A few particular highlights below: We knew we had picked the correct wedding cake designer upon leaving the tasting session. We were able to try many delicious options and combinations, which made it hard to choose because everything tasted amazing! We ultimately decided on a vanilla cake with lemon curd and raspberry mousse, and it was absolutely delicious. For the design, we had the general idea of utilizing a simple textured white cake while incorporating our wedding flowers into the cake design. These designs, while simple, can be a little nerve racking because it is always up to the designer the day of to artistically assemble the cake design onsite with the actual wedding flowers. As such, outside of knowing that they had accommodated similar designs in the past, we were left trusting them that they could deliver us a similar cake on our wedding date. And are we glad we trusted them, as they delivered us exactly what we wanted - a simple yet elegant textured flower white wedding cake. Additionally, our guests couldn't stop raving about how wonderful it looked and tasted. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out and would recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect wedding cake! Fanny Cakes did a phenomenal job, and we wholeheartedly recommend them. On the day of the wedding, the cake looked perfect and tasted incredible! I don't even know if we'll be able to resist eating our top tier that we saved for our anniversary, it is so tempting to eat it now and just use Fanny Cakes for all our future celebratory cake needs! Our theme was puzzle piece and they did an amazing job with the little puzzle pieces around the cake. The best part about fanny cakes is that they also baked me a fresh cake for my first year wedding anniversary which we thought was so cool! We all scrambled for every last bit of the chocolate cake with Kahlua mousse! Everyone at our wedding loved our wedding cakes and we’re looking forward to working with Kristyn and Patty again for our anniversaries to come.

And tasted just as amazing as we remembered during our consultation. Everything was delivered and set up on time. We chose them for their unique flavor options- our cake was an almond cake with amaretto mousse, and it was not only BEAUTIFUL, it tasted AMAZING. So many guests came up to us the next morning to tell us how great the cake was! We can't wait for our one year anniversary to eat some more :)

he first taste test/sample. It was just my husband, myself, Kristyn and Patty. All of of the attention given was shocking to to my husband who thought this process was much simpler. After a couple of samples we made our final choice and we weren’t disappointed. On the day of the unveiling(cutting the cake) I couldn’t believe how a drawing on a piece of paper could be so beautiful. I truly want to thank Kristyn for all her hard word and patience it took to make my special day more special with a beautiful dream come true cake. I will definitely use Fanny Cake for all of my cakes from now on so this will not be the last you see of me lol.
