Ivana embarked on a journey in the restaurant industry nearly a decade ago, commencing her career at the prestigious Saint Ambrous restaurant in the vibrant neighborhoods of Madison Park and the West Village. She expanded her expertise by lending her talents to establishments such as Felice, Barbounia, The Consulate, as well as Isabelle's Osteria. She has worked as a manager, maître d' and event coordinator. Each endeavor has proved to enrich her repertoire and passion for the art of hospitality.
Ivana joined Fandi Mata restaurant in 2023 as an event coordinator as well as operations. Her organizational skills, creative flair, and unwavering dedication ensure unforgettable dining experiences for every guest.

Absolutely delicious pasta and pizza!! Came here on a date with my boyfriend and the service was great. Mirko was the best! Very attentive and kind :) Highly recommend

For my first date night out after having a baby, my husband and I dined at Fandi Mara. The food and ambiance was 10/10. Jelena was extremely kind, hospitable and helpful. I would recommend everyone to come here!

Great dinner spot on a Sunday evening. It’s not crowded and easy with reservation. I told the waiter it’s one person party and they offered round of shot cuz it’s a slow night. Such a great host and treat us well.

oved. We were sat down and were not given menus several minutes after seating and there was some confusion on who was server for our table. Better coordination with the staff would have made for a better dining experience.
