We are so thrilled we went with Glen - our prep meetings leading up to the day were so helpful and enjoyable and Glen made us feel so comfortable that he was truly a professional and was going to be amazing. And it really ended up perfectly. He helped put my family at ease, making sure they were prompted when and where to go for toasts, he was so fun meeting my wedding party and doing their reception intros, and across the board he just really read the room to keep the party going smoothly. I feel lucky that they allowed us to reschedule without any additional hiccups, fees, or loss of payments. I see other reviews here rating them 1 star for refusal to refund deposits for cancelled weddings due to COVID, and my heart really goes out to both parties, but I don't feel it is a true reflection of Fantasy Sound and their services. I can only imagine how hard it has been for businesses to stay afloat during the pandemic, and I'm grateful that rescheduling was as easy as it was with them, because I've definitely heard much worse from other couples with other vendors who rescheduled. Overall, I'd choose them again if I had the chance, but maybe I'd book more lighting because it really was so beautiful day-of :)

we paid them early. (what i thought would be the smart thing paying all of our vendors early, getting those small tasks off our plate) They have a clause in their contract saying if you pay them early, then they have the right not to refund you. Of course, under normal circumstances pre-covid, we felt that this was nightly unlikely and paid them. This is the ONLY vendor that has been unwilling to refund us ANY of our funds outside the non-refundable 500 retainer clause. I think it is disgusting that we are in the middle of a global pandemic, and they are treating their customers this way. Us having to cancel our event is 100% out of our control & if it weren’t for the global pandemic, we would have had our wedding. We have personally been affected, my husband lost his job due to the pandemic, and it’s been challenging financially, similar to what many others are experiencing. Do yourself a favor and chose a vendor that will work with you during extreme circumstances and not punish you for paying them early.

d to move our ceremony & reception outdoors and were only allowed 50 guests at the ceremony and 30 at the reception. Due to 20 of our guests having to leave after the ceremony, we decided to use the wall as a photo booth where we could take pictures with those guests as they left the venue. We also had to move our delivery time frame up due to our ceremony time moving from 4 to 3 pm. We added 2 wine barrels to help frame the wall and use as a table top for our flower decorations. While at our ceremony rehearsal, our photographer suggested we change the original placement to a different area due to lighting. Fantasy Sound was very easy going about changing the time of delivery and placement, as well as adding the barrels to the contract. Megan was fantastic to work with as well, very nice, informative, and was the one who suggested the wine barrels! The only issue that occurred during set up was that the items were supposed to be delivered and set up at 1 pm. They arrived at 1:45 pm. My mother waited for them instead of getting ready to make sure that they knew the change in placement. While that was a little frustrating, the wall was set up by the 3 pm ceremony. Other than that, we highly recommend Fantasy Sound for any decorations you need for your special day.

He took the time to come see our new venue beforehand since he had never seen it before. His communication was great. He followed our playlist recommendations very closely and was great at sensing the vibe of our guests during the reception. He played some songs not on our list (which we agreed to beforehand), and they were songs that got people excitedly out to the dance floor. All in all we would highly recommend Fantasy Sound!

We had one phone meeting during the planning process with Kevin during which he explained how we should choose songs and plan for toasts, wedding party announcements, etc. The planning paperwork was very easy to understand and complete, and served as a great guide as to how we should plan our music. We met with Kevin in person one week before our wedding at their beautiful office. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice! We had sent over our paperwork and playlist prior to the meeting, and spent the meeting quickly reviewing everything. Kevin made great suggestions and was able to answer all of our questions. The day of our wedding went so smoothly! Music was played without missing a beat. Announcements and toasts were done wonderfully. Kevin was awesome at reading our guests and what songs they seemed to enjoy more, and played music that wasn’t on our playlist but was definitely what our guests wanted! Overall we would definitely recommend Fantasy Sound!

gave me lots of pointers based on my budget. Kevin was very easy-going and respectful of my budget. After my meeting with Kevin, I primarily connected with Megan and Kaitlin. They were always extremely responsive and quick with giving me estimates. I'm sure there are 20 estimates for me because I changed my mind so many times. They were always eager to help and sent pictures of things I couldn't imagine. On the day of my wedding, they coordinated solely with the venue and I did not need to worry about anything!

we appreciated having two sit-down meetings with advice and information. We felt good going into our wedding, knowing that we'd met with Nick twice and felt like he "got" what we were looking for. He also gave us lots of good advice when we asked him directly for it. Our expectations were more than met--they were exceeded! Nick did a fabulous job MC'ing and deejaying our reception. He also did the sound and music for our ceremony. The ceremony went very seamlessly and did a great job with sound, our intros and recessional. As for the reception, that was also stellar. We, our parents, and guests loved the music at the reception. The MC'ing was absolutely perfect--both sets of our parents raved about what a great job our mc/dj did. We had a few special requests/additions to our program that Nick was able to accommodate, very non-nonchalantly/with no stress. We also loved the photo booth services, and being able to get photos within a few days of our wedding! Our guests loved it, and since it takes a few weeks for the ~official wedding photos to come, it's so fun to get a the photo booth shots so quickly. We were so busy running around at our wedding that we didn't get a chance to visit until the tail end, and the photo booth staff were extremely kind to let us take a few shots (even though it was past time and they were breaking down). They also did lighting for us: some up-lighting and GOBOs. To be honest, I was not too attuned to the lighting, other than to say that the room looked great and they were fast with take down! Set up was done well before we ever arrived, so it was no stress on our end. It was great to have so many services under one roof--it made the process less stressful. A big thank you to Fantasy and Nick for making our wedding day smooth and fun! We would definitely recommend them to others.

For our wedding, we got the 12x12 and 9x9 chandeliers with gobo wash. The chandelier was without a doubt the highlight of our reception at Palm Event Center and the lighting on the chandelier was so perfect. Everyone is still talking about it until now! I would, without a doubt, 110% recommend FSE and their services to anyone who is planning a wedding!! We cannot thank them enough for making our day so special and memorable!!

We approached working with all of our vendors with the mindset of “we are hiring professionals, it is best to trust them to do what they do best” and that really paid off. We didn’t give Kevin much guidance in the type of music that we wanted because we didn’t really know what was expected. We chose the specific songs we wanted for specific moments in the wedding but then we let him do his thing and choose songs that would work best for the wedding. Our wedding was a blast and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the music and the mood that Fantasy Sound our together for us. I cannot recommend them enough!
