I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Chef Zachary for my bachelorette party, and I can honestly say he made the night unforgettable. He prepared a Korean BBQ feast that was beyond...
delicious! He made perfectly marinated meats, vibrant side dishes, and flavors that had everyone at the table raving. My personal favorite was the Bulgogi.
Not only was the food exceptional, but Zachary’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated the experience. He was also incredibly attentive and responsive to all of our guests and requests, making sure everyone felt taken care of and satisfied. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience.
All of my guests kept saying it was the best food they’ve had at any event, and I couldn’t agree more. If you’re looking for a chef who combines incredible culinary talent with a genuine passion for hospitality, Chef Zachary is the one. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat! 10/10.
Food was good, but when he requested payment at the end of the night, he under credited what was paid by over $1250 dollars. He admitted the mistake, but allegedly did not have th...

He said that another client stiffed him (and you can read their review on a different review site). After continued attempts to contact him, rectify the situation, set up a payment plan or anything, he decided to ghost us and is not returning any calls or attempts to collect.
We will be suing him. Stay clear of this guy unless you like drama.

Zachary has the ability to source a variety of foods to make it delicious and fun.
Our guests enjoyed the best of what Sonoma County has to offer during our summer season. He brings the local farm to your table.
The dinner was served family style to go with the long tables in a country setting.
For example: A salad of local mix greens with local Dry Creek peaches, scorched honey/sherry vinaigrette basil, toasted hazelnuts and Laura Chenel goat cheese.
Another popular dish was lemongrass fried chicken with Thai style tamarind sauce.
Zachary wanted our guests to have a memorable and idyllic experience. And he succeeded.
We hired Zachary to prepare a very special birthday celebration dinner in our home to share with a group of close friends. Originally, we had a meal plan in mind, but in talking to...
Zach we learned by listening to his suggestions that he has a broad range of expertise with many types of cuisine and is highly skilled in several culinary arts. He ended up creating a nine course meal for us that included delectable flavors and unforgettable dishes that were an experience all onto themselves. This chef is truly a master. He is friendly, dependable, and cares about what he produces. We highly recommend him for any occasion, large or small.
