Fanciful Floral Design and Wedding Planning

own but with expert support especially as we got to a few weeks out, and we also needed day of coordination. She was an incredible wedding planning partner—every bride deserves a Caley. She’s so generous with her time and expertise, I was a very Type A, picky bride and had so many questions for her, and she provided so much thoughtful advice from her many years of experience. I was always looking at my phone hoping it was Caley texting me, because she always had kind words and actionable advice that helped me get through planning with confidence! I felt like I had a wedding cheat code with Caley.  We got married at Black Canyon Inn and her familiarity with the venue and many of our vendors was a huge asset. I can’t state enough how helpful it is to have a planner who knows the venue and local area well, it made the entire day go smoothly—to the point that guests were commenting that it felt like they were at an awards show because the event felt like such a professional production (it was!). She has strong relationships with so many vendors and they trust her very much AND she always puts the couple’s needs first, which she demonstrated repeatedly and always with honesty, integrity, and kindness. You need both these qualities in a planner!  The florals were absolutely stunning. She was accommodating of all my ideas and executed the vision so flawlessly. We had so many guests comment on how beautiful the flowers were. I wasn’t really sure how much I wanted to spend on flowers and she helped me narrow down the right floral options to achieve the look I wanted at the right budget. She also executed design outside of florals, with ribbons, drapery, and lights. It was all incredibly beautiful.  She even saved the day when our shuttle company failed to show up to transport us to our welcome party. The welcome party was outside her scope but she knew the owner and put in a call to figure out what was happening when we had no other way to reach them. Don’t think twice and just hire Caley, especially if you’re getting married in Estes Park like we did! She’ll make sure your day is a dream.

cried when she brought my bouquet. They were so beautiful! My guests couldn’t stop talking about the flowers and the unique variety. Caley knocked it out of the park.

On top of creating the most stunning floral arrangements, she and her husband truly saved the day when our venue dropped the ball. They stepped in with grace, kindness, and solutions when we felt stressed and like we didn't have anyone to turn to. Caley is sweet, professional, creative, and everything you could ever want in a florist (and then some). The floral arrangements on the tables looked so perfect I had a friend tell me she had to touch them to see if they were real LOL Thank you, Caley, you rock!! 💐💕 Once I get photos from our awesome photographers i'll post them in the review!

, Caley was organized, professional, and incredibly supportive. I was very stressed out and overwhelmed (especially being out of state), but every time I ended a call with Caley, I was calm and relieved. She took the time to understand our vision and preferences, helping us to create a wedding that truly reflected our personalities. She would send out lists of things to do in order of importance. She was so organized and helpful, it made planning a breeze. And when it came to choosing flowers, I would change my mind and be nit-picky about every flower and she would just keep sending me pictures of different bouquets until I was happy. She also adjusted the flowers to make sure I got exactly what I wanted while staying within my budget. On the day of the wedding, Caley was at the venue before me and executed everything flawlessly. She managed the timeline perfectly, ensuring that everything ran smoothly without us having to worry about a thing. It was such a relief to know that we were in good hands, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day. Overall, I would highly recommend Fanciful Weddings by Caley to any couple looking for a reliable and talented wedding planner or florist. She played a crucial role in making our day memorable and stress-free, and we are so grateful for her expertise!
