It was truly the perfect day! Also- special and much louder shout out to Mary. The week of the wedding Mary notified us of a slight change that needed to take place due to updated guidelines set by the golf course (which were, understandably, beyond her control). When I stopped by the venue to walk the changes with Mary, I was pleased to learn that Mary had already thought through a wonderful contingency plan that not only met, but exceeded our expectations, keeping what we wanted for our special day as a priority. It is easy to rate a business with 5 stars when things go perfectly, but for a business to uphold 5 stars (honestly, I would say they exceeded 5 stars) when needing to pivot and problem solve in a pinch, that (in my opinion) speaks greater volumes to the service and quality of a business and its events coordinator. Laura was incredibly responsive to every email I sent her, helpful with every little change we wanted to make to the event. We had a couple of meetings throughout the year to discuss details but honestly, we didn’t even need them. Laura had everything handled so perfectly, we didn’t need to lift a finger on our wedding day. She is incredibly organized, confident with leading vendors & guests to where they need to be, and so discreet we hardly saw her all day long. It truly was the best day of our lives and all the thanks can go to Laura! We love her, highly recommend! The bartender on staff for the night was a boss, holding it down all on her own. The wait staff was so on top of things and so sweet. Our guests raved about the food, it was so delicious. The venue itself was also exactly what we needed for our event. It wasn’t too big, since we only had about 70 people, and the newly renovated floors were stunning. The room was decorated by their staff with my provided decor (besides the tables/linens, chairs, and ceiling drapery we ordered) and not one mistake was made. I was so obsessed with how it all turned out. Highly recommend!

She was also the first of quite a few venue managers (this was the third or fourth venue we had toured) to sit down with us after the tour, go over pricing, answer all of our questions and just get to know us in general. She continued to email back and forth with us for the next week, offering us advice and helping work with our budget, checking in and seeing if we needed anything. We ended up booking a different venue due to the size of our wedding and some other budget factors, but it was a very close decision, and I will NEVER hesitate to recommend Falcon's Fire to anyone we know. The venue is beautiful and every single employee we came across during our tour was friendly and welcoming. Both my fiance and I have hospitality backgrounds and I currently work in the wedding industry, and I can say for certain that you cannot go wrong with this venue. If circumstances were different, we absolutely would have gotten married here.

You get the entire clubhouse which has a wrap-around terrace overlooking the golf course - the idea of a cocktail hour on that terrace during sunset made us fall in love with this spot. We could easily see so many opportunities for gorgeous photos too. We met with Lani who was so sweet and generous, and after leaving the venue, it was really one of the first places we were actually excited about. We're both former long time hospitality workers so we know events well and we could tell our wedding would have been in excellent hands with Lani. She showed so much flexibility in giving us different options for our event, which to us seemed so rare in the Orlando area as so many places we visited were fairly strict on options. When she showed us the indoor space, they had recently painted the walls a nice neutral gray, and she was confident the carpet would be replaced in the next year - and that's what you want in a venue is a place investing in their product and making sure it is perfect for the next event. Unfortunately, we are not having the wedding here due to reasons out of our control, but had our situation been different we definitely would have chosen Falcon's Fire. I mean, you can make an entrance in a HELICOPTER, like where else can you do that? My fiance is definitely upset he does not get to have a helicopter entrance now. Prior to our visit, we had never heard of Falcon's Fire, so that is why I wanted to share my review - if you're a bride or groom starting the process of looking for a venue, you MUST add Falcon's Fire to your list. You will not be disappointed!

Our initial date was rescheduled due to inclement weather and Allie / Lani were able to reschedule to less than a week later without a hitch. They even coordinated with our vendors to ensure our original plans were still in place. When it came to the big day, Allie kept everything flowing smoothly and available to us at a moment's notice throughout if we had any concerns or questions. They really ensured we had as stress free a day as possible and made our wedding day a day to remember.

All throughout our big day, she was on top of everything behind the scenes to make sure all went according to plan. Our best men gave nothing but rave reviews to us since we were tied up with everything else. Our Guests also loved the food, both appetizers and dinner. Falcon's Fire offers group tastings every so often which allowed us to try almost everything they had to offer and also work with a family member's allergy.

ning our wedding we originally booked a venue in Clermont, FL- Sanctuary Ridge with a lady by the name of Eleanor Mandarine. Eleanor promised us what we were looking for and we made a deposit -$1800 with her. Seven months before our wedding when I was ready to start planning my wedding, I was told by Sanctuary Ridge Eleanor no longer worked there. The new person in charge at Sanctuary Ridge basically told us they couldn't give me what Eleanor promised me. At that point I started freaking out because now we had to look for a new venue in central FL. After waiting two weeks to get our deposit back from Sanctuary Ridge we finally got it back and they were rude about it. So, we started looking for a new venue on wedding Knot and came across Falcon Fire. As soon I became in contact with Lani I told her my story about Sanctuary Ridge and of course she couldn't believe it. We made an appt to go see her and the venue and when we got there we fell in love right away. Lani was so helpful and gave us all of the information and she advised us if we booked by the ending of Nov, Falcon Fire will give us a free candy bar. We booked our date 4-21-18 with Lani and she made us felt good about everything. We attended a few free tour event and loved everything about Falcon Fire including the good food and service. We loved how part our ceremony package included a helicopter for our grand entrance. Our family and friends were really surprised and enjoyed it. Here comes the amazing part Lani did for us! 9 days before our wedding our florist-Rose big orlando who we booked in the beginning of 2018 and paid in full in March-2018- $900.00 emailed us telling us he couldn't deliver our flowers and gives our money back. I was so mad and cried to Lani, she felt so bad for me. But Lani assured me I was going to have my flowers on my day and she was going to work with her preferred vendors. Lani, had Steve from Europa call me the next day. Steve was amazing and he felt horrible about my whole situation and asked me to come into his shop to go over everything I was looking for. Long story short, I got my flowers from Europa and they were all beautiful and affordable. Our wedding was so amazing and everything came out perfect. Everyone had a really good time, enjoyed the food, open bar and the grand entrance. Having Lani as our wedding coordinator made everything so much better and stress free. I really enjoyed working with her and I wish I could do all over again because that's how perfect our wedding was and at the end I was a happy bride! :) Thank you Lani for everything you did for us! dding for my daughter and future son-in-law. From the moment we booked the date, everything fell into place. The team at Falcons Fire is managed by Lani, who is a remarkable woman. You'd have to meet her to understand. She is upbeat and loves planning these weddings. She handled everything, even down to the smallest details, to make sure my daughter's wedding day was exactly as she wanted it to be. Lani micro-managed every single detail. She was always available to answer questions leading up to the event. She returned our calls same day, even returned calls and emails on her day off. By the way, this venue is spectacular! The wedding was like a fairy-tale, romantic and very personalized the way my daughter wanted it. The reception was a spectacular event, lots of dancing (Lani chose our DJ), and she really transformed the room into a jaw-dropping arena. The appetizers just kept flowing during the cocktail hour, there were plenty to go around, and everyone got their fill. A server even ran a tray of appetizers out to the bride and groom as they were taking photos during the cocktail hour. That was really nice I thought. We requested a Candy Buffet, which was exquisitely arranged and a big hit. The Photo Booth was also very popular, guests loved that they could take funny photos and have them printed instantly to take home. The food was amazzzzing, everyone was raving about the entrees. I truly believe planning this wedding was so smooth only because Lani was involved, and I will always be grateful that we found Falcons Fire.

bridal suite was awesome to get ready in, even had a steamer for last minute touch ups on our dresses. Being a destination wedding I spoke to Lani via email and she always answered all my questions, helped with anything I needed and gave 100% all of the time. She was such a joy to work with, so easy to plan my wedding. I couldn’t thank Lani enough for my stress free day. I wouldn’t have changed a thing the day of my wedding, I never had to worry about anything. This place truly is the one stop shop! It had it all! Oh ps future brides, bring a lock to the “love lock tree” to add after your ceremony. My husband and I added the lock after our ceremony and had our photographer capture the special moment. Biggest thanks to Lani and your team for making my wedding truly a dream come true!! :) Only remark I have — I’m sad I missed out on your new lake front ceremony location. I’ll have to visit when I’m on vacation again. But that’s lovey addition for future brides!

on's Fire were absolutely amazing! Our advice to future Brides and Grooms is make sure that Lani is also your wedding coordinator (as opposed to hiring an outside one). She made sure that every little detail was taken care of. Lani and her staff are a "well-oiled machine". Our wedding was spectacular! Let's talk food. We have been to a gazillion weddings and have eaten our share of "wedding plates". We wanted a stellar mix of unique flavors and wide variety of choices for our reception. Falcon’s Fire came through! Prior to creating our wedding menu, we had a challenging time choosing from all the phenomenal selections that Falcon's Fire offers. We meticulously designed a perfect menu that reflects our love of great food and our familys’ love of eating. The menu was tastefully presented and beautifully received. They even made special entrees for our guests that had specific dietary needs. Oh yeah! Did we mention the helicopter entrance? Yep that happened! We kept it a secret from everybody. They were all going crazy as the helicopter landed right next to the gazebo. In a "nut shell” EVERYTHING was perfect, including the weather. There was not a cloud in the sky and the humidity was low. But we are just bragging.

The prices were very reasonable, the food was delicious (everyone agreed) and the ambiance was unforgettable. We were allowed to do a helicopter entrance, which blew away the guests at the wedding. They even granted us a free foursome of golf a couple days before the wedding, so I could enjoy my last few precious moments with my friends and family ahead of the nuptials. The course is awesome and in great condition. Just an overall stunning experience, and would recommend this spot for ANYONE that is in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
