llent communication, outdoors, grass helps cool down, tables and chairs included, access to 2 Airbnb bedrooms, close to downtown, and many Airbnbs in the area. The day was perfect and flawless because of Judy and Kari!

tions for vendors. Day of everything went smoothly and as planned and the venue was beautiful. It’s awesome you have full use of the property for a few days, byob, and a great staff. Our guests are still telling us how it’s the best wedding they have been to. Book the package with Kari! You won’t be disappointed, she answered every question I had and I am glad to call her a friend now as well.
I cannot overstate how happy we were with our experience having our wedding at Fallen Oaks Estate! We feel so lucky to have found Kari and Judy in particular, they were amazing to ...
work with they really know what they are doing and pay attention to details. They were always available and very accommodating. Our guests loved the property! Even though we got married in June in 89 degree heat our guest were cool and comfortable under the magnificent oak for the ceremony and dinner inside the carriage house with the doors open nearing sunset was absolutely perfect. The separate bride and groom studios are cutely decorated and had AC thankfully! Cannot say enough about how sweet and easy these ladies made the process, book them you won't be disappointed!

are and detail they put into everything to make it a fairy tale. Kari is an amazing coordinator making life very easy. She’s creative and organized but remains calm during the process. She goes to personal lengths to ensure you’re every dream comes true. I can’t say enough about this place!!! Watching my daughter have her fairy tale wedding was something I will never forget.

edding coordinator, has such an amazing eye for detail and made me feel so much less stressed as well as making me constantly feel so special. It’s so easy to get lost in your wedding day but she has a very unique way of helping you stay in the moment! Each one of the people involved have such a natural talent for what they do and it really shows. If I had the chance to live this day over and over again I would choose the Carriage House every time!
We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding than the one we had at The Carriage House at Fallen Oaks Estate! The family & coordinator were beyond sweet, personable and accomm...
odating. The grounds were beautiful and clean. There was even a time when one of the owners called to ask me if I wanted the flowers in the flower beds changed before the wedding. It meant a lot that they actually cared about my vision! The grooms suite and bridal suite are so cute and both available to stay in the night before & night of your wedding. I love that this venue setting allows for a variety of styles from rustic to elegant. My favorite compliment is that our wedding was like a fairytale and I owe so much of that to this venue! I highly recommend this The Carriage House at Fallen Oaks Estate to all couples looking for the perfect venue!

ell in LOVE with this one the moment we arrived. "Beautiful" doesn't do this venue justice. It is EXACTLY what I envisioned for our wedding day. From the beautiful Oak tree where we had our ceremony, the amazing carriage house where we had our reception, to the surrounding scenery and landscaping; everything was breathtaking!
I am so happy to have been able to work with such wonderful owners of the venue! Kevin, Nicole and Judy were so helpful! I gave them my vision and they made it happen; going above and beyond to see it through. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend!
Family and guests are still telling me what a fairy tale venue the Carriage House was for our wedding - some even said it it was so perfect it looked straight out of a movie. We lo...
oked ALL over the Central Coast and felt so lucky to have found this venue! Not only is the property stunning and unique, the bridal suite is really a suite - a beautifully appointed room where we all got ready together, with a window overlooking the venue where I could peek at people arriving. And to be able to make my entrance for the ceremony through the large carriage house doors was pretty awesome. Later in the evening we had a bonfire going with a s'mores bar under the pergola which was a hit with guests. The owners were so lovely to work with as well. I would recommend the Carriage House at Fallen Oaks Estate to any future bride who is looking for the perfect one-of-a-kind venue in a stunning outdoor setting.
