were getting ready which was actually the only time I ever saw her. I asked her to hold my shoes during the ceremony on the beach, but then she just left them on the steps where they got all sandy on the inside, never even saw her again after I handed off my shoes. Aside from that, she did a good job of setting up the reception area.

so pleased you were happy with how everything looked! I would like to clarify one point for future couples reading this. The service booked for your wedding was reception décor setup and floral transfer, not full day-of coordination. My role was to set up the reception décor and transfer the ceremony florals from the beach to the reception space before guests arrived. I was not contracted to manage the wedding timeline or remain with the bridal party throughout the day. Regarding your shoes, I did my best to accommodate your request in the moment, but I also had to leave immediately to transport the ceremony florals to the reception so everything would be in place before your guests arrived. I left your shoes with the hotel staff, who advised they would get them back to you while I completed the floral transfer to the reception. I genuinely appreciate you trusting Falcon & Rose with this part of your wedding and wish you both all the very best!
