Fantastic Snap Photobooth

o loved the custom design that the company put together to use as a border on all the pictures – we had never seen that before and thought it added a nice touch. The pictures were very high quality and we loved that it came with options for GIFs. Mega, our contact there, was always quick to respond and answer any questions. We’d absolutely use Fantastic Snap again for any of our events in the future.

the good of the day, pricing was good, the photo strips came out great, and we had fun with it. However, half of our guests left without using the booth because the owner was not getting guests involved or even letting anyone know it could be used whenever, however. He barely spoke the entire time. Many guests thought they needed to be in groups to take photos. Since we had unlimited photo sessions, (2 strips at a time) we asked that the first time people were in the booth they leave us one strip for our book. The rest of their times in the booth we wanted them to feel free to keep both strips. But the owner made the guests leave a strip every time they were in the booth. This made it hard for every person in a large group to get a strip to keep. There was also an incident where the owner grabbed a young woman's arm to pull her to the side of the photo so the groom could be in the middle instead.. it was not professional. He also took the stool away from a child and scolded him for picking the color option of the strip. I emailed the company about this later and the owner's wife denied everything, even though she was not there. All in all, I was impressed by the equipment but not the customer service.
