We loved meeting them for drinks months in advance of our wedding, which gave us a nice context for one another when the day finally came (we cannot imagine, now, not knowing our wedding photographers when they arrived to take pictures of us!) We perhaps didn’t consider how crucial this feeling of comfort was, but when you think about, you do spend a tremendous portion of your wedding day with your photographers. Meaghan and Brendon felt like friends, which made even the parts of the wedding that we don’t like (posing!) feel easy, natural, and fun. And the photos themselves turned out great! Again, you’ve probably seen evidence of this already. We cannot wait to print them, frame them, and, in all likelihood, post them relentlessly to our Instagram stories. n took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for the day. We even ended up going out to dinner with them in the months leading up to our wedding (and had so much fun) which made them feel like old friends when we saw them again on our wedding day. While they will of course take in your vision and shot list for the day, I highly recommend letting them use their creative eye. They are both SO talented, and we just trusted them to lead the way to different locations and capturing different moments. Taking pictures and getting the shots on the wedding day didn’t feel stressful or another task, it was FUN and felt so easy and natural. I had several family members say that they hardly noticed the two of them on the wedding day, so they were extremely impressed by the gallery because of how much they captured! We got just over 850 photos in our gallery and we are blown away by literally every photo. We find new favorites all the time! One thing I keep telling people when they ask how I like the gallery, I of course say I’m obsessed. But the photos capture not only how I remember the day, but how it FELT. Maybe that’s the Far Out Feeling they refer to? ;)

e! We found them online and fell in love with their style of photography/art and the second we had our first call we knew we wanted them to be a part of our wedding day. They instantly set up a coffee date for us to meet in person and get to know each other, which was such a nice and personal touch. I’ve never worked with professional photographers before but I felt SO comfortable with both of them. I feel awkward a lot of the time but somehow didn’t at all with Meaghan and Brendon. Even during our first look and formal photos- they really make you forget they’re there (when appropriate) or make you feel like you’re hanging with friends. Even our guests were commenting on how wonderful our photographers were. It’s hard to put into words how much we ADORE the photos from our special day and how seamless working with FOF was. They are a no brainer- I’m honestly looking for reasons to hire a photographer just so I can work with them again.

ute we had our inquiry call, there was no question who we would be booking. So much so that despite popular opinion, we did not even book a videographer. We knew our day would be perfectly captured in the hands of these two. We hung up the phone after our first call and I looked at my husband and said “well those guys are awesome. That felt like a call with a friend. My search is done.” From engagement photos to the day of… this duo is the best. As always happens, we had a few twists and turns the day of our wedding. Meaghan and Brendon not only handled it with grace and confidence, they were truly my rock and kept me both calm while also advocating for me with the other vendors day of- a benefit I never could have dreamed to have from my photographers. Okay beyond me gushing with appreciation- let’s get to the photos. First thing is first- my husband and I are incredibly camera shy. It is a joke that there are no photos of us throughout our many years together until now. These two so perfectly captured us. They made us comfortable and our engagement shoot totally helped prep us for the day of. They knew exactly when to divide and conquer versus when to join forces and photograph together. I did not know we could look like we do in these photos and again, they just feel like us. So often I see wedding photos and am in awe, but just feel they’re so posed and don’t show the personality of the couple. We felt we were captured to a level of accuracy we didn’t even know was possible. I could go on and on but simply put- if you’re looking to feel like your friends are capturing your special day in the most beautiful way possible, then look no further. They’re a special duo!

We loved having a Brooklyn couple our age be the ones to capture our day. And when we met for our engagement shoot, I knew we made the right choice! They just right away figured us out, and how to make us feel comfortable, get us laughing and relaxed, and somehow, thanks to their major skills, created pure magic. After that, I couldn't wait for our wedding day, just to see what they could capture! I can't say enough how easy they were to work with, how much we appreciated their hype and excitement, and how easy they made it all feel. They were a dream to hang out with for both our engagement and wedding shoots, and have a great eye for fun spots for photos, including an amazing shot of us on a bridge overlooking our own wedding reception. They work together seamlessly, and it was special to have our own "his & hers" photographers as we were getting ready. They also put us at ease amongst the chaos of wedding day festivities and were great in marshalling our extended family and wedding party into all the photos that needed to be taken. They also are WILDLY TALENTED and captured all of the memories in a way that we know we will treasure for years and years to come.

g on a Monday at 9am with fake martinis for our engagement photos, and rounding up our entire bridal party to get photos on the Staten Island Ferry en route to our ceremony. They are fun to be around and put us and all our guests at ease. My mother-in-law still talks about what a doll Meaghan is four months later which is worth 5 stars on the spot. Not only do they bring the creativity and personality, but they are operations-forward and incredibly organized. Every bride ends up chasing one or two vendors for responses but NOT Meaghan and Brendon. They were early to reach out, thoroughly detailed and very prompt with answering questions. Pure perfection, a true left-brain right-brain team. Did I mention the photos are stunning?

y are the most genuine and thoughtful humans and a powerhouse team together. This review can easily turn into a love story of our obsession with Meaghan and Brandon so we’ll keep it short and to the important points. From the jump, we fell in love with their aesthetic . Talented is an understatement. They took time to keep in communication with us through the the planning process and up until our wedding (which is rare!) and they came up with very inspired and creative ideas for our wedding party photos. They brought the BEST hype energy to our “getting ready” rooms and kept cool and calm with all of our families photo requests- not making anyone feel bad but sticking to the plan that we wanted. Everyone LOVED them (so much so my sister tried to book them for her wedding next year!) We had a blast with them at the wedding and didn’t want them to leave. They sent us a few photos the morning after (I KNOW!) and honestly they were the best photos we have ever seen of ourselves! We seriously felt like models (and it’s rare for us to even want to take photos of ourselves). If those were the only photos we ended up with, we would have been the happiest. But within a month, our gallery came back and we are still not over how amazing each and every photo came out. We knew we would get some amazing photos, but we were completely blown away at how perfect they all were. They not only captured our wedding beautifully but more importantly they caught the special moments between us that we didn’t even know we had.

From the magical shots of our first look in front of an ivy covered brownstone (a location that they suggested!), to the epic pics of an impromptu limbo contest, there wasn’t a moment that they didn’t capture perfectly. Believe me when I say that you cannot go wrong with these two exceptionally talented photographers. By the time we had a venue and a wedding planner, I had been stalking them for a couple months and after searching for other photographers who had their style, we realized we should just talk to them. From that first official discussion over zoom, we knew that we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else for our wedding. Meaghan and Brendon were extremely prepared, professional, but more importantly they were so easy to talk to and we were all getting excited about different ideas for the wedding before the call was over. We decided to not only book them for our wedding, but also do an engagement shoot with them, which we booked for just a few weeks later. We knew from their website and social how good they were, but they made us feel completely at ease, they loved our ideas for where to shoot and what kind of activities. We were worried about having pictures that felt stiff or too doe-eyed for us and FoF made us look like we were having a ton of fun — which was the truth of the day. And that’s what they’re best at: capturing the true energy of the day, nailing the mood at any given moment, and making it look easy and fun the whole way. Fast forward to our wedding day and we felt like we were hanging with our best friends after a year of knowing each other. They delivered us a small but mighty sampling of photos literally when we woke up the morning after our wedding. And then just a few short weeks later we had our whole gallery and it blew us away. More people than I can count told us they were the best wedding photos they’d ever seen and we couldn’t agree more. I’m pretty sure I stared at them for 5 days straight (and I’m still stealing glances nearly every day). Meaghan and Brendon each have their own styles, which gives the photos a fun and awesome range, but they are so complementary that the whole set feels extremely cohesive (and so so so beautiful). Having them capture our day and spend it with us is at the tippity top of decisions we made for our wedding. We’re so grateful to have hundreds of pictures we’re extremely proud of that truly reflect a day we’re extremely proud of to have for the rest of our lives. And two new friends on top of that! HIRE THESE INSANELY TALENTED AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE!

he wedding. Not pushy but have a great eye for really great shots. They also communicated everything every step of the way in a great concise and precise way. Out of all the vendors we had at our wedding they were the best!

relaxed and a little edgy/artsy. Meaghan and Brendan met us before the wedding to get to know us better, which helped us feel more relaxed on the day of the wedding. Day of they were extremely outgoing, high energy, and made us have so much fun taking pictures. They made us laugh and enjoy the process, making our pictures look so much more light hearted and romantic, and not staged. They sent us a few pictures before we even checked out of the hotel the next day! We received the rest of the photos about 3 weeks later, and they are gorgeous and a little non-traditional - exactly what we wanted. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone getting married in the NY area/Northeast.

r renewal on 10/31/21. Meaghan and Brendon are easy going, welcoming, and extremely professional. They were always available to contact and had our timeline spot on and running smoothly the day of. As individuals my husband and I both really don’t like to take a lot of pictures and as a couple we aren’t super affectionate around others (and keep in mind we had about 150 people wedding). With Meaghan and Brendon, they made us feel so comfortable like we were with our closest friends. They made us feel relaxed and made the photography experience very enjoyable. They felt like they were part of our family as our party continued and they really go above and beyond. Not only did we feel great with them during the day but the turnaround time for our photos was super quick and there isn’t one that isn’t absolutely incredible! Meg sent us about 10 photos the next day and the rest came soon after! We’ve gotten so many complements on how amazing they are! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Meaghan and Brandon are great presences and helped keep everything steady and smooth throughout the day. They were highly professional and in contact throughout the planning getting us excited and feeling prepared. Their photography is beautiful and made me truly appreciate the art that goes into commemorating our day. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process- Brandon even helped chase down our dog when he got loose :) but genuinely they are some really cool people who are experts at their craft.
