Fancy Fortune Cookies

I am so disappointed in this company and their customer service. I’m a previous customer so I know how delicious these cookies are and I couldn’t wait to use them as wedding favors. I had an email with a coupon code to get 25 cookies free for every 100 ordered. I needed 300 cookies, so I intentionally ordered less to account for the free cookies. I also ordered take out boxes to package my favors. I ordered weeks before my wedding and paid for overnight delivery. When the packages came, the takeout boxes were missing and I only received the cookies I ordered. The free cookies from the code were not included, even though it was on my order form. I called the company and they said they would send more boxes but they never arrived. They also said that no such code existed and that they could send a sample of cookies but would not send 50 cookies. I forwarded the email with the code as well as a copy of my order form but no cookies were ever sent to me. When I asked about the boxes, I was told they were mailed again and should arrive later than day but they never came. My emails and voicemails were never answered and all communication was left up to me. I did not have enough favors for my guests and had to come up with alternate packaging the day before my wedding. I’ve emailed the company owner and never received a response. I was finally reimbursed for the takeout boxes that never came but I was accused of misplacing the takeout boxes since they tracked them as being delivered. When I tried to explain that both packages came but only had cookies in them, the customer representative asked if anyone opened the boxes and took them out. I had plenty of time to resolve this mixup before my wedding and I’m so saddened that it took two weeks to get any resolution. Using this company gave me unnecessary wedding stress and I do not recommend using them.

They offered tons of different flavors and all came fresh and set for the wedding. Great and fun giveaway that you can personalize. :)

I got customized messages and chocolate and vanilla fortune cookies. My guests loved them. They were inexpensive and I got to eat the left overs! The packing leave something to be desired-- its very very plain so I had to dress them up a bit. But they often have Groupons so they were a good value. Would recommend.

I got the original flavor cookies dipped in milk chocolate with white chocolate drizzle. They were delicious! The personalized fortunes are so fun, everyone loved them. Can't wait to try some of the other flavors!
