The variety of beautiful dresses was amazing! I worked with Donna to find my dress and she truly gets to know you to help find the dress that you are looking for. I got my dress and veil from them and they referred me to Hilda for alterations and she was a dream to work with! They also steamed my dress and veil prior to my wedding and just did a phenomenal job all the way through.

Overall experience was fantastic ;) They were very welcoming and provided cookies and water for everyone in the party. Kelley was patient and was great in helping choose the perfect dress!

I was intimidated at first by the huge selection, but the variety of their stock meant I could try on lots of dresses and end up with the perfect one—which was different than what I had first imagined! I worked with Megan, who listened to what I liked and didn’t like and steadily brought out dresses that helped me find my style. The one I picked had everything I liked and was right in my price point. She even helped my mom find a dress afterward! The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. They made me feel less nervous about it all and made me feel like my vision was valuable. It was worth the drive out Lansing from Ann Arbor.

Samantha helped me pick out my dress and she was amazing! She stayed past my appointment time to help me narrow down my choices. She pulled so many amazing dresses for me to try on. I narrowed it down to 2 choices and then came back the next weekend to try them both again and make a final decision. She was so helpful the entire time and made me feel so beautiful. My dress was a reasonable price and came in faster than anticipated and was so so pretty. I had an amazing experience and would recommend Fantastic Finds to anyone looking for an amazing dress buying experience!

Searching and finding my wedding dress at Fantastic Finds was the best experience. It was stress free and personalized to my vision. As a new bride, I was intimidated by the process of dress buying (and the whole wedding planning process!) I went into my appointment having no idea what style I wanted or knowing what would look good on me. To be honest, I was dreading my appointment because I was scared I wouldn’t find something that I liked, was in budget, and would flatter my figure. Then, walked in Donna! Donna was AMAZING! She immediately had me laughing and just by asking a few questions, she knew my style. The third dress she pulled was the one I said yes to! A huge thank you to Fantastic Finds and Donna for making me feel at ease. I loved my whole appointment and had a great time!

Found my absolute DREAM DRESS at Fantastic Finds..my stylist Meagan pulled a wild card dress for me and I ended up falling in love with it! Everyone we worked with was super personable and made it a great experience. When I came back a few weeks later to say yes to my dress, we were able to make an appointment same day and worked with Meg to order the dress. Meg went above and beyond to give me a wonderful “say yes” experience and even grabbed some pictures of me and mom to help us remember the experience. If you’re looking for personalized service and a great selection of gowns, look no further.

Dress shopping at Fantastic Finds was a wonderful experience. The Bridal Heaven floor was beautiful and my stylist Mikayla was so kind and helpful. I was nervous about dress shopping and she totally put me at ease and pulled so many different styles to try on that all fit the criteria I was looking for. She was mindful of our budget and made sure to warn me if any suggestions were toward the higher end. She also went out of her way to demonstrate any adjustments I could make to sleeves, trains, or bustles which was very helpful. I found a few frontrunners and though I did end up choosing a dress elsewhere, I want to emphasize how great of a job Mikayala did and how much fun Fantastic Finds made the experience for my group. I definitely recommend them.

It is a beautiful place. Love all the dresses on display. Samantha is an amazing stylist. We love working with her. Everyone there was so nice. I felt comfortable. Was not rushed. I loved the whole experience. I said yes to the dress!

Found the dress of my dreams here, first one I tried on! I did try on 7 total and went back to the first one I loved. The ladies there are so professional and listen to what you want. Also they have a in house seemstress, Hilda who made my dress fit LIKE A GLOVE! This place is the total package. I even drove 1 hour each way to get there from Grand Rapids!

Worked with Donna to find my perfect dress. She was great and listened well to my concerns. I also had my alterations done through their salon by a third party. The only recommendation I have is to practice walking in your dress towards the end of the alterations. I didn’t and I stepped on my dress constantly. Turns out I was lifting my dress up to walk for alterations. I would recommend fantastic finds for all of your bridal outfit needs!

I bought my dress in 2020 with Caitlyn, and I cannot recommend her and Fantastic Finds enough. I just had my wedding after postponing due to COVID and loved my dress even more than the day I picked it. They were mindful of my budget and had a wide variety of styles and sizes to pick from. We also came here for a mother of the bride dress and had a great experience with Abby. Another shout out to Kim, thank you all so much!

I purchased my wedding dress here and was thrilled. My dress is beautiful, and my consultant was amazing. However, the experience with my bridesmaids dresses has been a nightmare. The consultant that helped with the bridesmaids dresses needs a new job. She didn’t help us find any of the dresses or offer any suggestions, we just ran free - fine. But after finding the dress we all loved with no help from her she managed to find a way to body shame all 6 of my bridesmaids. Every one of them has a different shape and size and no matter if they were a size 0 or plus size, she had some absolutely rude comment to say to them and was not quiet about it. She made everyone size up significantly, more so than they were comfortable with. I understand it’s easier to alter a dress smaller if it’s too big than the other way around, but these dresses are 2-3 sizes too big. They are spending serious money having to completely reconstruct the dress because they are swimming in them - bust, waist, hips, all of it. Seriously, the 20% off discount they got for me having had bought my wedding dress there doesn’t even come close to how much money they are having to spend on alterations that shouldn’t have been that severe in the first place. Also - make sure you go WAY in advance to shop for dresses because when my bridesmaids’ dresses came in, the dresses were two different colors, on the same dress. Fantastic Finds did rectify that issue for me but the stress and financial strain that my bridesmaids have to endure because of one consultant’s inadequacy and unprofessionalism is not worth it.

Fantastic Finds is a beautiful bridal salon with every style of dress that you could ever want. They really give you the whole bridal experience and make you feel like a princess. Mikayla was amazing! She really listened to my ideas and found my dream dress!

Fantastic Finds was an absolute dream! Tia was amazing and made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on. She even did something with my hair! I ended up finding my dream dress there, and everybody at the salon was helpful and accommodating throughout the entire time from the purchase to the day I picked it up. The dress was stunning and fit like a glove on my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic Finds has lovely things and I did find my dress there. However, I was a little disappointed with my overall experience. The associate we were assigned to was almost more interested in a family friend or acquaintance in the booth next to us and regularly stopped to work/talk with them while we waited for her. I was also never given a “yes to the dress” photo opportunity that I see many brides get on social media. My girls did get a nice photo of my mom and I but there was little excitement from my associate after she got my money. Very disappointing in that regard.

I worked with Caitlyn here, and she was phenomenal! She helped me squeeze my plus-size self into a sample size Matrina Liana dress that I was bound and determined to try. I'm serious this girl broke out a SWEAT trying to make the dress sit right on me despite being so small. And guess what, I PURCHASED IT! Not just because of Caitlyn helping me feel fantastic, but that certainly added to the positive experience!

First off this store is absolutely beautiful! As soon as I walked in I just had this feeling that my dream dress was there! Once we were on the “bridal heaven” floor I was in awe. The dresses were stunning and didn’t even compare to the ones I’ve seen at other dress shops. Donna was absolutely amazing, I honestly couldn’t have imagined having someone better to help me with this process. The very first dress I tried on was my dress, I stayed in it nearly my whole appointment and Donna was so helpful with every step. She was so encouraging and uplifting, absolutely love her and this store. Highly recommend if you’re looking for your dream dress! Ask for Donna!

I bought my dress from fantastic finds in east Lansing and it's one of the prettiest dresses I have ever seen! Made in Australia and surprisingly not too expensive. The consultants there are super nice and accommodations. I even got a phone call 1 month after I got married to them asking how the wedding was - how sweet right?!

FF was a great place to find a unique dress! My only complaint is that the dress size wasn’t completely accurate (or what I had hoped). The chest and stomach area was UNBELIEVABLY tight and almost unbearable to wear on my wedding day. Half of my wedding day I had to keep the dress unbuttoned and that didn’t even help much. Other than maybe a wrong measurement during the ordering of my dress, the quality of service was great and there were plenty of dresses in stock! I would buy from them again, but just make sure all measurements were right before ordering!!

Donna is amazing! She helped me pick out my bridesmaids dresses, my Mom’s dress, my veil, and my wedding dress. She gave an honest opinion when asked and let me try on as many styles as I wanted. I had an great experience and I loved how many dresses they have in stock!

This shop was absolutely beautiful and had a great selection of dresses. The lighting was amazing for seeing how a dress sparkled in natural light and it was probably the fanciest bridal shop I’ve been to. The only thing that spoiled it for me was the woman working with me. She made me feel bad for pointing out things I didn’t like about the dresses she brought me and got annoyed when I said I wanted to try a different style than what I originally told her I was looking for. At the end of the appointment, I didn’t pick a dress, because I honestly didn’t find exactly what I was looking for, and she told me, “my advice to you is not to go dress shopping again until you’re ready to actually buy a dress.” That comment came off as super rude to me and made me feel like she thought my appointment was a huge waste of her time. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back there to find my dress, even though they do have a beautiful selection.

This place was like a dream. The selection is amazing. The store is HUGE! The setup is wonderful. And TIA...ask for Tia. I could have not found my dress without that girl. She is a beautiful person and has such a wonderful heart. Such a wonderful experience!

Wow, where should I begin! Angela has been so helpful, patient, understanding, kind, and supportive. I have had the best experience with fantastic finds. After putting in a bit of weight I was nervous to find my dress and the team at fantastic finds took every worry I had way. With attention to detail, mimosas, and fabulous dresses this place is the BEST.

They are the best! Katelyn and the owner made my experience more than amazing! They are super friendly and so easy to work with, you’re just going to walk out from there with a dress for sure!! I had a great experience working with Kim as my bridal consultant. She pulled dresses that matched my vision and were within my budget. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment. When I was debating one of the dresses, Kim suggested that I come back with a fresh perspective, which I did and ultimately bought the dress! Great overall experience and beautiful dresses!

I got my wedding dress from Fantastic Finds for my June 21, 2019 wedding. I absolutely loved Tia! She was so helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted, even when I felt I was being difficult because I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted. Tia was patient with my and she seemed to really love my idea of a sheath dress with a detachable overskirt for the ceremony. Fantastic Find’s bridal heaven is beautiful, I love that the dresses are on mannequins instead of on a rack that is overcrowded like other salons. In fact, the dress I purchased came right off a mannequin outside my room. When I found the dress we walked down the catwalk and my family cried, everything was perfect!

Great dress shopping experience! I live in Charlotte, NC, but grew up in the Lansing area. After struggling with dress shopping in Charlotte, NC my mom and I made an appointment at Fantastic Finds over the holiday season. Being in Fantastic Finds was the only time I enjoyed dress shopping. Tia really listened to what I liked in dresses and what I didn't and she stayed within my budget for all of her suggestions. Since I live out of State Fantastic Finds offered to ship my dress to me once it came in. Tia spent extra time measuring me so we knew for certain that we were ordering the most accurate size. Overall I was so, so happy with my experience at Fantastic Finds.

Loved every minute of finding my dress. Had a great selection of dresses and sizes. Plus sandy was amazing with helping me. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs to find a dress. my mom also got her dress there as well and they were awesome with even helping with accessories.

Sandy was so amazing to work with. She worked really hard to find my dream dress. I found the dress online and had to try it online. She dug it out and I tried it on. It was twice the size I need- it was massive. But she helped me see how it would look in my size. She found me dresses with similar tops. I fell in love with my dress. She made it an awesome experience. Fantastic Finds is magical. When you get to the bridal floor- it's like walking into a Victoria Secret Fashion show. Angel wings everywhere! I felt so special. Their dresses are gorgeous. Sandy was super helpful with finding my veil. And their alterations person, Hilda, was AMAZING! Seriously, she did an amazing job! The length of my dress was just barely touching the ground. It was perfect. She did an amazing job with the bustle too. I got rave reviews on my dress! This is the place in Lansing for dresses!

I came here thinking it would just be a perfect place to break the seal on wedding dress shopping, not thinking I would find anything in my price range, worried I wouldn’t find something that fit. I left that day after buying the first dress I tried on, below budget and in my size! My consultant, Donna, was truly remarkable, I cannot commend her customer service enough. I had a bigger group of ladies with me, there were 8 of us altogether, but it felt like 9 friends looking for the perfect dress. Donna picked nonstop gorgeous selections, she was funny and helpful, and she had a great sense of what I was looking for. We were all in love with her. I was pleasantly shocked at how simple, fun, and memorable this experience was. Absolutely recommend Fantastic Finds!

The staff was very helpful and helped me find the dress of my dreams, even though it was completely different than what I had thought I wanted going in! The consultants at Fantastic Finds are truly such great people! I worked with Tia and she really took the time to get my vision for the wedding and my dress. Once we started trying on dresses she was constantly readjusting so I could see what it would look like at different angles if it were in my size. She worked her butt off making sure I found the dress for me and I could not be more appreciative! After getting my dress I was able to make appointments with their on-site seamstress, who was super flexible which was especially helpful since I was going to school in a different state. 100% would recommend!

There was plenty of selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, and mother-of-the bride gowns and found my dream dress!!! Staff was kind and courteous. We loved working with Donna to help find the dream dress. We couldn't do it without her!

I had a very pleasant experience at Fantastic finds. I visited them twice during my wedding dress hunt. The second time I stopped by to look for a veil and ended up walking out of there with my reception dress. They have a great selection of off the rack dresses on the second floor.

I found my dress here. I would recommend anyone to go here! The staff was so wonderful, and made me feel so special. Angelina was so much fun, I wish I could’ve been there longer. My sister wished she would’ve had the experience i had looking for dresses! I loved how private it was trying on dresses.

I stopped in here to inquire about a wedding dress, I was told to fill out a form and then they would give me a tour. I filled out the form and on it, it asked my budget which was around $300. I took the paper back to the man who scoffed at my budget! I was informed their dresses start at $700 and spoke to like less than. Stay away!

I found my dress at Fantastic Finds in September 2018. Angelina was incredibly helpful and made the experience fun for both myself and my family members that were at the appointment as well. I can’t wait to pick up my dress soon!

I was able to come back to the store a second time since I hadn't fully decided on the dress the first time I was there.
