Communication wise sometimes he is a bit easier to reach via phone call rather than email so try calling first! He worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with how everything would turn out and everybody loved the flowers! My mother was very pleased and she is hard to please!

Josh created the flowers for my wedding within a very short week and a half time frame! I was getting married at my parents house and he so graciously came to their home to assess the space, our vision, and to gather all of the details. I was not very helpful as I told Josh, "I like greenery, some white and maybe a pop of red, but nothing too Christmas-y." My mom jumped in and communicated her wishes: bowls of flowers inside with a "winter" feel, garland for a few other areas, extra touches for the Christmas tree, etc. We also had an arch for the wedding ceremony that we asked to be decorated with flowers as well. In the week and a half that we met with Josh, I'm positive that my mom called him 5-6 times (she was really into the flowers!). Josh answered all of her calls with patience and kindness, he answered all of her questions with detail and clarity, and I am so thankful to him for the professionalism and warmth he bestowed on my mom. Oh my goodness, on the day of the wedding, when I saw the bouquets, the arch, and the inside of my parents house, I was moved to tears. Josh took our ideas and vision and created something so beautiful! My flowers were absolutely perfect and I couldn't have loved them more. Our arch was romantic and so amazingly classic and simple. I truly loved our flowers and it was all because of Josh's patience, expertise, detail oriented and perfectionist creation. I will forever reach out to Fanny's Flowers and Josh for their spectacular creations. They truly made my day feel beautiful beyond explanation and the process from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Josh! We are so grateful!
