Fall in LoVermont

te luck of dealing with rain on our wedding day. Ashley answered all our questions leading up to the big day and assured us she could handle any weather scenario. As it happened, it rained during the hour before our ceremony. While we had already shifted to holding the ceremony inside, just before we were about to start, the rain cleared. Ashley made the quick decision (with our buy-in) to move the ceremony back outside and coordinated with the venue and other vendors to make it happen. We had the most beautiful ceremony where the clouds parted and the sun shone down on us. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Additionally, Ashley remained extremely calm throughout the day and shielded us from considerable stress. I found out after the wedding that the cake had been missing for a few hours and that one of our vendors was resistant to moving the ceremony outside. I had no idea at the time and am very thankful for that. Because of the rain, we did lose some time during cocktail hour, but Ashley adjusted the reception schedule on the fly so we could still capture all the photos and experiences we had wanted. She’s a great communicator and was always prioritizing our needs throughout the day despite all the uncertainty. On top of all this, Ashley was an invaluable resource during the entire wedding planning process. She patiently answered all my long, rambling emails about everything from seating charts to shuttle schedules. As a day-of coordinator, I feel this support went above and beyond. If you need a wedding coordinator, Ashley is the person to call. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

leading up to the day very promptly, and having Lucey on site for the day was so helpful. Can't recommend her enough!

!! We live in California and were traveling the world for 6 months prior to our wedding, and she totally held down the down fort for us to make our Vermont wedding possible. She helped us lock in all our major vendors within a 5-6 week period, about 14-15 months before our wedding- this included setting up all our venue tours, helping us lock in our final venue option, gathering photography portfolios, catering options, and so much more- which is WAY faster than we could've done ourselves, and then we got to slow roll the rest. She managed our parents when they were getting stressed about random details, and chased down my hair and makeup artist when she went AWOL with communication a month before my wedding. She made great recommendations for where we could save money in our budget! Ashley is amazing to work with, and amazing value for money, could not recommend her more!

much easier. We always got quick responses to our questions and never felt like we were left hanging. Working with them was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process.

r timeline of the wedding day was a huge aid as we spoke with our vendors before the special day and during the day to ensure we would keep on track. During the day of the wedding, Tina was wonderful. She took responsibility for many tasks that allowed us to relax and know that the tasks would be completed professionally. She would ask throughout the day if she could take on more tasks to ease our stress.

of, she arrived early to help get set up finalized, and everything ready to go. She has a wonderful can-do spirit and continuously remained calm throughout the day. She was quick to adapt to any last-minute changes and worked hard to ensure that we had the best day ever. Ashley kept everyone on track and at ease throughout the entire ceremony and reception. She was a joy to work with and we highly recommend her for your wedding!

as one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and organized (we had countless “wow I didn’t even think about that” moments that they are so on top of), but also people you would genuinely want to be at your wedding and spend the day with. From start to finish they took so much stress off of us and getting to fully enjoy the day without worrying about the tiny details was priceless and beyond measure. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and Fall in LoVermont played a HUGE role in this. Thank you so much Ashley and Alanah!

s suggestions for vendors to work with and answers to wedding questions were spot on and extremely helpful. When COVID happened, we decided to have a small event this year and a bigger reception next year when (hopefully) we can have a safe event. Ashley helped us with some consulting about how to plan and execute an intimate event. Working with her was so easy and productive. The day went off without a hitch and we owe it all to Fall in LoVermont. Can't wait to work with her again next year!

executed as I had planned. She worked well with me and let me take the reins on what I needed, but was always available when I needed her. During the event, she and her helper were unobtrusive. They seamlessly made everything happen and I didn't have to think much about it. I would highly recommend Ashley.

hley to help me the day of. Let me tell you what... she goes beyond above and beyond. She started checking in with me six months before the wedding. And helped me every day since then. Need a vendor suggestion? She not only knows all of them, but they all know her! Need a personal opinion? She's not afraid to give an honest one. Just need to bitch? She will remind you that it's your day and you're not crazy! Something (in my case many somethings) go wrong the month, week, day of your wedding? Don't worry. She will fix it and you literally won't have to do anything. Her personality fits any type of bride (I'm ultra organized and controlling) and she is perfect at wrangling friends and family in a very nice way. She is great at communicating and keeping you involved (she even created organizational documents and kept me updated). But, mostly, the day my wedding came it was her, and only her, that allowed me to relax, enjoy my friends and family and fall in love with my husband all over again. Because Ashley takes care of everything! I can't highly recommend another vendor.... for anything... than I can recommend Ashley as a wedding planner. If you're not satisfied with her, I'll let you name my firstborn!
