Holllyyyy Cow. This bakery is amazing. My husband and I tried several bakeries throughout MN and this one "took the cake" by far. Vanilla cake with fresh raspberry mousse PLUS a layer of red velvet. So so wonderful. The design was also to die for. Farina will make all of your cake dreams come true!

Tracy and her team from Farina were absolutely wonderful to work with. As a bride planning her wedding from out of state, they were communicative, responsive, and flexible. We loved the cake they made for our wedding day, which was a 3 tier cake, half vanilla cake with a lemon creme and raspberry filling, and the other half red velvet. It was delicious!

We had a great experience with Farina - they were easy to connect with via email and made the whole process seamless. The tasting was a little untraditional but almost more fun that we got to do our cake tasting in our own home and at our kitchen table:) We were blown away when we did our cake cutting at the wedding. The cake was perfect and so delicious!

Our wedding cake was gorgeous! I worked with Tracy to design a 4-tiered cake with glitter & mickey ear details, and it turned out beautifully! We had done an at home cake tasting and chose coconut with coconut buttercream and chocolate with raspberry buttercream - both were delicious! People were RAVING about the cake, and I even heard someone say it was the best coconut cake he'd ever had. We saved the top tier for our anniversary, but honestly, we're probably not going to be able to wait til then! We might just eat it and then order a new cake for our 1 year anniversary next year. We were so fortunate to be able to work with Farina for our wedding cake and desserts, and they were absolutely unmatched. Tracy (the owner and my main contact) was so attentive to all of the details of our day, and was so easy to work with. Not to mention, our cake and desserts were one of the best things my mom and I (and many of our guests) had ever tasted (and we are avid dessert - lovers). For our wedding day, we had a two tier vanilla and raspberry cake for my husband and I to cut, mini cupcakes (pumpkin, red velvet and vanilla bean) along with the salted caramel budinos for our guests. All of the desserts were a hit and we received a lot of compliments and positive comments on how tasty they were. My family and I are also now major fans of the salted caramel budinos, and also had them at my bridal shower. Tracy was also so flexible and pleasant to work with even through everything that was unknown with Covid. I am so happy we chose to have Farina desserts for our wedding day, and we are now lifelong customers! We hired Farina Bakery for our backyard wedding. They prepared several delicious and beautiful desserts based on our favorite flavors. This included an oreo macaron, a salted caramel budino, and a chocolate cakepop. We were thrilled with how well our favorite sweet-tooth flavors were featured. The absolute best lemon raspberry cake I’ve ever had! I knew I needed to have Farina’s cake after trying it at a friends wedding a couple years back. 2 years later, while planning my wedding, I knew I had to have them make my cake. I canNOT say enough about the Farina team! First, Nancy is their bakery coordinator who you will work with in discussing your wedding day wants. She is an absolute gem! Nancy is extremely organized, replies promptly to communication and provides excellent recommendations. Working with Farina Bakery for our wedding on 11/9 was a dream! The tasting and planning process was so easy and Tracy is so talented!! We worked with Farina and not only did we have a beautiful and delicious wedding cake, but the process with Tracy & Nancy was as seamless as could be! Farina was phenomenal. From a lovely cake tasting to a gorgeous and delicious wedding cake, they were a dream to work with. Tracy was warm and professional, and made sure to really get a feel for what my fiance and I wanted. We went with a combo of white cake and either white or raspberry buttercream filling and it was amazing. They have a bunch of different options, though, and you get to test out a generous variety when you do your tasting, so you're able to be sure you're getting what you really want. Oh man - what CAN'T we say about Farina?? My husband and I had a handful of tastings with multiple bakeries and Farina was by far the best. Not only were their treats delicious, but the execution and display were exquisite. At the time, they were not on our venue's preferred list, but we just couldn't stop thinking about their desserts and were willing to pay any fee to have them cater our desserts. Tracy and her team were quick to respond with any communication and super helpful when it came to thinking about seasonal flavors and what would work for our wedding. We had a simple one-tier cake done for ourselves and the wedding party along with a full range of mini desserts - our guests couldn't stop talking about them! We will recommend Farina over and over!

My wife and I just want to tell you and your staff that the dessert selections, the display, and all the work your company did for our daughter's wedding was absolutely outstanding! All of the desserts garnered rave reviews by the guests, and more than a few actually said they would have licked the small containers had they not been in public! The small parfaits were were exceptional! The rest were simply excellent!

We loved our desserts from Farina so much, we will be talking about them for years! At the initial tasting they let us try so many different flavors and dessert options. We chose six different cupcake flavors that were unique and delicious. When deciding on our cake for cutting, I sent them pictures of what we had in mind, and when we saw it on our wedding day, it was perfect and exactly what we wanted! Farina jumped in to help me out when my other baker went unresponsive a month before the big day. Not only did they do that but they helped me work with a calligrapher to get a stencil. My cake turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Not only did they squeeze me in but they also delivered almost two hours away to my wedding in Rochester. Being it was last minute we went without a tasting but the cake was absolutely delicious!!

Farina is a gem. The ownercreated not only the gorgeous cupcakes but displayed them at the reception so it was elegant. If there was an interior designer of cupcakes and cakes, she nails it. Of course they tasted good!! Our guests took them home as well -- and then I knew we had made a good bakery selection. We absolutely LOVED working with Tracy! She made everything so easy! We did a dessert buffet and small cutting cake through her for our December wedding and we can't recommend her enough! The desserts are beautiful and delicious and you have so many options to choose from! All of our guests were raving about the fun options they had to choose from and how tasty everything was! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and so yummy! We did a hazelnut cake which was to-die-for! Tracy even let us take home our leftover desserts (which was fun for present opening!) and we were able to return the plates that she let us use later on. Where do I begin?....Two words - absolutely amazing! And that doesn’t even sum it up!! Tracy was wonderful to work with first of all. She gives you the impression that she is very detailed because she loves what she does. Then there’s the dessert - looks like a 10 and tastes like a 35! We used Farina for our wedding and wanted a classical yet elegant look and Farina delivered exceptionally! If you have a wedding, anniversary, birthday, whatever the occasion that calls for some sweets - you honestly only have to look at one option. WE LOVED IT!

Tracy and Farina are fantastic! She created a beautiful and delicious cake and mini dessert table for us. I have a huge sweet tooth, so having tasty dessert was high on my priority list. Tracy was very responsive, great to work with, and accommodated special requests, like a sampler plate for the bridal suite!

My fiance and I knew we did not want a large, traditional wedding cake, so Tracy worked with us to determine how the desserts at our wedding would work. She suggested using small, 6” cakes as centerpieces which is what we ended up doing. Working with the florist, she provided multiple cakes with small floral arrangements on top and everything turned out beautifully.

It was such a pleasure to work with Tracy! We ordered a variety of mini desserts and a five tier cake and WOW. Not only did they look fabulous but they tasted beyond this world, amazing. Tracy was a delight to work with. The tasting was varied and gave us a great selection to work off of when deciding our flavors, and her work was SUPERB. The two-tier cake she made for us was absolutely stunning, and fit exactly the style we wanted even though we only sent her 2 pinterest photos for reference, and both were fondant (when we wanted buttercream). The mini cupcakes were absolutely delicious and they went like hotcakes once the dessert table was opened! So glad we decided to save the top tier of our cake for ourselves! Highly recommend working with her, she is professional and so easy to work with.

Farina Bakery - where do I even start. Not only is it a small, local company - which I always try to choose to partner with. BUT, it's owner, Tracy, is truly incredible. Her passion for her product, and taste for elegance and perfection truly shows. If you want a dessert that everyone talks about - this is it. We got married in September 2017, and we were at a friends birthday party, and her Dad (guest at our wedding).. first thing he says is, "Your desserts were SOO amazing, WHO were they?" Seriously the best desserts we've ever had, and our guests agreed. Tracy's dedication to her clients and customers is incredible. She actually cares about you, and grated, starting a business out of the love you have for your talents, is no small feat. But she does it so well. I encourage you to go to a tasting. Then, we had our tasting with Farina...and my husband walked out of the meeting like Will Farrell in Elf when he gets to NYC for the first time! We had high expectations and wanted something made with high quality ingredients. Everything we ordered from Farina was beautiful and delicious. We got married in a remote location in an outdoor tent and Tracy came onsite and set up everything herself and made sure it looked perfect. We really appreciated how organized she was and her attention to detail. We did a tasting event with her prior to our wedding, which was really fun and helpful. She paid attention to what we wanted and helped us to pick out what was best for our wedding. She is a caring person and we appreciated how she clearly cared that we be happy with everything about our wedding! Everything looked and tasted gorgeous and held up throughout the day and evening. In particular, the lemon and raspberry macaroons are to die for and so cute! They really classed up our wedding snacks! The vanilla wedding cake we ordered was also amazing and she even gave us the materials and instructions to freeze the top tier for our first anniversary. Fabulous experiences at every step of our wedding celebration. Our planner introduced us to Farina Baking Company for our dessert table. We choose to provide our guests with french macarons, mini tarts, and dessert shooters. Since we did not have a traditional cake we sent our guests home with individual cake pop favors. Farina is amazing......We thought choosing a dessert vendor for our wedding would be so stressful and difficult. We sampled a few vendors in town and after meeting Tracy at Farina we knew we were in good hands. Prior to our tasting we were unsure what we wanted our cake to look like, but after our consultation and seeing some past designs we worked together to create something new and terrific. And the cake itself was so flavorful and amazing, This became our favorite memory of the wedding planning process.

Wow! To have desserts be its own piece of décor is amazing! We chose a cocktail reception, so it was fitting to forgo the traditional cake and serve guests an array of mini treats. If you judge by looks alone, no one else would be able to compare. The desserts were beautifully and meticulously arranged on clean, crisp, and classic serve ware. Each dessert was individually flawless. Not a single cracked macaroon. Each pie perfectly done. Every verrines looking picture perfect. Remarkably, the only thing better than the look was the taste! We had guests wanting recipes by the end of the night. Last minute, we had a close family member that could not attend, so Farina kindly boxed up an assortment of treats to bring to them after the wedding – that was an amazingly sweet touch. Lastly, the service – we loved working with Farina. Tracy was incredibly well organized, professional, and charming. We loved working with you! We plan to be repeat customers – maybe some extra holiday treats at Christmas or “just because” box of macaroons. THANK YOU!

Loved collaborating with Farina to create the perfect wedding cake! Tracy is wonderful to work with, and when asked to do a custom flavor with the filling frosting, she made it happen with no hesitation. Perfection!! Tracy did a marvelous job with our wedding cake! The cake was one of the most important things about the wedding for my husband, and Tracy worked with us to design the cake of our (his) dreams. Our gorgeous five-tier buttercream frosted cake (alternating layer of coconut and salted caramel...omg) withstood the 95 degree heat at our outdoor wedding and looked fantastic all night - til we ate it! I was so glad I asked somebody to put a piece of each flavor aside for us since our 150 guests devoured every single slice...and we had cake for 200! We had a great cake tasting experience with Tracy and she also worked with my parents to coordinate pastries and coffee for the morning-after brunch at the hotel. My parents live out of state, but when they came to visit a few months before the wedding, Tracy baked us fresh pastry samples and delivered them to my house for breakfast one morning so we could choose what to have the day after the wedding! She continually went above and beyond to provide great products and great service, and we will be getting all of our special occasion cakes and goodies through her from here on out. Farina is the best by far! From the very beginning when we did our tasting she had us bring some friends to make sure that we got many opinions. She was very kind and flexible with everything we asked for! We actually had cakes as our centerpieces, and had three different types of cakes! Our cakes were completely unique because we have as sweet tooth. We had candy bar flavored cakes with snickers, kit kat, and andes. She nailed them. When we did out trial she actually brought us the full snickers cake! She met with us multiple times to ensure that we had the designs and flavors down perfectly. On the day of our wedding, our cakes were amazing. They were a hit at our wedding and everyone was talking about them. People were going from table to table taking slices to try all of the cake. They were decorated beautifully and added a huge element of surprise to each table. Thank you so much Farina! You are the best! We will definitely be ordering cakes from you in the future for birthdays and other special occasions!
