What started as a fun and unique way to capture weddings, bachelorettes, and honeymoons has now become a viral internet trend thanks to TikTok. If you haven’t seen the trending video—let me tell you what I do! The idea is simple. I ship you a classic video camcorder for your event. The production kit comes with everything you need: memory card, batteries, travel case, (you can even add a selfie light or a wireless mic!). Once you have your camera kit, bring it to your event and have your friends and family take turns filming. When the event is over, simply ship the camera back to me using a prepaid return label. Once I receive your camera, I log your footage and ask you some questions about what you have in mind for an edit. You get to tell me how long of a video you want since I charge by the minute. Each minute of video is $75, so if you want a 10 minute video it would be $750. You could also request a 1 minute video or anything in-between. From there, I will edit your footage to the desired length. You get to review the home movie before purchasing so we can make sure everything is just right. My clients are always thrilled to see what comes back from these cameras. Think of it as the classic disposable-camera-on-the-table trend, except with a video camera! I take footage that authentically captures your event and I turn it into a treasured family artifact.
