Fanciful creates truly custom floral design and decor as well as planning packages. We primarily service Crested Butte and Estes Park as well as the western slope and the front range of Northern Colorado. We LOVE to travel and are always down for a new adventure!! In addition to planning and/or floral, we now also offer floral preservation! We do custom resin and art projects with your beautiful flowers. My promise to you is that I will always do everything I can to give you the wedding of your dreams, at a price you can afford. I recently had the pleasure of working with Caley as our wedding planner and florist, and I could not be more grateful that we had her. From the initial consultation to the big day, Caley was organized, professional, and incredibly supportive. I was very stressed out and overwhelmed (especially being out of state), but every time I ended a call with Caley, I was calm and relieved. She took the time to understand our vision and preferences, helping us to create a wedding that truly reflected our personalities. She would send out lists of things to do in order of importance. She was so organized and helpful, it made planning a breeze. And when it came to choosing flowers, I would change my mind and be nit-picky about every flower and she would just keep sending me pictures of different bouquets until I was happy. She also adjusted the flowers to make sure I got exactly what I wanted while staying within my budget. On the day of the wedding, Caley was at the venue before me and executed everything flawlessly. She managed the timeline perfectly, ensuring that everything ran smoothly without us having to worry about a thing. It was such a relief to know that we were in good hands, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day. Overall, I would highly recommend Fanciful Weddings by Caley to any couple looking for a reliable and talented wedding planner or florist. She played a crucial role in making our day memorable and stress-free, and we are so grateful for her expertise!

We had a stress free experience with Caley from beginning to end! She saw my vision for wildflowers with lots of colors and delivered just that. She took my inspiration pictures and made them come to life all while staying on budget. I could not recommend Fanciful more!

Caleigh at Fanciful Floral was so easy and wonderful to work with for our March wedding in Estes Park! She had experience working at our venues (both Della Terra and St. Malo Chapel on the Rock) and gave great ideas and insights into what would work at the locations. I shared just a couple inspiration photos of what I liked, and she took those and created a beautiful plan for us. After even just one zoom call from across the country, she listened to what our vision was and put it into action. It was the perfect amount for our small, intimate wedding. The flowers turned out gorgeous – everything was fresh and vibrant and arranged wonderfully. The color and flower combinations were beautiful and we get so many compliments on my bouquet when we show off our wedding photos! Caley was simply amazing. She took my vague visions and made them into my dream wedding day florals! All of the arrangements and bouquets were wonderful. The day of, she helped my friend incorporate my husbands grandmothers wedding band around my bridal bouquet so I could carry it with me throughout the ceremony. Everything was absolutely perfect. She did a wonderful job and was so pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond!

Caley deserves more than 5 stars! She is phenomenal. I worked with her as our day of coordinator and florist, she excelled at both. My flowers were the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen!! Her communication is fast and efficient, and she makes the whole wedding planning process so smooth and easy. She decorated for wedding and made sure the day ran so smoothly. Do yourself a favor and hire her for your wedding!!

Caley did a wonderful job with both the floral arrangements and the month-of-coordination for our Estes Park wedding. We really appreciated her checklists, vendor recommendations, and regular check-ins during the build-up to the wedding. She suggested things we hadn’t even considered. On the day of, she kept everything on track and helped herd our guests and wedding party with lots of tact and kindness. Our other vendors and family members were full of praise for Caley! The wedding flowers were beautiful and we received lots of compliments. We had requested a few favorite flowers and colors to incorporate, but Caley was able to take our vague ideas and turn them into stunning arrangements. We would absolutely recommend working with Caley / Fanciful!

Caley is BEYOND amazing! We originally hired her for our flowers, then quickly added her planning services after seeing her skills. She went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect, including dealing with difficult vendors and helping me think through every single detail. Would recommend to any out-of-town bride who needs local advice!

HIRE CALEY FROM FANCIFUL!! she did an absolutely incredible job with the flowers for my wedding near Estes. I had an idea of what I wanted, but she made it come to life and did a great job coaching my mom and I on different flower options to add texture / subtle other neutral colors. I got so many compliments during the wedding and am so grateful for her hard work (especially the last week when she was sick and somehow managed to pull it all off flawlessly).

Caley is absolutely amazing! She is patient, kind, and really understands when you give her your vision. I planned my wedding all the way from Florida. I had to trust that Caley would be able to make my vision a reality and she did not disappoint. The ceremony was beautiful the reception breathtaking. One of the saddest parts for me is I was not able to bring my bouquet home to Florida. I would absolutely recommend Caley and Fanciful Floral Design for your wedding. I cannot wait to see all of the photographs so I can relive how beautiful it was.

Caley with Fanciful Florals delivered the most incredible floral arrangements for our wedding. We didn’t have a clear vision of what we wanted but Caley brought it all together and created something better than we could have imagined. She was able to work with some of the venues decor pieces to help us build our table settings and provided the other items needed. Caley set up all of the florals at the venue and returned that night to pick up the rentals so I didn’t have to worry about set up or returning rentals. Caley has an incredible eye for design and we were so pleased with the final result.

What can we say? The glue keeping our whole wedding together! We chose Caley as our day of coordinator and florist because of her kind, caring, humble spirit. We wanted someone that cared about us as a couple and really wanted the day to be special. During the planning process, she met with us in person multiple times and was able to speak on the phone or via text at most points in the process. She was very organized and relaxed which kept me as the bride relaxed. She was always throwing out new ideas or little things that I hadn’t thought about. She rolled with the last minute changes and really helped us keep to the timeline (which I really appreciated). As far as the floral side goes, we were BLOWN AWAY! She made our colors and vision come to life! The flowers were so elegant and classy and just made the whole wedding stunning. We couldn’t be happier with her flowers or her planning! This is a vendor that is under-estimated! I can’t wait to see her business continue to flourish and blow up because she’s that good! Can’t recommend Fanciful and Caley Praiswater enough.

We worked with Caley on our floral design. She was easy to work with and receptive to all of our ideas and suggestions. The final product on our wedding day was exactly as we envisioned and each arrangement was made with care and beauty! We would highly recommend Caley!

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Caley! She did my flowers and helped plan the wedding and I'm so grateful she did both. The flowers were beyond stunning, and she was so incredible to work with. She thought of EVERYTHING - she even asked my maid of honor whether she should prepare my husband and me a plate of food so we wouldn't have to go through the buffet and asked her what drink should be prepared whenever I approached the bar so I wouldn't have to wait. She was SUCH a calming presence as well. My bridesmaids who have been in multiple weddings all commented that she was the most organized and thorough coordinator they'd ever experienced and I couldn't agree more. She had incredible vendor recommendations and everything went off without a hitch. I had multiple couples come up to me saying they wanted to copy every aspect of my wedding for their own, and I attribute a lot of this to Caley's incredible work.
